We stumbled upon it by chance at 1:30 PM, and were greeted warmly but discreetly, which we greatly appreciated. The atmosphere is comfortable and very quiet, and the menu offers a good and balanced selection of local cuisine. The service is fast, attentive, and courteous. We were satisfied with everything we ordered, including the wine. Reasonably priced. Recommended.

Superb dinner at Dai Saletta in Turin! My friends and I chose the tasting menu and left delighted: everything was truly delicious, mouth-watering. The dishes were carefully prepared, flavorful, and plentiful, each one better than the last. You can really taste the quality and passion they put into it. A special thanks also to the staff, who were incredibly kind and helpful: we were so full we couldn't even stomach dessert anymore 🤣, and they prepared dessert for us to take away with truly rare kindness. A wonderful experience, absolutely recommended if you're in Turin.

The food was delicious. The service was excellent; they speak several languages ​​and are very professional. I can't eat gluten and I had no problems at all. I highly recommend it.

This was our last and best meal in Torino. The flavors were robust. The ravioli is a must try. We were lucky to get the last available table without a reservation but we did see the host have to turn down many others after we came in. Coming here next time we are in Torino is a no-brainer.

The tajarin with Longarola ragù and the appetizers were excellent; we ate really well. Prices are a bit high, but I think that's normal in a large city like Turin, where everything costs so much more these days. The staff was very kind and attentive.

06/08/2026: This was the best meal I had in Italy hands down. The pasta is to die for. 10/10. Restaurant is packed with locals too.
05/08/2026: A Turin restaurant now well-known even among tourists. Very good food and excellent service. The restaurant is quaint, with several rooms on two floors. Carefully prepared and original dishes. Excellent wine list.
