02/03/2025: Welcoming location, the staff is efficient and never intrusive, the menu is well structured, the dishes we chose were very satisfying, both in terms of quality of the ingredient and preparation, I perceived a lot of "balance" in the flavors (e.g. never excessive/intrusive salt) The wine list is interesting, it offers all (or almost all) of the Piedmontese wine repertoire. I think the price is fair and adequate for the level offered, with starter, first course, second course, water, wine, coffee you can spend €50-60

Quest'ultimo non turistico pochi piatti ma fatti bene!!! Ottima e abbondante la selezione dei vini. Noi non abbiamo preso bottiglie ma due calici di barbera e nebbiolo spettacolari. locale accogliente forse alcuni tavoli da distribuire meglio per gli spazi. Consiglio.

22/02/2025: After visiting the cinema museum inside the Mole Antonelliana in the morning, 50 meters from it we found this very nice restaurant, we were welcomed very kindly even though we hadn't booked, the owner did his utmost to illustrate his typical Piedmontese cuisine to us, he advised us on both food and wine, everything was wonderful!! B We ate and drank even better!!! The price for everything was very honest!!!! Definitely recommended,!!!!

26/02/2025: Frequented this place several times in recent years; I perceived a drop in the level, especially from the point of view of speed and quality of service. The pizza tasted very good but I had a stomach ache all evening, so perhaps leavening problems (?). All in all, a nice environment to dine in but perhaps I wouldn't recommend it for anything "more".

10/01/2025: Very nice and clean place, it feels like entering a private home, the very kind and friendly owner is the Queen of the house. The cuisine is classic Piedmontese, obviously including the classic Carrù boiled meat. The prices are slightly high but given the quality of the raw materials they are correct. The even more beautiful note is that he gave me the opportunity to stop and sleep in his garden with the camper, so I could taste his excellent wine. I will definitely be back!

22/12/2024: An apparently simple but very refined place, sober but welcoming and with attention to every detail, recently renovated. Upstairs small two-room B&B. Vaulted ceilings and very accurate details, from the cupboards to the bathroom to the decorative furniture. Small creative, elegant touches, placed in an only apparently random way. Professional, competent and extremely courteous staff. Table service with attention to the smallest details. Presentation of dishes with refined touches. Very courteous chef and very willing to exchange opinions, questions, explanations and mutual anecdotes. We had a more than pleasant chat for over an hour. Truly remarkable Nebbiolo wine. Superfine foods, from tasty to delicate ones, the boiled menu is abundant with a choice of 6 different sauces, each with a very pleasant flavour. Food all sourced from neighboring areas. From the first courses, to the second courses with side dishes, to the dessert: a feast for the palate. Structure immersed in an almost bucolic context despite the cold season. Outdoor tables with an inviting and pleasant air for an experience of quiet serenity. An experience absolutely to be repeated with extreme satisfaction.
