14/10/2025: I arrived with my partner without a reservation and we were immediately greeted warmly by the staff who pamper you and make you feel at home. Congratulations! Stunning location, especially the area with the fireplace! Superlative menu with top-quality products! I tried the phenomenal burnt wheat pizza and the delicious pumpkin cheesecake! Highly recommended! 5 stars +++++

06/10/2025: Very refined atmosphere with a few tables inside, and friendly, welcoming staff. I recommend booking in advance to be safe, although I went on a Sunday from around 1:20 PM until 2:00 PM, and there were probably 4-5 tables occupied. I ordered 1L of still water and the Barese pasta made with burnt wheat dough, which was truly excellent. Total: €20

Since then, every time I come to visit my sister, there’s one thing I always crave — a visit to Hambù. It’s not just a restaurant for me anymore; it’s a tradition, a ritual, and honestly, one of my happiest places in Italy. I was there again in July, and somehow it keeps getting better and better and better. The quality, the service, the atmosphere — everything feels perfectly balanced between casual and gourmet. You can feel the care in every detail. The burgers are pure perfection — juicy, flavorful, and crafted like a piece of art. My all-time favorite is the Chianina burger, but the Fassona Piemontese one is just as incredible — tender and bursting with authentic flavor. Their pinsa romana is another must-try — light, crispy, and unforgettable. And let’s talk about the wine — always perfectly paired, always Italian, always right. You can tell they choose with taste and heart. The staff? Warm, welcoming, and truly passionate about what they do. The ambiance? Modern yet cozy, full of energy but still relaxed enough to enjoy every sip and bite. Hambù isn’t just “a burger place.” It’s an experience — one that stays with you long after you’ve left. 18/10/2025: Disclaimer: I love this place; we come several times a year. I have no complaints about the quality of the food; on the contrary, it's all delicious, and they were incredibly kind because one of the girls had numerous allergies, so they were very accommodating. This time, however, when we went to the cashier to pay (we each wanted to pay for what we'd consumed, and there were four of us, not ten), the owner told us it wasn't possible: "You've had time to sit down," and that we could settle down later. We stayed longer than the reservation time, that's true. It's also true that if a table had been served, we would have gotten up without a problem, but that wasn't the case. So I don't understand this kind of "retaliation." We'll definitely be back because the food and staff are excellent, but this, to be honest, left us a little perplexed.

14/10/2025: The risottos have become banal and unremarkable. The gnocchi are excellent. The portions are good only on individual plates...while on second and third plates...they're small.

The place was very nice as always, but excessively expensive... a white capricciosa pizza (the change was to remove the ham and add salami) was €16.50. The icing on the cake was a plain chocolate cake without ice cream and various sauces for €12. We will NEVER return.

The setting is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and meticulously maintained, creating a unique and relaxing atmosphere. The service is impeccable, with a touch of courtesy and a warm, even confidential, yet classy atmosphere. The dishes... it's hard to describe the perfection between presentation, taste, and Quality... and the latter with a capital Q. A paradise for enjoying lunch or dinner for two or with friends. Thank you for existing.

16/10/2025: Stewed peas (they weren't the best), charred skewers and no peppers between one piece of meat and another... plus, the fixed menu was €16.50, with half a bottle of house wine and a corrected coffee... no way!!

01/10/2025: Original place.. It's like being at home in a family context and the food is good (for those who appreciate vegetarian and partly vegan food, why not? The owner is very kind and gives you expert advice and colleagues and is very quick to serve you.. Fun place with the right quality / price ratio.. I'll definitely be back!!

27/08/2025: It’s a wonderful little Place where You get good quality food that is super delicious. The people that work there are so loving and welcoming also Zona Franca has a lot of gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options. I can only recommend it and I would always come back there ! ✨🌼💗🫶🏼

30/09/2025: Welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. Very friendly staff and fast service. The squid ink linguine was very good, the stuffed zucchini were excellent, and the baked potatoes were very good and tasty. The homemade tiramisu was really good and light, and the torta della nonna was also delicious! Positive experience. I will be back. Recommended. We returned after a year at the end of September, and the food was always good and the welcome was excellent. The price was fair. Excellent value for money.

01/08/2025: Very good restaurant. The setting is pleasant, in a very well-maintained garden outside and a very beautiful room inside. The service is of very high quality, the dishes are very good and plentiful. As for the quality/price ratio, it is excellent! Don't hesitate if you want to eat in Pisa! Book before your meal to be sure of having your place!

08/10/2025: Elegant and well detailed restaurant , specialised in seafood within lobster batch at the center of dining area. Great crude seafood platter and goof wk e list .I would say a bit expensive especially for lunch time but overall very positive experience . I have tried the linguine with gambero a d nduja and they were excellent .
