06/06/2025: Ho avuto recentemente il piacere di assaporare un piatto che, nella sua semplicità, rasenta la perfezione: le tagliatelle al sugo di ortiche con burrata. Fin dalla presentazione, il piatto si è rivelato un piccolo gioiello. Il verde intenso e rustico del sugo di ortiche avvolgeva morbidamente le tagliatelle, ruvide al punto giusto da trattenere ogni goccia di condimento. A completare l'opera, una burrata freschissima, adagiata al centro come una perla bianca e cremosa, pronta a fondersi con il calore della pasta. Al primo assaggio, l'esplosione di sapori è stata sorprendente. L'ortica, spesso sottovalutata, ha rivelato un gusto erbaceo, delicato ma persistente. Un sapore autentico, che parla di terra e di tradizioni antiche. La vera magia, però, è scaturita dall'incontro con la burrata. La sua dolcezza lattiginosa e la sua consistenza incredibilmente cremosa hanno smorzato la nota quasi selvatica dell'ortica, creando un equilibrio sublime. Ad ogni forchettata, la stracciatella filante della burrata si mescolava al sugo, dando vita a un condimento avvolgente che ha trasformato un piatto potenzialmente semplice in un'esperienza gourmet. Le tagliatelle, rigorosamente fatte in casa, erano il veicolo perfetto per questa sinfonia di sapori. La loro porosità e la cottura al dente hanno esaltato la consistenza del piatto, rendendo ogni boccone un piacere tattile oltre che gustativo.

We drank Turandot and Carmen beers, both excellent, and the dishes were called Verdi, Nabucco, etc. We really enjoyed it, especially since I'm an opera singer and sang almost every character and opera on the menu. My husband is also a musician, so it felt like home.

17/07/2025: Tried it with my family on burger night. I was completely satisfied with the food, but the table setting, on the other hand, was anything but. If a sandwich costs me €12, I'd like to eat it on a tablecloth, perhaps even a paper one, but one that covers those horrible, ruined panforte tables. The value for money is good, aside from the rather spartan table setting. It's my personal opinion that such a unique and beautiful place should invest some resources in the decor to make it more pleasing to the eye. That said, the place is worth a visit, and not just a single one.

24/07/2025: I read in a local newspaper that last Saturday, the NAS Carabinieri, the ISP.LAVORO Carabinieri, and the MURAZZANO Carabinieri carried out an inspection of a restaurant located in the municipality of Marsaglia, which had also been fined for various violations. This raised a number of questions about who the inspected business was. As a longtime customer of Trattoria dei Miramonti in Marsaglia, I agree with the owners' statement that they were not involved in the matter, that is, that they were not the subject of the inspection in question, as their integrity is widely known over many years of business. In any case, it would be desirable for similar cases to clearly indicate the name of the fined business, both to warn potential customers and to dispel doubts about other businesses in the area.

19/07/2025: Good food, generous portions; relaxed and elegant atmosphere (the table was a bit low with limited legroom). Service was professional at first, then another person with less experience took over, but it was still near the end of the evening. Price was in line with the location.
