12/02/2025: A round table for two was reserved for us near the fireplace with an adjacent window overlooking the hills and church of Treiso. Efficient, very professional staff, competent and friendly sommelier. We took two surprise tasting menus: ossobuco and amberjack tartare, lime octopus with Taggiasca olives and beetroot wafer, Parisian-style snails with fondue and fois gras, chicken plin, roast kid with Piedmontese fried side dish, tastings of exquisite desserts. All accompanied by a wine tasting recommended by the sommelier. Finally, visit the spectacular cellar! What can I say...must try!

01/02/2025: Many have told me about it, so you arrive with high expectations in this beautiful place a few kilometers from Alba, with a wonderful view of the hills of tasty Barbaresco. These expectations are immediately confirmed by the kind hospitality, by the well-known wine cellar, supplied with over 67,000 bottles of high quality from all over the world, but above all by the dishes, refined but not too elaborate, which conquer for their quality and flavour, as well as obviously from the beauty of the presentation. Among the different courses, which I had the pleasure of tasting, I was certainly won over by the breaded prawn in the tonda gentile with fried frog legs and green bagnet, Tortello with Neapolitan ragù with smoked pecorino couliss and ginger and lemon crumble, the tasty and varied financier and the finale of cream ice cream creamed with rum, chocolate and coffee. For lovers of flavours, this is definitely a stop not to be missed.

03/03/2025: Coup de foudre pour ce restaurant simple et élégant où l'on vous accueille avec une souriante décontraction. Dans cet établissement historique, on vous proposera des plats de la tradition piémontaise réalisés avec un savoir-faire incomparable (vitello tonnato, finanziera, anguille en sauce), mais aussi des mets innovateurs ou carrément végan (tortino d'épinards avec paté de foie, ou jeunes artichauts frits avec aïoli végétal, ou encore un gâteau de betteraves au chocolat avec sauce au gingembre d'une légèreté peu commune). On pourrait trouver la cuisine peu relevée, presque timide, mais elle permet de déguster toutes les saveurs des ingrédients proposés. Vin de la région en accompagnement. Ce repas a été une belle surprise et nous retournerons volontiers piocher dans la carte régulièrement tenue à jour. Bravo et merci à tous!

02/03/2025: Ristorante nel cuore di Alba che coniuga tradizione ( salsiccia di bra, vitello tonnato, agnolotti), con innovazione ( carciofo aperto, carciofi fritti con aioli vegetale, torta di funghi e miso). Ottima selezione di primi e dolci. Opzioni per vegetariani. Carta dei vini notevole. Prezzo adeguato ( in 6 con 2 piatti a testa, un Nebbiolo e 3 dolci , speso 250 euro).

14/02/2025: Excellent Roman pizza by the slice. For €4 a slice of very good potato and stracchino pizza, large enough for a light lunch. The people who work there are very kind and prepare everything according to needs (to eat while walking, to take away, etc.). Several vegetarian options too.

24/02/2025: Great selection of piemonte dishes. Every time we go there it is always a great experience. The ingredients are very fresh and the food is so delicious, as well as it is quite reasonable price. I recommend the tasting menu, it is quite enough portions with various selections. The staff is so friendly and helpful as well.

23/02/2025: I'm sorry to write this review but I have to. 4 hour drive 3 weeks of waiting for a free place..... for what? Pure mirror for tourist larks. Tasting menu served hastily...... Veal with tuna sauce (more sauce than veal), dry and anonymous. Creamed cod that tastes like just potatoes and cheese. Gnemmareddi (cow entrails) served COLD. Ravioli del plin insignificant (tasteless pasta such as stuffed IP and the butter with which they were creamed). Beef cheek too savory (served with Maldon salt on top according to the manager) and cooked in inadequate acidic cheap wine and I wonder why add flakes of salt to a stew? I don't know. Excellent wine cellar, positive note. But for the rest...... 1000/2000 covers per week but staying away from what is truly good and Piedmontese is a very thin line. Totally Disappointed. EDIT: Dear Owner...... negative reviews are the result of the way you work and must be accepted. I expressed my disappointment to her in person (as per my habit) she was embarrassed and said sorry, I'm sorry..... we both used calm and polite tones as I continue to do without hatred or malice. He's trying to keep up appearances by responding now and here. I'm sorry, I'm a person who travels to eat and knows what he eats..... try to do the same every now and then without taking the center of your world for granted. YouTubers are one thing, people like me are another......... ps. Check carefully, I also write good reviews.

Inside the historic streets of Collegno there is this fantastic restaurant, where the welcome is very warm and professional, and the staff is qualified. soft lights and music super appreciated by the ears, as for the food, nothing to say, I think I have never eaten better, excellent prices, all well deserved 5 stars.
