21/05/2025: In gita nel Piceno abbiamo soggiornato nello splendido borgo di Offida. Per non sbagliare ci siamo affidati alle recensioni di Trip Advisor. E non siamo rimasti delusi.
Il primo pranzo l'abbiamo consumato sotto i portici di Piazza del Popolo, per le cene abbiamo scelto l'interno.
L'atmosfera è piacevolissima, soprattutto per la simpatia e il grande impegno del titolare: grazie Massimiliano! Non ti dimenticheremo. Servizio veloce ed accurato, menù regionale con aggiunta di piatti particolari (cito volentieri i paccheri al baccalà e noci). Si nota il gran lavoro dello chef Federico. Vini di loro produzione (consigliatissimi il Pecorino e il Rosso Piceno).
Costo nella media.
Consigliamo a chi si trova a passare in zona di fermarsi per una pausa davvero ristoratrice.
E simpatica, che non guasta mai.

21/04/2025: After dreaming about it so much, my partner and I go to Andreina. We have followed and esteemed the chef for some time, and therefore the expectations are very high, the emotion is great.
Therefore I am very sorry to describe our experience in these terms:
We start very badly with the service: we are brought a welcome bubble, we choose the "smoking" menu and decide to take a bottle. We ask which macerated wines are on the menu. Answer: not present.
We ask for some Orange, answer: I can make you a juice. We understand that there is not what we are looking for and we choose the tasting of 3 glasses, asking for reds at this point. The first glass is brought to us without any interest in first understanding our tastes (perhaps the absence of coravin inhibits the pairing). A low-priced wine that we already knew and in our opinion not of very high quality. In the meantime, 1 hour and 15 minutes have passed, 2 glasses were brought to us without any plans or cutlery.
We give some indication of our tastes for the subsequent wines and it goes a little better, but now we are resigned that the experience of wine will not entertain us as much as that of food.
In fact, the service continues more relaxed from then on and the food is excellent, from the first course to the dessert. We really appreciate the guys in the room but above all the chef's humility in coming to the tables several times, his evident passion and above all the desire to share hard work and research with the diners, work that can be felt entirely.
However, from a restaurant of this size and for the price paid, one expects excellent service and a sommelier attentive to making the drinking experience live which accompanies and enhances the taste experience. This, to my enormous regret, did not happen.
Hoping that our criticism is understood in a constructive way, I highly recommend a Coravin (also because there are important labels on the menu while the glasses served for tasting disappointed us a little) and greater attention to service.
We will continue to follow the chef's journey with esteem, but we will not return any time soon because for many, having this experience requires a considerable financial outlay and the experience was not up to par due to the service which I would define as "not very pampered".

07/06/2025: I ate very well! The dishes were really well-prepared, with a perfect balance of ingredients that came together in a fantastic way. The quality of the meat was excellent, very tender and tasty, and the desserts were delicate and delicious, completing the meal perfectly. I highly recommend this experience to those looking for a restaurant with attention to detail and top quality ingredients!

We went in six, lunch was a fixed menu and included: appetizer of mixed cold cuts with piada; polenta medallion and fried gnocco; passatelli mushrooms and white truffle; pappardelle with wild boar; roast suckling pig and pork cheek with polenta and Cantiano cherries; sweets accompanied by a ricotta mousse. 17/05/2025: For a short vacation and arriving from Rome we stopped to eat in this very cute restaurant. The food is divine..as is the service and the welcome with a smile among vintage records. The tiramisu is then crazy, I have never eaten anything better. Highly recommended...Marco and Lory

A typical, very welcoming Marche restaurant where you can find a vast selection of meats, considering that I had an ostrich steak. Their cured meats with liver salami and ciauscolo are excellent. Excellent value for money. Recommended

Each dish was a masterpiece of creativity and technique. The flavors were incredibly balanced and the presentation was impeccable.
The service was excellent, kind and attentive staff, they did everything to make us feel at home.

We were at Casale del Chienti and I can say that it was a truly special experience. From the first moment you can feel an elegant and refined atmosphere, but at the same time welcoming. The farmhouse seems almost isolated from the rest of the world: perfect for unplugging and enjoying a moment of tranquility.
We chose a high-quality Amarone, which was expertly recommended to us, and which perfectly accompanied a simply sublime meat: very tender, tasty, cooked to perfection. A perfect balance between excellent raw materials and the hand of the chef.
A detail that we really appreciated was the kindness of the owners, who during dinner made sure with discretion that everything was going well, making us feel truly pampered.
An ideal place for those looking for refinement without excess, good food and a little magic.
We will definitely be back!

Abbiamo preso un ricco antipasto di mare, con piatti delicati e sfiziosi sia caldi che freddi, e per primo dei gustosi spaghettoni con vongole in bianco. A chiudere non poteva mancare la famosa moretta fanese, energetico e stuzzicante caffè corretto tipico di queste zone. Locale molto carino, con personale affabile, che offre la possibilità di mangiare internamente o all’aperto.

01/05/2025: Ravò synonymous with taste, tradition but always with a touch of innovation.
It is a cozy and familiar environment created by a very young couple, Stefano and Gessica, where you can taste typical dishes of the area as well as various specialities. They have an excellent variety of wines which are carefully paired and explained by the very nice Stefano based on the choice of dish.
What can I say, it's impossible not to visit them and enjoy a different proposal every time.
Try it to believe it!!
