The best piste bar in Sestriere by far. Amazing views, excellent draft beer, cracking chips, and the staff are brilliant.

While skiing the Vialattea slopes in Sestriere, we noticed this charming little chalet along a beautiful blue run, surrounded by nature and with a stunning view of the surrounding mountains.
We only stopped for a sweet treat, but I assure you, as others have said, they also serve excellent lunches with local dishes.
We immediately noticed the friendliness and warmth of all the staff, from the manager at the cash register to the bar staff, to the charming
waiter with whom we exchanged a few jokes and laughs.
As for the bombardino and hot chocolate, they were truly TOP, as for everything else, go and try it...🤙😉

I contacted the owner at 9:00 a.m. to reserve 30 seats on the terrace for lunch that same day. There were no problems at all, and I must commend the owner's friendliness, as well as that of the cooks and waitresses who do their best to speak French.
The polenta is excellent.

Evening dinner. Everything was good... In fact, better than a few years ago!! The service was good and timely. They even asked if you'd like an extra portion... The atmosphere was well-heated. They took you on a snowmobile. We had a great time.

Last night we celebrated our birthday at Baita Chisonetto and had a really great time. They took us to the refuge on snowmobiles, and we stayed there for aperitifs, dinner, and post-dinner drinks, and the atmosphere was fantastic.
The location is stunning, with a view of the mountains that alone is worth the visit.
The food was delicious, everything was carefully prepared and tasty.
The staff was super kind and helpful, and even provided us with speakers to play music after dinner.
Perfect place to spend a lovely evening with friends and celebrate. Thanks to Francesco and the whole team! ⛰️🍷🎉

Great place and great food from local tradition for a skiing lunch-break (it is on run 8, intermediate, right side going up on charlift Banchetta). Portions are big. Good expresso coffee. Staff is kind and very professional.

We stopped by for the first time on Sunday, stopping off during a day of skiing. The service, friendliness, and quality were five-star; the bombardino was delicious, the best I've ever tried. We asked the owner if he could organize dinner for our group there in the cabin, with snowmobile transport. He was incredibly kind, and even though we were only nine people, he organized the evening. Luckily, there was another group there too. It was an unforgettable evening. The atmosphere was pleasant, and everything we ate was excellent. We'll definitely be back for a break today.
Thanks to all the staff for the evening they organized for us. If you come to Sestriere, you absolutely have to stop by Chisonetto.
