15/02/2026: I've been to this restaurant before and have always had good food. However, after Valentine's Day, I feel compelled to write this negative review because I feel completely cheated. The menu included two appetizers, one first course, one second course, and one dessert for €45. Let's just say I wasn't entirely impressed with the menu, with dishes that I found tasteless and bland. The key issue was the portions; both my partner and I left the restaurant feeling absolutely starving. The two appetizers were literally three forkfuls, the first about 80 grams of rice, and the second a truly ridiculous slice of meat. What really pisses me off is that they're taking advantage of these holidays to rip off customers by promoting four-course menus plus dessert, which in reality amount to little more than an aperitif at €45 per person. That said, because of this incident, I don't think I'll ever return to this place because I felt completely cheated. PS: I told the waitress several times that everything was fine simply because my partner didn't want to start a row. 2 stars instead of one because the place is nice and the atmosphere was pleasant.

22/02/2026: We didn’t sleep. We tried only the restaurant and we can tell that it’s something special that is needed to be tried. The view, the location, the mountain and the overall place is something to try. It’s away from city, yet, it’s only 15mn from main area.

12/11/2025: Exceptional trattoria. We ate incredibly fresh fish, cooked simply but deliciously. The price was fair, especially considering the quality of the ingredients. Kindness and courtesy were the hallmarks of our evening. We'll definitely be back.

21/02/2026: Crescia, a must-try local delicacy in Urbino, is similar to the Piadina, a common Italian flatbread, but with a layer of lard on top, giving it a more complex texture. The owner is incredibly friendly, and it was such a treat to have a hot meal here at lunchtime, all at a reasonable price.

05/01/2026: We stopped in Urbino during a five-day vacation, and this was the meal that made the biggest impression on us, despite its simplicity. The crescia we ate was divine, with a crumbly dough and a generous, flavorful filling. The prices are super affordable, and we recommend it for takeout because the seating is limited and a bit uncomfortable, considering the small restaurant gets crowded easily. If we return to Urbino, we'll definitely stop here.

11/03/2026: I'd give it 4 stars, especially for the wait: we waited 40 minutes for our pizzas. The place is very welcoming, clean, and large. Excellent food! The pizza is really good, and the desserts are also top-quality. Slow service, but very friendly staff. Price: €16 total.

The dishes are delicious and well-portioned (this recommendation is for those like me who love to "eat" with their mouths and not just their eyes), the flavors are unique but well-blended, with flavors that combine traditional and creative cuisine, where you can clearly see the passion and dedication of those who work behind the stove. 24/12/2025: A lovely, welcoming place with very friendly owners. The food is excellent and high-quality. Classic cuisine, along with some very unique dishes. The excellent meat selection is cooked on an open grill. Perfect for a romantic dinner or a dinner with friends. Definitely worth a try.

09/12/2025: Lately, we've become regulars here to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries. We enjoy the mixed roast, the roast suckling pig, and the rabbit cacciatore, but we also love the first courses, like the pappardelle with wild boar ragù. Home-style cooking is the hallmark of Coppetto, as is the unwavering friendliness and precision of the service, which make you feel right at home. If I had to give it a lower rating, it would be for the ambience being too noisy, but given how packed it is, it's inevitable that there's a lot of background noise.

The elegance of the place made us happy, and the care and kindness of the staff and owners is a must not to be overlooked.
