All accompanied by a perfect Rosso Piceno 2020 from Davore, To finish, a special barrique brandy with typical biscuits paired with it. Thanks and congratulations!

The food, despite the type, remains large, tasty, well filled and most importantly it is not heavy. Once you finish dinner you don't feel bloated.....clearly it depends on the quantity..... If I have to find some flaws, I can mention the parking lot....which fills up easily and is difficult to find a place if you arrive a little late, especially in summer. And like all places like this, the smell it leaves on your clothes. Ahahaha. For the rest, value for money? Divine. Courtesy and smiles are not lacking on the part of the staff who are up to the task. Speed ​​and service little better than normal. I will return 100%. Advise. The menu is available in multiple languages, so if you understand English, you won't have any problems. This restaurant is famous for its meat, but they serve it in a variety of ways, so even one person can enjoy it. The food was simply delicious, each dish prepared with care and with the freshest ingredients that enhance the typical flavors of tradition. The menu is varied and suitable for all tastes, but what really struck me was the selection of wines, all of high quality and coming from selected bottles, which were able to perfectly accompany each course. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a convivial atmosphere that makes it the ideal place for an evening with friends. The service was impeccable and made every moment of dinner even more pleasant. In short, a perfect dinner in every respect: excellent food, sublime wine and an environment that makes you feel at home. I will definitely come back!

23/02/2025: Passing through Cantiano, we decide to stop for lunch, I find the place on search engines and curious we go to Tenetra. Right in the center next to the Post Office. Not an excessively large place with around fifteen tables, a nice fireplace in the corner and stone arches inside. In addition to the à la carte dishes, further dishes are illustrated to us, so we decide on 1 Tenetra starter, composed of hot and cold starters, and 3 different first courses: for me a Sicilian dish, busiata with broccoli cream, breadcrumbs and burrata... yes, good but... a little bland (and I don't eat tasty ☺️); green tagliatelle with peppers, walnuts, crispy bacon; bigoli with breadcrumbs, chicory and burrata. Good. Half a glass of wine, 1 sweet ricotta with black cherries, water and coffee. Overall, not a bad experience, service a little slow (there's only 1 guy to serve, prepare drinks and do the counting), good dishes, in terms of value for money, I'd say there's room for improvement. Total x 3: €76.50; €25 each, x 1 full first course, a few starters, water and coffee.
