01/06/2025: Trattoria informale e arredata in stile matematico. La cucina a cura di zio Mauro è genuina, casereccia e decisamente buona. Ottimo il servizio: simpatia e professionalità conditi dal sorriso. Riprenderemmo sicuramente la lingua al verde, il risotto e lo spezzatino. Prezzi davvero più che onesti.

19/05/2025: I recommend the bivacco matematica! It is a trattoria that offers excellent dishes and the welcome and smile of Francesca and Zio Mauro are the icing on the cake. Even our 1 and a half year old child appreciated their agnolotti!

30/05/2025: Se cercate ottimo cibo tradizionale in Langa, non potete sbagliare all’Osteria del Bramante. Da non perdere i ravioli del plin, qui serviti persino nella tradizionalissima versione immersi nel vino, e per gli appassionati di formaggi la degustazione di Robiola di Roccaverano DOP a diverse stagionature. Locale tranquillo a dispetto delle dimensioni contenute e servizio gentilissimo.

04/05/2025: Madama Vigna is a charming and cozy restaurant that instantly makes you feel at home. Though it also functions as a hotel, we only dined at the restaurant. One unique touch is that the menu is recited by the waiter instead of being printed, which adds a warm, personal feel. Don’t worry about prices—they’re fixed based on the course (antipasto, primo, secondo). The service is truly exceptional; you can tell the staff genuinely care about their work and go the extra mile to create a welcoming, homey atmosphere. A lovely experience all around!

Excellent quality of food with dishes with particular combinations, speed of service (very welcome during work breaks), plating that also pleases the eye and excellent cost quality. Clean place.
