31/07/2025: Nighttime Horseback Tracking, July 11, 2025 An Experience That Stays in the Soul There are moments you never forget. The nighttime horseback tracking on July 11, 2025, amidst the magical Furlo Mountains, was one of those moments. It's hard to explain what it feels like to ride under a star-studded sky, accompanied only by the sound of hooves on the ground, the rustling of trees, and the calm breathing of the horse guiding you through the darkness. It's like entering another dimension, where time slows down and everything becomes more real, more profound. The light of the full moon, the imposing Furlo Gorges silently watching us... it felt as if nature itself were welcoming us into an embrace. I felt my heart open, my mind empty, and I rediscovered a connection with myself that I had long lost. A sincere thank you to those who made all this possible: for the passion, care, and sensitivity with which every detail was organized. But above all, for giving me a memory I'll carry with me forever. ❤️

01/07/2025: Not far from that overrated culinary San Benedetto del Tronto leaning against the sea is Raciò which is a nice surprise. The owners are very good at cooking less overused than that of the chalets (I feel like putting an s but I'll hold back) with fish salads that are now all the same. In this place there is a feeling of good feelings and flavors not only related to fish; for example, I ate a nice first course of mezze maniche with datterini sauce and stracciatella but first I made myself some juicy meatballs en sponzate that my wife dunked in my shoes out of envy. Anyway, here's the point, at a certain point you feel you have to distance yourself from many, from the seasonal chefs, from the lights on the seafront, from the barcode menus, from the hubbub of the holidays and from the structured companies to take refuge in the intimacy of an immoral recipe like bread and tomato (Manuel Vasquez Montalban) and that place there can only be Raciò to whom my compliments go.

23/08/2025: Carbonara for all tastes. A restaurant that caters to all dietary needs, offering a wide range of options. A casual atmosphere.

22/08/2025: The best carbonara I've had! Fair prices and excellent (and fast) service although the restaurant was full. They are also dog friendly.

27/07/2025: Exclusively seafood restaurant located on a street parallel to the Adriatic highway. A fairly modest establishment for undemanding diners. The menu offers limited options, typical of family-run establishments and certainly enjoyable. Clean and tidy, with accommodations in a couple of rooms (perhaps it was once an apartment?) and a pleasant outdoor area. The owner is kind, attentive, and a little pushy with orders. Nothing to complain about the quality and tastiness of the dishes, except that they overdid the salt on my fish salad. The desserts are also good, especially my lemon one. Prices are average for similar establishments in the area. If you're passing through...do your own thing.

13/07/2025: As soon as we arrived in Pedaso after a seven-hour journey, our first thought was to eat. Trusting the reviews, we headed to this trattoria. The owner, although a bit hurried because he was alone in the dining room, sat us down at a table, asking us to be patient. We ordered almost immediately, and the owner again urged us to be patient. Never has a wait been so pleasant. The appetizers arrived, and while they were plentiful, they had one small flaw: they were "DELIGHTFUL." Not to mention the paccheri allo scoglio (pasta with seafood) were EXCEPTIONAL. We enjoyed it so much that we returned that evening for dinner, and we'll be back again during our stay. Thank you!

11/07/2025: I have known the inn for many years and it is always a pleasure to return both to stay and especially to dine.

09/07/2025: I eat there often for work lunches, but I've also had the opportunity to stay there. Everything is perfect. The place is very quaint and welcoming. The staff is friendly. For lunch, the appetizer alone would be enough. Generous portions!

24/08/2025: When we got there, it was noticeably confusing, but they very kindly showed us to our tables. We ordered a €26 platter, a stewed rabbit, and an orange cockerel. The menu, when we read the platter, specified a mix of crostini, which we later discovered were bruschetta with various toppings. We actually ordered it because we thought they didn't serve bread and that the crostini were meant to be served with cured meats. One of the waiters kept going around the place, huffing and puffing. The orange cockerel was perfectly cooked, but it tasted like drinking orange juice after eating a very bland chicken. We had some leftover food, so we asked for a container to take it away. They handed us a container of puff pastry that had undoubtedly been recycled from another product.

28/07/2025: We had a great time, we tried the Sunday lunch special, good and varied appetizers, generous first course. The house wine was good, and the sorbet was excellent!! Definitely worth doing again!!!!!

14/07/2025: Excellent food, the service is a little slow but they are very friendly. Beautiful dishes with excellent explanations, the portions are a little small but the food is excellent!

10/08/2025: I ate here for the first time brought by friends and I was more than happy. The place is simple and the structure reminds you of the 2016 earthquake, but the kindness of the staff and the happy faces of the people immediately puts you in a homely atmosphere. From the presentation of the menu you realize that you will not be able to eat everything you want and that you will have to come back here several times. The appetizers are wonderful, the first ones sublime, when the second ones arrive you realize that you would need an extra stomach, then there is no room for dessert, so you tell yourself that at the first opportunity you will return... I recommend it to everyone and enjoy your meal.

23/07/2025: House appetizer: coratella, pappardelle with wild boar, fried lamb, mixed grill, fried courgette flowers and sage: the coratella and pappardelle were good, but the rest were not.

24/08/2025: Beautiful spot in a lovely Italian village. We had a delicious lunch with pasta. The kids were also very happy. Choose good weather and you can sit outside on the terrace. But when the weather isn't so good, it's also great to enjoy that authentic Italian atmosphere inside.

08/08/2025: The road from San Severino to Stigliano offers beautiful views of the Marche hills. Once you arrive at Ristorante Marisa, it's like coming home. Here, you can enjoy traditional home-cooked cuisine featuring homemade pasta, traditional sauces like duck or truffle, cured meats, warm focaccia, meat cooked over the fire, and simple but delicious traditional desserts. There's also a good selection of wines. The veranda is lovely, with a spectacular view and, despite the summer heat, a pleasant cool breeze. We tried the gnocchi and ravioli with chicory and fossa cheese, which were delicious, and the grilled fillet steak, which was incredibly tender. On another occasion, we also sampled Marisa's frittura, fried meat with battered vegetables and fruit, which was very enjoyable. The service is friendly and informal. But we expected this; after all, we're at home!
