21/02/2025: We went to this restaurant for a charity dinner sponsored by Gambero Rosso. Delicious aperitif and super dinner. Particularly appreciated were the tartare (with anchovies and lemon reduction) and the risotto with Stilton and Laphroaig cheese (with a hint of smoke given by the whisky). All dishes were accompanied by wines from the Belcolle winery (the various combinations were excellent). Thank you all for a lovely evening and we will definitely be back.

13/02/2025: In the tranquility of the Turin hills, the ancient villa houses two elegant rooms furnished with minimal taste, with excellent service from trained and attentive staff. The traditionally revisited Piedmontese dishes are excellent, the desserts are spectacular.

A criticism of the service, the dishes were not served uniformly, the first course for some was served when others had already finished it, this is not good..

23/02/2025: Apart from the place, which is gorgeous both outside and inside; every time we have been there, we have always had an excellent welcome and service! Owners always attentive and thoughtful towards guests, delicious dishes, refreshments of everything at will, and more than honest prices for the quality and quantity of food served! We are now regular customers!

23/02/2025: I booked using a Smartbox for two received as a gift, which included an appetizer, a first course, a second course with side dish and a dessert of your choice from the menu. Once we arrived, the owner welcomed us and immediately offered us, with an addition of 22 euros, to move on to their "menu", which included four appetizers plus a refresher, a tasting of two first courses, a second course with side dish and a dessert. We declined the offer and from that moment on we were treated like beggars by the owner. We were not provided with any menu but the dishes were described verbally, with the owner pointing out on several occasions (always the owner) that, as we had a Smartbox, we could not access all the choices on the menu. Our appetizer was good (a roll with mushrooms and a raw artichoke salad), the first courses were overcooked, but the highlight of the evening was reached at the moment of the second courses: the owner gave us two choices (fillet or sub-fillet), pointing out that with the Smartbox we were not entitled to further choices), underlining however that we would have had to take the same dish, "otherwise we would put the kitchen in crisis" (exact words!). We replied that, if the kitchen was in crisis for two different seconds, perhaps it was time to review the competence of the staff... We were also told that all this was happening because we had booked on a Saturday, to which we replied that, if they had reported their difficulty in managing a Smartbox on a Saturday, we would have changed the day without problems. However, in the end we had our two different main courses (the fillet was good, the fillet had the consistency of a shoe sole). As far as we are concerned, we will not set foot in this restaurant again until the management changes. I give two stars instead of one because the other dining room staff were kind and courteous

15/02/2025: On the advice of a colleague, we went for Valentine's Day dinner. Helpful staff who always try to put you at ease. We opted for a dinner with a surprise menu (at the chef's discretion) and they immediately proved to be attentive to allergies or unwanted foods. The service was excellent, from start to finish. The food was excellent, with refined dishes, both in the plating and in the taste, this is because, as the name of the restaurant says, it stimulates all 5 senses. Recommended!

09/02/2025: Fabuleux ,tout est parfait du début à la fin, la cuisine est très raffinée,innovante tout en gardant le respect du goût. Le service est exemplaire ,et les plats sont ponctués de petites surprises culinaires étant à elles seules un véritable ravissement gustatif....BRAVO Le guide Michelin 2022 l'a recommandé et une fois de plus il a vu juste TRÈS BON rapport qualité-prix !! Ps,ne vous fiez pas aux photos,c'est copieux

01/01/2025: Davide, my partner, and I always like to come here... The food is very fresh and genuine and the owners and their daughter are very professional, friendly and nice. The guy who served us is also very smart and professional! Today I ate gnocchi with tomato and rocket and a delicious tarte tatin while Davide had wild boar and baked potatoes. We liked the idea of ​​starting the new year eating with them and as always we were happy 🥳☺️😊

24/02/2025: After several attempts... (always difficult to find a seat!) I managed to get in for a Sunday dinner. Very... very collaborative staff, excellent food! Avoid the times and evenings in which large groups of young people intent on tasting pizza "colour" the room with abundant "noise"... (for this reason we recommend a sort of division of the room between: Pizzeria and Restaurant....), prices correlated not only to the number of courses, but also to the excellent quality of the food. For everything else: 10 and praise!

24/01/2025: Small restaurant discovered by chance on the night of San Lorenzo last year, now found again after a long search on Maps because... We absolutely want to go back! Excellent quality of ingredients, warm welcome with many surprises starting from the aperitif with coffee and...many good wines! Must try... And come back!!! :)

12/02/2025: We discovered this place by chance, booking at the last minute for a Sunday lunch. They were really nice and accepted our reservation and even at a slightly "inconvenient" time, close to the kitchen closing. What can I say, we had a great time. A well-kept place, elegant, but at the same time warm and welcoming. Impeccable service, the guys are all young, helpful, smiling and prepared. We didn't try any starters, but the Angus sub shovel and tail were divine, they melted in your mouth. Prices in line with quality and service. I hope to return soon.

22/02/2025: Pizza al tegamino cosi buona non l’avevo mai mangiata!!!! Farinata, dolce, caffè tutto squisito. Un po’ lunghi nel servizio ma ne vale davvero la pena aspettare.
