11/05/2025: With great enthusiasm I couldn't wait to try the pastries I ordered especially because at the moment the ones I wanted weren't available, so I ordered them for the next day. Unfortunately, I have to say that they were a big disappointment from the day before... Shortcrust pastry and babbá pasta were too soft. If I order you desserts I want them fresh! In addition to total disorganization in front of the cash register with people passing you by and three hours to pay. Never again!

16/04/2025: I went to this pastry shop to have a cappuccino and a croissant, I must say very good, but the staff is cold, they don't say hello when you arrive or even when you leave after greeting them, congratulations on their politeness.

31/05/2025: I took two pan pizzas (one Neapolitan and one Alessia) both super. Soft with a nice crunchy edge, the right amount of oiliness and the perfect topping. I was particularly impressed by how the anchovies that apparently seemed little (I even turned up my nose I admit) managed to perfectly flavor the pizza even in the bites where they were missing. The format was also perfect, you finish the pizza with pleasure without gasping but not even remaining hungry. It will be a fixed stop for sure.

04/05/2025: First experience in this place with a mixed wheel. Truly excellent quality spicy salami but the rest is also truly remarkable. Light tasty pizza well seasoned super cheesy. Passed with full marks. We will definitely be back.

04/05/2025: Un piccolo bar pasticceria con prodotti molto buoni per colazione ..brioches ottime e caffè buono ..il servizio molto professionale e tutte gentili …consigliato a tutti per chi vuole gustarsi le colazioni …un piccolo neo l’ho trovato negli aperitivi analcolici con il rapporto prezzo /qualità …comunque valutate voi

23/03/2025: Located in the middle of the Varesina state road, the elegant structure stands behind a sumptuous wrought iron gate. This restaurant is housed in a sumptuous residence dating back to around the second half of the 19th century. The interesting combination of history and modernity reigns supreme. Formal welcome by a very kind waitress, who offers an unusual and very welcome tasting of the oil produced by the owners in Val D'Orcia. A tasty and unexpected aperitif was also offered, which pleasantly served as a prelude to a wonderful dinner. The chef, worthy of the most renowned starred cuisines, born to satisfy the most sophisticated palates with delicate dishes, delicious to the eye and which lead the palate straight to ecstasy. White reigns, the dominant color both in the internal room and in the external patio, here in contrast with a pleasantly dated flooring with dark notes of brown. The structure is surrounded by greenery, so much so that the presence of the road on the outside is forgotten. My need for gluten- and lactose-free cuisine was largely satisfied without the slightest hesitation, without detracting from the flavor and beauty of the dishes. There is free parking outside on the opposite side of the road and the possibility of parking inside the structure. Three steps to access the entrance. I recommend, if you don't have one, a small platform for disabled people and strollers. For those looking for a quiet, elegant and romantic location, I highly recommend it. 21/04/2025: Absolutely brilliant restaurant! We passed by here on our way to the airport heading home as we were struggling to find somewhere to that was open where we could eat before catching our flight. They weren’t open but opened early for us and made us two brilliant pizzas. The food was absolutely delicious and the service fantastic. Can’t fault this place at all, if you are nearby you definitely should visit.
