31/10/2025: A truly wonderful experience at the Cavallini Restaurant in San Severino! As soon as you enter, you immediately sense the care and attention to every detail: an elegant yet welcoming space, a warm and relaxed atmosphere, and extremely kind staff, always available with a smile.
The cuisine is simply extraordinary: carefully crafted, beautifully presented, and prepared with the freshest ingredients. Each course speaks to the chef's passion and expertise. The fish cappellacci are truly unique—delicate, balanced, and bursting with flavor… truly a dish worthy of applause, a small masterpiece that alone is worth the visit. The other dishes also stand out for their flavor and originality, with always spot-on pairings.
My only personal complaint concerns the champagne risotto, which I found a bit too intense in flavor: for my taste, the champagne slightly overpowered the other aromas. That said, it's still a well-executed dish and a testament to the kitchen's desire to experiment.
Service is fast, attentive, but never intrusive. The portions are just right, the timing between courses is perfect, and the prices are absolutely in line with the quality. It's one of those places where you eat truly well and leave feeling completely satisfied, wanting to return.
Highly recommended for those seeking high-end cuisine, without too much formality but with lots of passion and authentic flavor.

07/11/2025: I had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant thanks to my brothers-in-law who live in Ancona. The menu offers a wide selection, including alternatives like pizza, sushi, and gluten-free options. Quality ingredients are expertly crafted by an excellent kitchen. Kind and friendly staff make this a wonderful experience.

The service is quick.
The location is charming, along the main avenue in the center of Ancona...
The years go by, but they remain excellent.
The prices are normal.

The owner and chef were kind, passionate, and cheerful. Generous portions, all generously grated with truffle!
I'll be back and recommend everyone to try it!
They also have excellent black truffle!
I recommend the crostini, frittata (a masterpiece), and tagliatelle. I can't wait to go back. Bravo everyone!

02/10/2025: I booked, asking if they could kindly give us a comfortable table with a sea view because I was going with three very elderly people and I wanted them to have a special experience (perhaps their last ones). They explained to me that the place is full and they couldn't guarantee it. When we arrived, the surprise was fantastic!!! The most beautiful table in the place!! I can't thank you enough, thank you for the professional service with very friendly and helpful staff, the quality of the food, the presentation, everything was fantastic. Thank you.
27/09/2025: During our vacation, we stopped in Senigallia twice and dined at this restaurant a few times. It's ALWAYS PERFECT in every way, even the huge portions we struggle to finish.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

I recommend the Roman-style pizza, which is delicious, crispy, and light.
20/10/2025: If you want a mouth-watering Roman stirata, this is the place! A young place, super-fast service, it was packed and the pizza arrived in about ten minutes, and the prices are average for the quality you get.

The table setting blended perfectly with the 1970s chalet style (clean, minimalist, and elegant, with a fresh rose in a vase that I personally really appreciated).

18/11/2025: A splendid conclusion to a short but delightful stop in Ascoli Piceno. Just steps from the historic Piazza del Popolo, dinner at Locanda Imperfetta, with its warm welcome, reveals the lie hidden in its name: everything was PERFECT—food, service, and ambiance.
Great skill in the preparation of the dishes, high-quality ingredients, a simple yet refined wine list, and excellent value. Roberto Di Sante was the perfect host, able to further enhance the dining experience with a delightful closing chat.

An intimate location, a warm atmosphere, and meticulous attention to detail.
The veal with tuna sauce is superb, and the olives are true gems of the area. The first and second courses are noteworthy. The simple desserts round out the meal, filling the palate with authentic flavors.

Dinner on the terrace is the best, not only for the view, but also for the food, which is very good.
The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is varied, and the service is second to none. The hospitality is excellent.
In my experience, I felt right at home.
24/08/2025: A very nice, clean hotel with a wonderful view of the Marche hills. The suite was beautiful: very spacious, bright, airy, and with a stunning view. The staff was friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed dinner at the on-site restaurant. The pool is small and shallow, but it's fine for a cool dip in the summer. Breakfast is decent: the homemade cakes are very good, but the variety could be increased. The hotel's location, high up, with a splendid view, is a bit inconvenient for reaching the region's attractions.

25/11/2025: The appetizer was very good, but unfortunately I chose the first course (I made the wrong choice), so I didn't order the second course. The semifreddo was nothing special. The service was quick, and the place was very crowded and noisy. Definitely worth trying again on quieter weekdays.
16/11/2025: Good food, decent portions, very nice place, but since it's a bit small, it can get crowded when it's crowded (especially downstairs). Very tasty traditional dishes.

28/10/2025: La Tavernetta is a magical, small, and truly charming place to enjoy a delightful dinner as a couple or with a group of friends, as I recently did. The kind and attentive dining room staff pampers guests with unique expertise, and the dishes are meticulously prepared and delicious. The platter is highly recommended for the quality of the cured meats and cheeses, and the varied tartare selection and the quality of the meat are particularly noteworthy. Vegetarians, however, need not worry; they'll be equally satisfied. The wine cellar is excellent, with a wide selection of wines, including from other regions. Reservations are essential, especially on weekends, given the small size of the restaurant.

The place is historic, and the sfogliata is based on a recipe from the lady who makes it (they also serve piadinas). It's very unique, and comes in a variety of flavors... The fillings are very fresh, high-quality ingredients. Must try!
