10/06/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A simply impeccable raw fish experience! If you love excellent quality raw fish, this is the place you absolutely must go. Each dish is a discovery of freshness and taste, prepared with a care and selection that are rarely found elsewhere. Giant scampi and red prawns never seen before, each bite is an explosion of flavor. The wine list is a pleasant surprise: labels selected with great intelligence, perfect to accompany the fish, with a quality/price ratio that is really difficult to find elsewhere. Attentive service, a refined but informal environment, and above all a quality that no one else can offer at these levels. I can't wait to come back! Thanks Francesco.

16/05/2025: I ate here by chance, looking for a restaurant to take my mother who after a long time I managed to take to dinner, they hosted us despite the late hour, with extreme tranquility, professionalism, but the most spectacular thing is the quality of the fish served even more unforgettable than the places I have tried by the sea.

28/06/2025: Excellent recommendation from the bib gourmand list. Easy to make a reservation on their website with a prompt reply. We tried the cod, tartare, tajarin al ragu and rabbit - all perfectly seasoned. The tartare was superb. Leave room for dessert as the panna cotta blew us away.

27/06/2025: The staff was pleasant. But unfortunately, the quality wasn't up to scratch! First appetizer: Egg with asparagus and zucchini. Not tasty - a little salty - I didn't taste the asparagus or zucchini - 12 euros Second appetizer: Potato Tarin tart with green beans - Pesto ice cream balls: Also not very tasty - it wasn't a tarte tatin but a tart with potato slices on top. It was very dry. Price: 14 euros Main course: Disappointing considering the description - it was actually salt cod brandade, very salty, served with peas At this point, I didn't want to try the dessert! Bread: Good quality Overall, very disappointing, especially since this restaurant is on the Michelin "bib" list. Price: 53 euros! Extremely poor value for money

09/08/2025: Overrated!!! We went to the restaurant. We'd been trying to book for a while. Unfortunately, aside from the location, nothing else was to our liking. The service was disappointing: aseptic, mechanical, unsmiling, and lacking in elegance and empathy. I requested a reserved table, but we were in the middle of the passageway facing inward, not toward the view. Then I discovered the terrace outside. If we'd known, we would have definitely wanted to stay there. The disappointment was the food, as the research and quality of a Michelin-starred restaurant were inconsistent with the price. It wasn't that it wasn't good—the ingredients were there, no doubt—but the refined and/or well-paired flavors were lacking: the peach covering the lobster, the foie gras dish full of ingredients that they don't explain in what order or how to eat—you're standing there, not understanding what they're doing—the flavors were disjointed, like the tortellini with cocoa. In short, I perceived the attempt at research but unfortunately not the success. I find it inconsistent in terms of experience and cost. I can't explain the star, because compared to what you find in the square, it's far from a starred rating. Ultimately, weighing the pros and cons is simple; just answer the question "Would you go back?" And unfortunately, it's a no. I'm so sorry, we've been wanting to come for a long time...

13/07/2025: We stopped at this restaurant as a stopover on our way to Salice d'Oulx. We chose it by chance, drawn by the very high reviews, and our expectations were not disappointed. The attentive service and the dishes deserve a Michelin star. The quality of the ingredients is truly excellent: fish is the protagonist, with truly intriguing flavor combinations. We chose the pop tasting menu, where we sampled their signature dish, this tomato and fish risotto, which is truly delicate and tasty. We finished the tasting menu, which also included a sea bass and a sea bass tartare on an avocado cream, as well as various appetizers, and were satisfied without feeling heavy. The price was fair for the quality offered: €45 per person for the menu plus wine, and in the end, we spent €100 total. We will definitely return to this Mecca of taste... bravo!

12/08/2025: We had dinner on an August evening. The service was a bit unprepared, but they finally brought it to our door. We tasted a ruche that wasn't up to par; we should have stuck with a Grignolino that was more in our style. A decent dinner.

07/07/2025: Our group of nine spent a week in this beautiful place, half-board. Thank you for everything to Corrado and Roberta, who welcomed us wonderfully every day. The place is very cozy, the food is original and very good. The house is very well appointed, very well maintained, top!

05/08/2025: Un posto dove si respira davvero aria di casa. Appena entrati si percepisce quell’atmosfera genuina, semplice ma curata, che ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio. L’antipasto a buffet è uno di quei dettagli che non si vedono più spesso: generoso, vario e con sapori autentici. C’è la possibilità di scegliere un menù a prezzo fisso. Il menu’ alla carta ricco di piatti della tradizione piemontese, quelli fatti come si deve. E se la giornata lo permette, si può anche mangiare nel dehor, cosa che rende il pranzo ancora più piacevole. Il personale di sala è simpatico, disponibile e capace: ti seguono con attenzione senza mai essere invadenti, creando quell’atmosfera rilassata che in una trattoria si apprezza sempre. Un plauso speciale alla crema zabaglione con biscotti: fatta come una volta, con quel sapore autentico che ti riporta ai dolci della nonna. È stato il modo perfetto per concludere la mia sosta qui, durante un bel giro in moto. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

29/07/2025: A very nice place in one of Turin's neighborhoods, just a short walk from the city center. They offer traditional products, generous and tasty portions, and the seared tartare is good, but I expected some sauce. The appetizer deserves more. Super friendly and helpful staff. I recommend it. 👍🏼

15/06/2025: Following the advice of a local friend, we tried this restaurant and I was really surprised. Not so much for the wine list, which is already highly praised for its variety and quality, but above all for the excellence of the cuisine. The first courses, of which we tasted the entire proposal, were simply devastating: the filling of the plin was amazing, and the sauce of the agnolotti with 3 roasts was a real explosion of taste. To finish, a perfect panna cotta, made according to tradition. For three, with 3 appetizers, 3 first courses, 1 second course, 2 desserts and 3 bottles of wine, we spent €300, an absolutely honest price. The only complaint concerns the service: we waited a bit too long to be served and the wine list arrived a bit late. But despite this, the final rating is maximum!
