13/07/2025: A truly positive experience at Madama Piola! There were two of us, seated at the counter with a direct view of the kitchen: a real added value that makes the experience engaging and transparent. The atmosphere was friendly and meticulously maintained, with a spotlessly clean environment, including the bathrooms (special mention for the disposable towels in the bathroom!). The staff was extremely friendly, attentive but never intrusive, and the service was truly prompt. The dishes? Colorful, beautifully presented, balanced in flavor, and generous portions. You could sense attention to detail in both the choice of ingredients and the preparation. Prices were absolutely in line with the quality offered: a pleasant dinner, satisfying in every way. We'll definitely be back!

Smiles and kind eyes from all the people who give life to a microcosm that makes us say: "Ah, this is why it's really worth it". The feeling at the start was to say, but do you know what? 28/07/2025: Truly everything was excellent, both the pizzas and the food. The place is very spacious and beautiful. The staff are very kind and helpful. This is my second time there and I'm always very satisfied. Great prices.

13/07/2025: We often stop for lunch on the way to Alba. The place is large and spacious, the food is plentiful, and excellent value. There's also a small play area for children. There's a decent-sized parking lot.

23/07/2025: Refined and chic atmosphere! Their Aperol Spritz is the best I've ever had...and it knocks you out! Highly recommended for an aperitivo. We haven't had the pleasure of trying their food.

29/07/2025: Vi prøvede flere gange at booke bord på restauranten - det var vanskeligt, men det lykkedes til sidst. Årsagen - rigtig mange gæster og det fandt vi ud af hvorfor ved vores besøg. Personalet var meget servicemindede, smilende og venlige. Vi fik bord indenfor men ville helst have ude - de sagde vent vi finder et. Vi troede ikke helt på det, men efter ca. 10 minutter kom de og sagde vores bord var klart! Super service. Vi bestilte pizza - 2 forskellige - og det er blandt de bedste pizzaer vi har fået. Stemningen og atmosfæren udenfor var helt i top. Desværre kunne vi ikke spise dessert, så det blev til kaffe og grappa. Vi kan varmt anbefale dette sted. Kommer vi til Stresa igen, skal vi helt klart på denne restaurant igen.

29/07/2025: For dinner tonight, we had been recommended to try this restaurant and we did make reservations. We started with the mixed fried appetizer, which was very good, and the sauce was nice and spicy, which we absolutely loved. My husband had the veal chop with bone, which was fried, and he definitely liked it. It was accompanied by arugula, tomatoes, and fries. I had the lasagna, which was probably one of the not good lasagnas I’ve had in my life. Absolutely no flavor. The lasagna noodles were great, nice and tender and thin. But that was it. Could not detect any tomato sauce at all in it. But the worst part was it had no flavor. And we were practically ignored the whole night as far as service. Thinking that that’s not good!

30/07/2025: We arrived, and the terrace was half empty, and it was around 8:15 PM. Some tables weren't even set (so no reservations). My boyfriend is African, and there was some smuggling in the kitchen, and then we were turned away under the pretext of "we're full." This was the fourth restaurant in two days where we encountered the same situation. At first, I didn't want to believe it, because I thought it would be normal. But apparently, racism is still very much present in Italy, especially in the more upscale restaurants. Very sad.

22/07/2025: What a hidden gem! Very popular, so a booking would be advised. I was new to this town and just took a stroll and came along this lovely restaurant at 19h30. They kindly managed to squeeze me in. By 20h30 it was full. Everything is made to perfection. The best fillet steak I have ever had, no sauce needed. The vegetables and salad were so colourful and fresh. Service was friendly. It just had such an amazing atmosphere. Prices were good. Starter, drink, fillet steak, potatoes, roasted veg, salad and dessert at €55.

12/06/2025: A super cozy, well-kept place with tasteful decor. The food is divine, the pasta is incomparable. Excellent service! We've already made plans to return.

15/07/2025: The restaurant is located in a small town with parking nearby. The outdoor seating is lovely, but the interior is also very stylishly decorated. The staff is very friendly. The well-stocked menu and wine selections are well explained. The food is freshly prepared and tastes exceptionally delicious. Prices are reasonable for the quality. Small snacks are always served with the aperitifs. Excellent value for money.

13/05/2025: If you pass through Novara you absolutely cannot miss this experience.. GiÒBU ice cream is hands down the best ice cream shop in Novara! There is passion, research of ingredients and style in everything they create.. the pistachio cream is one of my favorite flavors, and if you want, they also put fresh ricotta on top of your ice cream.. I LOVE IT! They also make fresh cannoli.. so much stuff!

27/05/2025: One word to describe the village of Celle, the inn and the manager: delicious! Vegan restaurant: for those who are vegan it's ok, for those who are not, it's still a positive experience!
