The owner was kind enough to welcome us around 9:45 PM, since the kitchen closes at 10:30 PM. The agnolotti al Barolo and the bonet were delicious. It's a retro place with nice chairs. Best regards, Francesca.

The food was really good, and the staff were incredibly friendly.
We had a great time: even though there was no room, they still managed to find us a table, demonstrating great customer service.
Despite the crowds, being Saturday night and the holiday season, the timing was excellent and the service was always prompt.
The dishes were carefully prepared and the atmosphere was pleasant, perfect for a lovely evening.
We'll be happy to return!

A small and cozy restaurant located in a quiet area of Turin.
The staff is very friendly, helpful, and exceptionally good.
The cuisine is traditional, and we ate really well; the value for money is also excellent.

The first courses were the highlight: well-made, tasty, and with evident quality in the ingredients and preparation. The selection wasn't extensive, but I had the impression that the menu changes based on seasonality, which is generally a good sign for a restaurant.
The part that impressed me most, however, was the dessert: the panna cotta. It was truly excellent, probably homemade, with a perfect consistency and a very clean flavor. It's one of those desserts that seems simple but immediately shows when they're done well. In this case, it's probably the best panna cotta I've ever had.

A place halfway between a "piola" and a proper restaurant. The limited selection of first and second courses (there are plenty of appetizers) is completely compensated for by the quality and competitive prices. It's been a long time since I've eaten out and not found a single dish that disappointed me. The only downside is its small size, but that's unfortunately quite common in San Salvario. Very friendly and helpful staff, highly recommended.
