14/09/2025: My husband and I have rarely experienced such a wonderful restaurant.🥰🥰 We ate here three times during our Piedmont vacation. Each time it was a delight.🥰 The food was top-notch, the service (young man and older woman) was simply magical. Every wish was fulfilled, and the wine selection was excellent. Last time, we sat behind the restaurant with a stunning view and wonderful service. Many thanks to the entire team💞💞💞💞We will definitely be back on our next trip to Italy. 24/08/2025: ✨A corner of poetry and authentic taste. I stumbled upon it by chance, discovering a restaurant that is much more than just a place to eat: it was an experience that welcomes, surprises, and leaves a lasting impression. Even though it was fully booked, they kindly and hospitably found us a table, making us wait very little. The real gem? There's a mailbox at the entrance. 📮For those like me who love handwritten letters and believe in the power of words, it was heartbreaking! A poetic detail that speaks of care and authenticity. The cuisine is a hymn to tradition: you can choose between an à la carte menu or a tasting menu that includes: appetizer, first course, second course, and dessert. We shared an appetizer, ordered two first courses, and a dessert...all sublime, accompanied by a local wine recommended with expertise and passion. And then there's the restaurant's history. One of those places that, once you discover it, changes the way you look at your surroundings... a place that tells stories, welcomes, and nourishes, in the truest sense of the word.

11/10/2025: The food deserves nothing but praise. It was truly delicious, even though I don't like mushrooms, I found the dishes to be very good. The service could be improved; perhaps too many people, and the atmosphere was also excessively noisy.

06/10/2025: Positive experience, really good and plentiful food, but there is no menu where you can choose, we ended up paying surprisingly, in the end a mushroom-based lunch with appetizer, first course, second course, dessert and coffee I don't think is exaggerated, wine and water included all for 40 euros. We will definitely return, but I would like there to be more clarity.

05/10/2025: Two adults, a 6-year-old, and a newborn were greeted with a smile by the owner and his daughter. Even though we hadn't booked, they found us a seat inside. The food was excellent, both in quantity and price, and the service was very good. The waiter was kind and helpful. Perfect for both family and friends. Stunning location! Congratulations!

11/08/2025: A very well-organized refuge/staging post. Two dormitories with new beds with wooden bases, excellent mattresses, and very clean bathrooms and showers. The dining area is very beautiful, with excellent food. The owner is a kind person who goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable...a truly sweet woman...I absolutely recommend this refuge wholeheartedly.

09/10/2025: Authentic ravioli and boiled meat, spectacular!

02/09/2025: I went to dinner for a birthday. It was the first time. I took the set menu that included 5 appetizers, a first or second course, and dessert. Very good home cooking, several locations where you can dine (completely inside the restaurant, outside the restaurant but covered). I will definitely return. I can't tell you about the price because I was invited.

12/08/2025: Found near the farmhouse where we're staying. The welcome, service, and quality are 5-star, and maybe even better. Attentive to detail and customers. Nothing out of place. We ate in the internal courtyard and it was very comfortable, with a lovely outdoor setting. The appetizers we tried were very good (zucchini flowers and raw ham), and the tagliatelle with butter and sage and the Fassona beef burger were delicious. The raw ingredients were top-quality, the kitchen was expert in their handling, and the wine list was well-balanced. Very good value for money. Recommended!!

14/09/2025: What a surprise to find this pastry shop here! Walk past the long counter with ice cream and delicious mini tarts to the back, where you'll find the coffee shop (not visible from the outside) or the terrace where you can enjoy these delicacies. They also have savory snacks, all at reasonable prices, with friendly staff who even speak English. Everything is homemade in the beautiful kitchen at the very back.

08/10/2025: This restaurant in the historic center of Boves serves authentic Piedmontese cuisine. Very good dishes; I recommend the tajarin, the ula al furn, the veal with tuna sauce, the potatoes with ajoli... practically everything I've eaten is delicious. The atmosphere is quiet, familiar, and relaxed. The service is quick, and the staff is attentive and friendly. I highly recommend it!

11/08/2025: Good grills, not too much in the plate (it depends on what you take of course) but if you take "normal" the dishes are great. Thank you. Take the chocolate panna cotta if there are any, a delight!
