22/02/2025: Locale molto carino colori tenui e rilassanti , spazioso ma intimo nello stesso tempo . Personale gentile, impeccabile e preciso . Le crudite' di pesce e coquillage freschissime e saporite . Il primo , carbonara di mare , molto gustosa ma, nonostante le spezie , non stucchevole, anzi. Frittura di mare abbondante, morbida, gustosa e non unta. Tutto ok. Mare, di tutto e di più. Ritorneremo per assaporare altri menù di pesce. E' sicuro.

02/03/2025: Typical Piedmontese appetizer not consistent with the description on the menu and not even warned that the cured meats were not typical. Risotto with osso buco good but excessively fat/heavy. In short, from typical to touristy with an undoubtedly beautiful view and a dinner with the smell of smoke from the beautiful fireplace.

02/03/2025: Buon ristorante, tra i migliori della non facile Val Curone, gente educata che si prodiga per mettere il cliente a proprio agio. Menù della tradizione completo, rivisitato negli antipasti multi-assaggi gourmet secondo un prevalente filone di mercato del momento. Qualcosa da dire sui formaggi che non dovrebbero essere miscelati tra varie zone d'Italia ma per coerenza uniformi su base montanara o piemontese e poi abbinate ai 4 mieli e non un solo....ma si tratta di dettagli da migliorare. Ed è questa la sensazione: esistono buone prospettive di crescita ulteriore, serve qualche miglioramento sia generale che specifico gastronomico e poi si arriva in alto (oggi il pubblico consumatore chiede concretezza, qualità reale e percepibile e non le effimere complicatezze fino a sè stesse che hanno poi segnato la grande crisi dei tanti ristoranti stellati ma non concreti....Osterie di lusso che poi vedranno lo stesso cliente medio-alto). Buona l'offerta dei vini del territorio e piemontesi.

Table, carefully created especially for us, very cute. Excellent dishes, from appetizers to dessert. Congratulations to Cristiana and all the staff! I recommend it

19/02/2025: Non conoscevo l'Ancora, lo scoperto per caso dopo aver cercato tra tanti ristoranti scartando i più noti sono stato colpito dalle foto, l'atmosfera romantica si respira appena si entra, ottimo il crudo e la grigliata tutto abbondante è stata una bellissima scoperta!!!
