12/01/2026: The atmosphere is comfortable and non-chaotic, with a relaxing and attentive selection of music, and the volume is low enough to allow for conversation without any disturbance. The service is enhanced by the passion and accuracy with which the various cuts and ingredients are described and explained. I loved seeing such passion and love for their craft. I also greatly appreciated the selection of salts to match the cuts chosen. So many little details that make the experience truly enjoyable. I'm not a big meat eater, but I found it extremely fun to taste such unique cuts of meat, in our case: crocodile, vicciola, Kobe, zebra, and kangaroo. All delicious. The panna cotta (also anything but ordinary) is highly recommended as a finale.

23/12/2025: Warm welcome, a variety of local and "exotic" meats (kangaroo, zebra, etc.), accompanied by different types of salt and sauces (and six different vinegars for the mixed salad). The panna cotta is exceptional! An experience to repeat!

07/04/2026: Excellent for a lunch break on a tour of the Langhe. N.B.: After reading the various reviews, I'm starting to wonder if the extra coffee on the bill might have been just an oversight...

08/03/2026: Truly spectacular pizzas! Light dough, quality ingredients, and consistently delicious combinations: one of the best pizzas we've ever eaten. The restaurant itself is also highly commended; the atmosphere is welcoming and always a great place to be. A great plus is the ability to customize your pizza: you can choose from different doughs, sizes, and ingredients, essentially creating a "do-it-yourself" pizza. We really appreciated this feature because it allows everyone to find the perfect combination. The real added value, however, is the staff: the owners and staff are incredibly friendly, young, professional, and always super-friendly. They make you feel right at home, and it's always a pleasure to return. It's become our favorite place every time we stop by. A special thanks to Federica, who always recognizes us and welcomes us with her smile ❤️ Highly recommended, we'll be back again and again!

06/04/2026: A truly pleasant place, perfect for a casual dinner. The buffet idea for starters is a great one: you can freely choose what to try, and the portions are perfect for trying multiple dishes without overdoing it. Everything is well-organized and always stocked, which isn't always a given. The pizza is also excellent: light and digestible, with fresh and well-matched ingredients. You can taste the quality and care put into the preparation. The atmosphere is welcoming and informal, ideal for both an evening with friends and a quiet dinner. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to lend a hand. A place I'll gladly return to, especially for the variety of options and the good value!

30/03/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance, searching for a restaurant on Google. I read the various reviews and decided to try it ourselves. A very nice, family-run restaurant with friendly staff—in fact, extremely kind and cordial, as well as very helpful, as I have histamine intolerances. The chef, Alex, was very attentive to my intolerance problem. He prepared a perfect menu for me. And Michell was very kind, affable, and perfect at serving and taking orders. Excellent food, good quality, generous portions. A solid 9. I will gladly return. Thank you so much.

22/03/2026: After our wedding in Asti, we treated ourselves to a few days of pampering, and this restaurant is a perfect fit. We entrusted the menu to the chef; there's little more to say; we hope the photos speak for themselves. Fabulous atmosphere and divine food.

20/11/2025: Eating at this restaurant is a truly unique experience. The place itself is unusual, and the owner even more so. The concept: - No menu; the menu is presented verbally, and you choose between three primis and secondis. For the antipasti, you'll have several dishes laid out on the table in a relaxed, informal style. * A nice touch is the middle course with a spoonful of gorgonzola! - Prices range from 50 to 60 euros per person, including wine. Please note: cash only! Everything was delicious, and Luciano's wonderful atmosphere was a real highlight! A must-visit, but book well in advance.

28/03/2026: Very welcoming atmosphere and super friendly staff. Good service, but serving the first courses two minutes after the appetizers isn't ideal. The dishes were good and well-prepared, but the peppered mussels were a bit bland, as was the artichoke and shrimp linguine, while the paccheri with tuna, spaghetti with sea urchins, and lobster linguine were excellent. The second courses were excellent. A good place if you're in the area; if, like me, you have a long way to go, you'd be better off somewhere else!

04/01/2026: T2T - Training to Taste - Our first visit to this restaurant was a pleasure. We found the atmosphere to be immaculate and clean. The wait staff was welcoming and available to offer descriptions and recommendations. Good training was evident, with significant results in both the wine and food service. The menu was simple, but perfectly cooked, served in attractive plates or pans. The taste was perfect, with no digestive issues: the ingredients were definitely fresh and carefully selected. The price was reasonable, without being overpriced. Congratulations.

06/04/2026: Honestly, for having spent 55 euros on Easter day, you could have put more material on the plate, and I don't want to dwell on anything else, I'm sorry but you have to see other Trattorias or Restaurants and you will notice the difference.

02/04/2026: I was staying nearby and looked up some reviews on where to eat something typical and I opted for Ciabot Pulaia, the quality of the products was fantastic and the quantity was also not to be underestimated: everything was really delicious and the staff was kind and friendly.

16/03/2026: I know the place well, and I frequent it even though lately I'd rather not. The food is good, but unfortunately, in other areas there are recurring problems that I can't understand. I'll mention one that at least makes me smile a little: you can't drink bubbly by the glass. In a restaurant that serves fish. I'm not kidding. I'd rule out a priori that the policy is geared toward making people buy bottles, since they serve jugs of bulk. It's probably some kind of situationist gesture.
