29/11/2025: We ate at this lovely place. The owner, Andrea, was very friendly. The food was excellent, with refined dishes prepared by him and the desserts prepared at the table by Emanuele were very good. I highly recommend it.

15/11/2025: Excellent dinner and excellent service. The food was quick and delicious, the portions were just right, the kitchen was very efficient, and the waiters were incredibly attentive. Francesco, in particular, spoke to us in three different languages and was very friendly. He made us feel very welcome. Thank you all, and thank you, Francesco!

Tasting menu at an affordable price and generous portions. You won't find novelty dishes, but you'll find substance and flavor.
It's suitable for even large groups, good service, and an "old-fashioned" atmosphere, probably left that way on purpose to emphasize that this is a traditional Lombard osteria.
Easy to reach if you arrive from the highway and take the Varese lakefront.

01/12/2025: Truly exceptional pizza. They are very popular and so they stay busy therefore I would recommend having a reservation. I would eat this pizza every day if I could. My favorite is the Diavola.

Great value for money.
Unfortunately, the outdoor seating is on the street, but it's very quiet and there's little traffic.
We'd love to come back.
04/08/2025: Very cool place, with delicious coffee and pastries! The service is fast, they are very kind, and if you eat there, they bring your order to your table. "Homely", heartwarming, it was always a good feeling to go in and sit there. I recommend it to everyone! :)

But unfortunately, we weren't as satisfied as before; what a shame... My wife was happy with the fish dish, and the pizzas seem to be popular with other guests. But my porcini mushroom pasta dish was a real disappointment in its sticky sauce.
And the Caprese appetizer was even worse: tasteless, unripe tomatoes, no flavor at all, two small basil leaves, olive oil, no breadsticks... A restaurant with huge quality fluctuations?

Every time I stop by, I know I'll be eating fresh, plentiful, and delicious. The meat is always well-seasoned and cooked to perfection, the vegetables are crunchy, and the sauces are spectacular.
Generous portions, fair prices, and service that makes you feel special every time.
The owner? Extremely kind and super professional: you can tell he's passionate about what he does, and it really makes a difference.
Recommended to anyone who wants to eat a properly made kebab.
😍 The best in the area, hands down!
Once you've tried it... there's no going back.

Various courses, all excellent: marinated salmon with chicory and cheese, creamed cod on polenta, Alba-style tartare, rice cake with guinea fowl ragù, stewed pork cheek, tiramisu. All delicious. Knowledgeable and knowledgeable staff, above all very friendly. Definitely worth trying again.
