03/06/2026: In the backstreets away from the main tourist areas. We visited for lunch on Republic day and it was very busy. The brothers who run this place were single handed and rushing about. As service was a bit slow the brothers enlivened the mood by neighing like donkeys and making various announcements which elicited applause from the mainly Italian clientele. When it came the food was delicious (we had salumi and some excellent pizzas). Others have commented on the chilli oil and I was given crushed chilli to take away. I wouldn’t hesitate to return - for the food yes and in the hope of more theatre…

04/06/2026: An absolute must-visit in Castelraimondo for anyone looking for a snack. After riding through the beautiful hills, there's no better place to stop: excellent sandwiches and an ice-cold, non-alcoholic beer. The atmosphere is perfect for bike lovers, and the real plus is that it's often open late into the night, ideal for those returning late from the curves.

10/05/2026: Disappointing location. But extremely kind and professional staff. It was a gift for my birthday. In the end, we had a good time and had a pleasant time, but the spa is a bit shabby and not really immersed in nature as the descriptions say. The property is above a horrible industrial area and the highway, both of which severely spoil the visual and acoustic passage. Therefore, a spa "sold as immersed in greenery" that resonates with such a passage is a bit of a contradiction. Overall, there is little refinement in the wellness program, carpeted with fake grass and urban concrete elements that are a bit cemetery-like. It is expensive for what it really is, €130 for two with a mandatory room for changing and showering. We didn't want to stay the night because we didn't really have the desire; honestly, the room was truly up to the standard of a simple country farmhouse. It is not an experience immersed in the tranquility or elegance of a historic residence as advertised on the website; it is more of a place for large ceremonies. That said, the staff is truly affable and professional, I repeat.

03/05/2026: While visiting Urbania, we had lunch at this delightful little restaurant. Meticulous attention to detail, with jazzy bossa nova music playing in the background. The dining room is run by the wife (very kind), while her husband manages the kitchen alone and is an excellent chef! We ate wonderfully; the dishes were few, but made with meticulous care and tasted amazing. A chef friend of mine once told me: "Eat in restaurants with few dishes and you'll see, you'll eat well!" He was right; I give this place a 10 with honors. Well done, well done, and still well done. It's a shame we live far away, otherwise we'd be loyal customers. P.S. The owners are two lovely people. 14/05/2026: Always a guarantee! Restaurant in the historic center of Fano, exquisite dishes, very fresh fish. Their brodetto (reservation required, at least the day before) is perhaps the best. The service is courteous and very professional, and in the summer they also have outdoor seating. We always go there when we're in Fano.

The staff is more than friendly, never intrusive, and the explanations of the dishes are superb. The wine cellar is very varied. The service is very fast and attentive. We will definitely be back.

18/05/2026: I had lunch at Locanda Montelippo with my girlfriend. We booked via WhatsApp, which I find convenient and practical these days. However, the road to get there isn't the best: it's full of rocks and potholes, and a low-slung car can easily hit it. It would be helpful to fix it, even if only by covering the most damaged areas. The location, however, is truly beautiful: surrounded by greenery, with a large lawn, a pool, and well-kept spaces. I know they also offer accommodations, and you can sense the overall attention to detail throughout the establishment. The menu offers unconventional dishes, with a strong focus on the farm's locally sourced products, especially vegetables from the garden. We had red potato gnocchi with duck ragù, a fillet of duck, and a polenta crouton. The gnocchi was very good, cooked to perfection, with a light and well-balanced ragù—perhaps just a touch more salt would have made it perfect. The fillet was excellent: ordered rare, it arrived exactly as requested, accompanied by garden salad and potatoes, all very good. Some less positive comments about the polenta crouton: it was served directly from the cooking pan, a choice I personally didn't appreciate, partly because it left an unpleasant aftertaste. Furthermore, the smoked provola cheese was a bit sparse and unevenly distributed. The service was friendly and helpful, but a bit hesitant: some questions (about the dishes or spirits) were answered vaguely. Nothing serious, but considering the €3 cover charge per person—with demineralized water not included—one would expect a little more in terms of preparation. The wine list, on the other hand, is excellent, well-curated, with several interesting options, even by the glass: as a wine enthusiast, I really appreciated it. The price is mid-to-high: the quality of the ingredients is noticeable, but it's not enough on its own. With more attention to service and detail, the experience would have been worthy of the price.
