15/07/2025: Very pleasant surprise. We got a brand new room, everything was great. The bathroom included all of the amenities toothpaste toothbrush, and all other toiletries you will need. Rooms are spacious and soundproofing was decent. It super conveniently located right in the terminal. But remember it is in the arrivals level so give yourself plenty of time. This airport is looong.

15/07/2025: The location is definitely the strongest point of this hotel - it’s directly connected to Malpensa Airport, just a few minutes’ walk from the terminals, which is incredibly convenient for early flights or late arrivals. The room I stayed in felt refreshed and clean, with modern touches that made it comfortable for a short stay. The swimming pool area also looked pleasant and, to my surprise, wasn’t crowded at all - a rare bonus in airport hotels. Breakfast was another highlight: very well stocked, with a wide variety of fresh items. Despite that, it felt a bit industrial in style and presentation. However, the breakfast staff were cool, positive, and created a welcoming atmosphere. On the downside, the common areas of the hotel are showing their age - outdated decor and lack of proper maintenance give an impression of a once-grand space now out of touch, especially disappointing considering this is in the fashion capital, Milan. Overall, while the convenience and select features were appreciated, the dated ambiance in shared spaces and the industrial feel of some services.

23/06/2025: It's a nice place run by Chinese but they make a good pizza and many fish dishes including raw fish... The desserts are a bit expensive like in other restaurants I recommend not taking sliced ​​desserts because they are really poor... for the rest it's excellent

06/07/2025: I'll start by saying that I'm not used to writing negative reviews but this time I think it's necessary. We booked a room at this property 1 month ago and the day before our arrival they contacted us to ask if we were willing to split into two single rooms "because a group arrived", who for some unknown reason had priority over us. After declining the offer and asking to have the service we paid for, we were first told ok and then our reservation on Booking was cancelled out of nowhere, without even a phone call to let us know. We found ourselves stranded the day before arriving, only because the hotel decided to give priority to someone else (who evidently arrived without a reservation), for some unknown reason. They were also annoyed that we didn't want to split into two single rooms - "you're only staying one night anyway". Unspeakable, zero respect and attention to the customer.

08/07/2025: I'm a longtime customer of this establishment, where I've happily left my contribution for over 20 years, choosing to bring friends and family for breakfast or gelato. But what happened today deeply disappointed me. I went to the bar with my wife and a guest. When the guest stood up to pay, as usual, I clearly stated that she was my guest, adding, "We're in Italy, so I'll pay," as I've always done with every person I've brought to this establishment. It's a form of respect, a small gesture that's part of our culture and tradition—if you can call it that—and which has always been respected. Despite this, the waitress accepted our guest's money without hesitation, completely ignoring my words. I tried to politely explain that I was the one who had invited her, but I was met only with inflexibility and a cold, unsympathetic attitude. The way I was ignored made me feel invisible, as if my gesture had no value. It's not a matter of money, but of respect. Actions speak louder than words, and a little sensitivity on the part of this waitress (all the others were always kind) would have been enough to avoid this unpleasant situation. I will never return to this establishment, not out of pride, but out of dignity. Those who work with the public should care about the human aspect, not just the commercial one.

24/05/2025: Oops, I fell for it again. I promised myself I would never eat sugar again, but instead I gorged myself on a double brioche, cappuccino and half a kilo of pastries, which I took away for the withdrawal crisis that would soon take over me. I have stopped with a lot of unhealthy things in life, but sweets are my worst addiction. Leaving aside the internal discomforts, the abuse committed obviously corresponds to a very high quality of their production.

09/07/2025: Since i already had lunch about 5 times In here i feel like saying that It desearves a Chance for visiting! the onwer and his crew are Always kind towards you the pizza and its mozzarella such a good taste with touch of vintage pictures Wall and 80's music. Saddly i cant put more than 5 stars.

12/06/2025: Nothing to say, everything was very good, excellent service and a really nice place. The only big flaw is the price. With a cover charge of €3.8 at least there could be bread, instead of asking if we want a "focaccia" put in the bread holder and charging almost €5. The rest of the menu also costs money, a first course rarely goes below €20 and starters go for around €15.
