11/05/2025: I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel — I was there for about 5 days. The staff were very kind and respectful, and the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious. My room was perfectly clean and well-maintained. I do wish the hotel had a gym, but that’s not a big issue. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

13/05/2025: BEAUTIFUL DISCOVERY THANKS TO GOOGLE REVIEWS... EVERY DAY THERE IS A 16 EURO MENU (FIRST COURSE + SECOND COURSE + SIDE DISH), DRINKS AND COVER CHARGE SEPARATELY... OR YOU CAN CHOOSE INDIVIDUAL DISHES.... BUT EVERYTHING IS REALLY DELICIOUS. LARGE PORTIONS, YOU WON'T LEAVE HUNGRY, ON THE CONTRARY.... VERY KIND AND FRIENDLY STAFF.... VERY NICE INTERNAL ROOM AND REALLY QUIET AND FRESH OUTDOOR. WE HAVE ALREADY WENT FOR LUNCH TWICE, IN 4 DAYS.... P.S. TODAY, 7/21/23, WE HAVE BEEN THERE 4 TIMES IN TWO WEEKS: WE HAVE ALSO COME BACK TO TASTE THE PIZZA.... VERY GOOD, LIGHT PASTA WITH THE RIGHT THICKNESS AND EXCELLENT QUALITY INGREDIENTS.... 12/05/2025: Locanda Rossignoli presents itself as a very typical place in Casale Monferrato, and the rustic and welcoming atmosphere is certainly pleasant. The menu offers traditional local dishes that arouse curiosity due to their originality and careful presentation. However, the dining experience didn't quite live up to expectations. I found the first courses a little too dry, an artichoke salad not fresh; details perhaps which penalized the overall taste a little. The final bill, over 80 euros for two starters, two first courses, two glasses of wine, 1 dessert, water and coffee, seemed a little high in relation to the perceived quality. In places in this price range, I would expect service to be more attentive to detail. Finally, I was surprised that the cutlery was not changed between courses and that I was told to keep it. Despite the friendliness of the staff, this aspect left a somewhat negative impression. Overall, Locanda Rossignoli has potential, but some aspects, especially in relation to the price, would need improvement to offer a fully satisfactory experience.

29/05/2025: Overall good ice cream, but terrible experience with the service. I asked for marron glacé, but at the bottom of the cup I found tiramisu (which I hadn't even tasted). When I pointed this out, I was rudely told, "Do you notice now that you've finished it?" — as if I was trying to invent something. Very unprofessional. Also, when they finally gave me the marron glacé, it tasted more like meringue than anything else. Too bad, because the product could also be good, but courtesy towards the customer should be the basis.

29/05/2025: A really nice and intimate little place. Excellent food, wines and service. I also really like its location, in a street that is not at all pompous and just this quiet and with a slightly decadent charm that contrasts with a modern but cozy place.

11/05/2025: We visited this restaurant based on a recommendation from our Airbnb host Diego, and we were not disappointed! We visited during lunch on a Tuesday, the people there were soo kind, helpful, and with some basic techniques of communication (gestures and pointing), we made our way through the menu. Prices were great, the food was even greater. Locally sourced, Pimontese kitchen, extensive menu with food for all tastes. The outside is amazing, due to rain we had to sit inside, and the food made up for the missed out view over the mountains. If you have some time to spare, give this place a visit. We‘ll be back! Grazie!

01/06/2025: Had lunch today, everything was very good. If I have to make 2 clarifications, the appetizers were a bit sparse and then the service was a bit slow but caused by the many people present. Veal 63 and raw meat top.... Also very good agnolotti
