22/07/2025: We're located at 1,800 meters above sea level, offering a perfect view and, most importantly, surrounded by nature. It's an excellent stop for mountain bikers starting or returning from the Via del Sale, motorcyclists, and hikers, with the forts nearby. As for the food, there's no shortage of wait times, and reservations are recommended if you want to eat inside.

02/07/2025: Service takes a little longer at lunchtime, but the quality of the food is excellent. We had pizza, gnocchi, salad, and a riccota flan (which was excellent!).

31/05/2025: I was invited to a baptism and I must say that the location is very suggestive right away, large outdoor spaces where children can run around safely and a farmhouse inside a castle that makes a good impression. As for the food, the evaluation is very subjective, also based on the menu created by the organizers, I found it good, portions deliberately not very abundant because many courses on the menu, but continuous reviews to give the opportunity to those who perhaps like a particular dish to have more. In general, a good farmhouse and a beautiful place.

24/06/2025: Location used by my wife and I for the aperitif and dinner for our wedding. Enchanting place, intimate but at the same time suitable for hosting a considerable number of people. In the location you can appreciate quiet corners without moving too far from the party in progress. Excellent aperitif with excellent quality of food, as well as the dinner that was served to us. To increase the quality of the service, the staff in my opinion impeccable, with the manager Elisa who during our event was able to deal with very complicated situations due to the weather without ever losing her kindness (it is precisely in moments of difficulty that you can see the professionalism of the staff and those who manage it). Our wedding was dynamic and fun thanks to all these unexpected factors that, having been managed impeccably, did not create problems for anyone. The swimming pool left available for those spending the night in the structure is also beautiful. Everything is fantastic!!

16/06/2025: Good morning, I was a guest in your facility last Saturday on the occasion of Luana and Fabio's wedding. I won't go on, I just want to express my utmost satisfaction, aperitif, dinner, after dinner, everything organized impeccably, top service, excellent cuisine, well-kept location. Recommended!

19/07/2025: Fantastic experience at this restaurant in the heart of Alba. My partner and I were passing through on our motorcycle tour of the Langhe and stumbled upon this little place thanks to a sign. For starters, we had veal topside with tuna sauce. I had mixed boiled meats, and my partner had pappardelle with wild boar ragù and black truffle. The topside was cooked perfectly, remaining pink in the center. The tuna sauce was sublime, and I had to ask for a second bowl. The bread basket and homemade breadsticks were delicious. The pappardelle were cooked to perfection, and the presentation, straight from the pan, was truly impressive. The boiled meat was delicious, although I would have liked to have all seven cuts of meat, plus carrot, potato, and onion. They were there, but perhaps for one person and given the quantity, it would have been difficult. The boiled meat was accompanied by three sauces: giardiniera, mustard mayonnaise, and the classic salsa verde. The dishes were cooked with care and attention, and the portions were generous, just the way I like them. Good service; they held our helmets, and the wait staff were quick and always available. The Piedmontese cuisine was wonderful. Parking on the street was a bit difficult (for cars).

05/07/2025: Accoglienza gentilissima, antipasti adatti all'estate buoni e freschi; pasta un spettacolo nella padella (vale la pena ordinare insieme la stessa pasta); secondo abbondante; dessert estivi, leggeri e una favola di ciliegie 🍒 oppure albicocche. È stato un pranzo con i fiocchetti. Grazie a tutto il team.

02/07/2025: Nowadays there are people who improvise as restaurateurs, they think that it is enough to rely on a good architect in order to offer a "trendy" location. But catering is another thing and Delfino Blu does catering with a capital R. We had a really good time! I took my wife to dinner to celebrate her birthday and she was speechless. Elegant location, light and pleasant background music, impeccable service, all the staff was kind and polite. Here you can eat top quality fish! If you want to go to a classy place and eat FISH, come here and you will make a good impression!

07/07/2025: Very beautiful place, with charming people, in a typical Italian Alps town. The hotel also accepts dogs. We had a great time. The breakfast was really good, and homemade! We wanted to visit "il Valli di Lanzo", and they gave us good advice. Thank you!

29/06/2025: We were traveling by motorcycle. After two nights in France, we wanted to go to Italy. Upon arriving in the village, the hotel owner was already waving to us. The garage for the motorcycles was already open. After a cold local beer, he very accommodatingly organized dinner, reservations, etc. After checking into our room, we were so pleasantly surprised that we spontaneously decided to stay a second night. The breakfast was simply fantastic. Homemade cakes, fruit, and yogurt with honey, all lovingly prepared. Of course, they also served ham with scrambled eggs. We even received a suggestion for a day trip by motorcycle when we asked for recommendations and viewpoints. We all felt very comfortable and can 100% recommend the hotel. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

02/08/2025: Bel établissement de centre ville et le personnel est sympathique. En revanche l’ambiance est feutré voir morte. Et pour moi les plats ne sont pas équilibré comme le risotto au pêche et parmesan ou les pâtes bonhomme et pesto …

25/03/2025: I went for dinner and had a great time, the venue and service were elegant. The dishes were delicious and well-prepared, with generous portions. There's a wide selection of wines to suit all tastes. The service was excellent. I tried some truly excellent snails. I'll be back, highly recommended!

The service was warm, helpful, and genuinely friendly. Overall, a fantastic experience for anyone who appreciates honest Italian cuisine served in a truly original and inviting setting.

20/07/2025: We were guests at Boccadoro restaurant this Sunday in May. It's not the first time we've had the pleasure of dining here, and each time it proves to be a place where the quality of the ingredients and the skill of the young chef reign supreme! The dishes are simple yet carefully crafted and delicious! The Fassona steak tartare and the bunet are superb! Service was a bit slow due to the large crowd, but the kindness of the young man and his colleagues made up for the extra minutes of waiting! I recommend making a reservation in the outdoor garden when the weather permits, because it's worth it.

14/07/2025: Fantastic, nestled in a quaint Monferrato village. Delicious dishes prepared with skill and respect for local culinary traditions. Outdoor seating on a natural lawn that acts as a natural terrace overlooking the surrounding hills. Excellent wine selection and a comprehensive, satisfying menu. Highly recommended!

02/08/2025: We ate on the terrace, so the atmosphere was very nice. But the interior didn't seem very refined. The portions were very small and the prices were way too high. The staff were friendly, but they asked us several times if we wanted dessert, and it seemed like we needed to vacate the table as soon as possible. Other customers got up to ask for water. Others showed up at 8:15 with an 8:00 reservation, and their table had already been taken. They don't deserve a Michelin recommendation.

02/08/2025: Overall a very nice find in Stresa, Italy. Went there for dinner as a couple. It’s a Michelin listed restaurant (2024 and 2025). The food was quite nice though I wouldn’t say all the dishes were exceptional. The flan was very nice as was the seafood pasta. I would definitely recommend having a meal there once if you like authentic Italian fare. Prices were very reasonable as well.
