16/04/2026: Very welcoming property, the room was a picture worthy of a frame, spotlessly clean and equipped with every comfort. Wonderful welcome and a super convenient location for those transiting through the airport and train. The breakfast buffet was rich and delicious. Extremely friendly staff.
14/04/2026: I had such a positive experience at the Sheraton, made all the more memorable by Diego and Evelyn. Diego, who checked me in, was incredibly professional, warm, and reassuring at a time when I had just missed my flight and the day felt rather mad and stressful. He immediately put me at ease and turned the situation around with his calm and thoughtful manner. Evelyn at the Club Lounge was equally wonderful. An absolute delight. She was so warm, positive, and welcoming, and made the experience feel even more grounded. Together, they transformed what could have been a very trying day into a genuinely enjoyable stay. I’m very grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and hospitality.
