Behind every dish is research, knowledge, and passion, which shines through in Eduardo's eyes when he describes the dishes.
Last night, once again, they treated us to a dinner majestic in flavor and, why not, in color.

I'll start by saying I went with a grain of salt, as I already had an excellent review. Let's start with the perfect welcome (the staff were friendly and unobtrusive).
The menu was varied and quite inviting, plus the ingredients were seasonal and very fresh. Excellent wine selection (very important for my sensory experience). A perfect experience in every way (I won't say anything else, as some sensory experiences are indescribable in words).
Go and enjoy.

At this restaurant, you can savor traditional flavors with the surprise of having just tasted them in a delicious, sustainable, plant-based version. I'll never forget the taste of Agnolotti dell'Orto, which, as the name suggests, is a true tribute to Piedmontese cuisine. But what will remain closest to my heart is the way Eduardo champions the vegan cause, presenting it to his restaurant's patrons as a value that transcends the culinary realm and becomes a tribute to kindness towards nature and others.

Dining at this restaurant was a sublime experience. The dishes were irresistible and meticulously prepared, the service impeccable, the setting intimate, the atmosphere poetic, and the music excellent. I can't wait to return to Turin to dine at this wonderful place again. Congratulations!

Overall, quite disappointed.
The welcome and service were friendly, but the dining room is very dark, which is cool for the atmosphere but a shame for seeing the work on the plates.
The €57 tasting menu was rather disappointing; the starter was good, but the rest lacked aroma and flavor.
The dish with the two steaks was mostly full of cabbage, and the dessert presentation could have been better.
We won't be back; there are much better vegan/raw options.

We arrived in Turin last night and had spotted this vegan restaurant that completely delighted me. The owner's smiling, friendly, and courteous welcome, the service, and, last but not least, the dishes, all simply delicious. I had gnocchi with a creamy sauce that made it easy to mop up the bread with delicious bread. Then I shared the pan pizza, which left us speechless. The bill was super reasonable. I recommend this top culinary experience to everyone! Well done, well done.
