During our stay in Turin, having been fully satisfied the first time, we wanted to return to fully enjoy other courses. All very delicious and efficient service. A point of reference for excellent cuisine, which is also strictly cruelty free, in Piedmont.

It's difficult to be concise, but I'll try. From the telephone reservation, it seemed like a friend, not a restaurant. We are not from the area, we live 300 km away and for this reason Eduardo made sure to accommodate us to find us a place, always talking on the phone about this and that, about being vegan, about music.... as if it was a phone call between two brothers who live far away and who want to talk to each other (even if we had never even met yet). He and his staff are always smiling, however the showcase has important ethical messages, without compromise. Ethics always come first, as a life choice. It takes courage; excellent. Ah, right ; the food !? Yep, I forgot. A work of art of flavours, colours, , from vegan to raw food (epic Novak dish). A lot of research, but always with simplicity. You eat so much and so well that you don't gain an ounce of weight. PERFECT ingredients and balance. A dream. Impeccable service, young, dynamic and friendly staff, even when the place is packed and at full capacity; a pleasure to be served and see all of you work. Vegan restaurant with gluten-free and raw food options. Pleasant, welcoming environment, the staff and owner are professional, friendly and attentive to service. Special dishes, very tasty, with attention to detail in the ingredients. We will definitely be back
