22/07/2024: Rooms were quite small but cozy. Views from the windows were okay. Location of the hotel was great and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast had everything you need. Only negative things were bad air conditioning and the sounds of airplanes at night. Hotel had an airport shuttle service which picked us up and drove us here and back.

10/06/2024: we went to Cristallo for lunch with our daughter, simply fantastic, the perfect atmosphere, the staff who make you feel at home accompanied by the exquisite dishes executed to perfection will make your day unique and better. The spaghetti with clams is highly recommended!

Very good freshly prepared dishes.
My tagliatelle, ....excellent.., had a considerable amount of mushrooms 👍.

But the jewel in the crown of this restaurant?????????!!!!!!???????
We paid neither the cover charge nor the water. (I think it was supplied by the distributor).
This little great attention towards the customer deserves extra praise and three more ⭐⭐⭐!!!

22/08/2024: Siamo sempre andati con i colleghi in pausa pranzo a mangiare da loro ma ultimamente la qualità del servizio è drasticamente peggiorata. Una volta perché non funziona il lettore dei ticket, una volta perché sbagliano a darti il resto senza nemmeno scusarsi, altre volte ti applicano lo sconto in convenzione altre volte no, cosi a simpatia, dipende dalla ragazza che viene a prendere l'ordinativo, alcune molto carine e disponibile altre direi proprio di no...
Peccato, perché la qualità non è male, ma il resto da rivedere un attimo direi...

The staff is very kind.
They don't have a huge menu but the things they offer are delicious.
The veranda overlooks the lake and in the afternoon it is a spectacle with the sun.
I had a starter with Norwegian salmon and croutons.
And as a first course a risotto with radicchio and zola, delicious!
Only one bathroom but nice, clean and spacious.
30/10/2023: I usually go to this restaurant for my lunch break, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the dishes are good and the price is reasonable. Recommended even just to try.
Comfortable, private and relaxed environment.

12/07/2024: The worker behind the counter turned to me asking what I would be there and when I said hello in English and started ordering, she silently turned away and began to communicate with other visitors, starting to completely ignore me. I ended up having breakfast at a nearby establishment, which was wonderful. I wish this employee the same treatment in his travels.

07/07/2024: Cozy little restaurant where the owner cooks himself and also has time to chat with the guests. Both of our dishes were very good. The Risotto al Castelmagno deserves special mention. Actually a very simple recipe but very, very tasty and served at the table in hollowed out cheese.
