22/02/2026: I didn't know it, we were there to celebrate the 18th birthday of two twins, I have to say everything was perfect, from the excellent food to the wonderful location, very attentive waiters

21/02/2026: We were there recently for a Carnival party, but we've also been there for weddings in the past. The food is good, the service professional and friendly, and the atmosphere classic yet charming. Considering the number of seats, they always manage to maintain a consistently high standard of quality.

24/02/2026: I'll start by saying that I was passing through Fabriano for a day and decided to try this place based on the many positive reviews. The place is cute, not chaotic, and beautifully decorated (my kids were shocked looking at all those phones). The staff, starting with the owner, is truly excellent, both in terms of speed and courtesy (everyone had a dazzling smile). The quality of the fish is truly high...we started with a mix of carpaccio and tartare, and even though we'd overindulged, we polished it all off. For mains, we ordered a trio of steaks, picanha, angus, and a recommended Bavarian cream. Perfectly cooked, the meat melted in your mouth. The desserts were also very good. If I were to find myself in the area again, I'd definitely pop in. The prices were fair. Go for it...

24/02/2026: Passing through Fabriano, we had lunch here. From the entrance, it seemed like an unwelcoming place, but it's true that appearances can be deceiving. The ambience was certainly designed with the owner's tastes in mind, but it's truly welcoming and charming. The staff were friendly, the menu catered for all tastes, and there were two truly excellent first courses—it would be difficult to choose the better of the two. The roast lamb was perhaps a little overcooked, but the meat was impeccable. The wine list was extensive, and the price was fair. Congratulations!

01/01/2026: La Marca dei Sapori is one of those places where you immediately feel at ease: an intimate and refined atmosphere, where the modernity of the structure blends with a slightly retro style that makes everything more welcoming. Completing the atmosphere is a sophisticated, unpretentious, and beautiful background playlist, which accompanies lunch without ever disturbing, but rather makes it even more enjoyable. The menu is refined but not pretentious, with traditional dishes revisited with a modern twist and great attention to ingredients. We started with a platter of mixed cured meats, plentiful and truly high-quality, perfect for sharing. The first and second courses also won us over: carefully prepared, well-balanced, and full of character (only the pheasant was slightly drier, but still good). Among the first courses, we ordered: • Ravioli stuffed with wild chicory with savory butter, purple potato cream, lemon pearls, and marinated egg yolk • Cappelletti with wild boar and apple, creamed turnip tops, game and hazelnut stock • Chickpea tagliolini with cauliflower cream, crispy bacon, rosemary and chili oil The desserts were the icing on the cake, but the real discovery was the cocoa and chocolate amaretto: served under a glass dome, it "pops" with every spoonful thanks to the fizzy crazy effect, a fun and super nostalgic detail in '80s style. Marca dei Sapori confirms itself as the perfect place to stop, relax, and treat yourself. Just what we needed to start the new year off right ✨

The location is beautiful, with ample outdoor space for a stroll, and the dining room is well-maintained and clean. Mr. Matteo's kindness, the impeccable service, and the good food capped off a lovely Sunday. Recommended.

21/02/2026: The castle is surrounded by a large wooded park, has a golf course, and convenient parking. We stayed there for three nights. The room, on the second floor, was equipped with all the comforts, including a TV, a mini-fridge (unfortunately, it only had two bottles of water), and free WiFi. It had a large iron canopy bed and a private, crenellated terrace, which, if furnished in warm weather, would certainly be the perfect haven for sunbathing, relaxing, and enjoying bucolic tranquility in complete privacy. The bright, windowed bathroom, equipped with a hairdryer and a generous courtesy kit, has a recessed shower. What I most appreciated was the opportunity to dine in a private room, a true romantic jewel, by candlelight with professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and discreet service. The excellent cuisine offers truly appetizing land and sea dishes that demonstrate the team's expertise and meticulous selection of ingredients. We took advantage of the five-course tasting menu, with matching wines: an experience definitely worth recommending. The extensive wine list pays close attention to local produce, but also includes quality national selections that are unusual, such as the Santus M.C. and the Bonavita rosé, to name just two. There's a significant selection of sparkling wines, and an interesting selection of rosés. The rich and varied breakfast buffet caters to all tastes and needs, a great way to start the day. The property features a terrace, used in the warmer months, with a small infinity pool overlooking the park. The staff is the residence's true asset: courteous, helpful, and eager to accommodate guests' requests. Truly, many compliments. Two modest suggestions—NB, these aren't meant to be criticisms, but rather small suggestions for a location we loved: expand the minibar selection and pay more attention to detail in the rooms. 15/01/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant purely by chance on the way home from vacation. We didn't know it was a Michelin-starred restaurant, so we didn't get the experience that this type of restaurant deserves. It's impossible not to appreciate the elegance of the dining rooms, the attentive service, and the meticulous attention to detail in the kitchen. Just one note, though it doesn't take away the five stars, but I think it's important. We didn't like the menu, specifically the list of dishes. It's evocative, colorful, and fun, with its surprise vinyl record, but nothing is specified. No ingredients, no useful details. After studying it for 10 minutes, when the waiter arrived, we changed our order because, following his explanations, we discovered that the names of the dishes didn't actually correspond to their preparation or contained ingredients that weren't to our taste. So, there's no point in leaving the menu... Prices are obviously not for everyone.
