01/06/2025: I leave this review by saying that I don't like restaurants that offer a more niche and gourmet choice. We went to this place because of the limited availability in the area given the time (around 2 pm). We had two appetizers and a second cheese plate; the choice was very limited and also, being celiac, I had to exclude all the first courses. We asked if it was possible to bring everything together, but we were told no. Overall the food was not bad, I was just sorry that the dishes were not explained to us: when the cheese plate arrived the owner stopped to give us a very quick explanation of the types of cheeses only as requested by us (the question was banal: "what cheeses are they?"). The environment was really suffocating, very small and without even a bit of background music. We spent around €15 per dish. Overall I would not go back.

27/05/2025: On the occasion of lunch for First Communion I really appreciated this restaurant for the original, fresh and delicious dishes served by friendly and professional staff, clean rustic environment with many curiosities inside, wide choice of wines, even fine ones.

27/04/2025: We had Easter Monday lunch with a tasting menu. Everything was excellent, the place was very welcoming and quiet. A very pleasant relaxing day. Also to be returned in another season.

09/06/2025: Had lunch here. Ordered the cod with smoked potatoes and it was 🤌🏼. One of the better things I’ve eaten in this region to be honest. The courtyard setting on a sunny day is perfection.

18/06/2025: Very nice place with a very large air-conditioned outdoor lounge, excellent service with little waiting between courses, very good food. I highly recommend it, perfect for any type of ceremony or occasion.

25/06/2025: Went last week, guys, is it possible to have a red pizza that is not the usual margherita or buffalo? The pizza is good but you lose the desire to go if you don't find something you're interested in on the menu, it's no coincidence that I really struggled to choose what to get, obviously the decision fell on a white pizza. In addition, the place is not air conditioned, after a day of walking in the center the customer should find a minimum of refreshment and not eat a hot pizza, in the heat and maybe even with the addition of a beer. A pity, the dough is good.

11/06/2025: We were at the Il Faggio restaurant in Pollone and we can only express our enthusiasm for the experience. Local cuisine with attention to detail, dishes rich in flavor and elegantly presented, all in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, surrounded by the greenery of the Burcina park. A special thanks goes to the owner, for the sincere hospitality and passion that shines through in every aspect of the restaurant, and to the waiter Stefan, attentive, kind and always smiling, who made our lunch even more enjoyable with his professionalism and courtesy. Highly recommended to those looking for an authentic and quality experience in the Biella area. We will definitely be back!

23/06/2025: Fantastic experience! We chose the two seafood menus, the quality of the food is excellent, the service is kind, very attentive and prepared. So much passion! I highly recommend it!

20/05/2025: I wanted to try the Piedmontese mixed fry again and here it is really good and plentiful. The staff is kind and available to satisfy every request to meet the "cravings" of the customers. Excellent Piedmontese mixed fry served salty and sweet. Excellent flan and the chef's tasty appetizers. The only thing I don't recommend is the sorbet....but you can live well without it :-)

05/07/2025: We ate very well! From the main course to the delicious tiramisu. The seared tuna was slightly overcooked for my taste! We recommend it!

30/05/2025: Very nice place, very nice service, very nice food… in short everything is very nice but it lacks that little bit to have an extra gear! In my opinion they have great potential, I had a good time but they lacked that note that makes me say “you have to go there!”

30/05/2025: We arrived without a reservation and were immediately greeted and shown to a table in the lovingly decorated courtyard. The food was truly delicious, and the portions were generous. The highlight was the homemade cacio e pepe pasta, prepared directly from the pecorino cheese at our table. The visit was rounded off with a pomelo liqueur, which was served with the bill. We would gladly return.

28/05/2025: Ci siamo fermate per una pausa pranzo. Ambiente giovane e dinamico, personale gentile e disponibile. Cibo ottimo con proposte originali e i dolci…li avremmo mangiati tutti! Vista l’affluenza, un piccolo consiglio potrebbe essere quello di prenotare il tavolo. Consigliatissimo!

10/06/2025: The place is very nice, with a well-furnished interior, but there is the possibility of sitting in the courtyard in front, where we preferred to sit. I must say that the atmosphere is very intimate and pleasant. It is a pity that, at a certain point, the automatic lamps on the roof were turned on, whose light was excessive and intense, unfortunately not controllable by the manager of the place. The waiters are all very kind and helpful. The menu is inviting; we tried both the first and second courses, but we preferred the first. The desserts are also good. Wide variety of wines. The prices are slightly high, but justified by the environment that the place offers.

29/05/2025: A really nice and intimate little place. Excellent food, wines and service. I also really like its location, in a street that is not at all pompous and just this quiet and with a slightly decadent charm that contrasts with a modern but cozy place.
