We were passing through this area on our holiday and we are so happy that we found this restaurant. Food was excellent and so was the service and ambiance too. We ordered a starter and I don’t eat meat, so they offered a vegetarian option, and it was delicious. The main course was also excellent and the dessert was cherry on top,fresh yoghurt with berries, so good and fresh. Our waiter Omar was great and really friendly. He kindly gave us many tips on what to do and see in the area. We recommend this family owned restaurant wholeheartedly. Great dining experience.

I went to Osteria della Purtascia with my friends on Sunday for lunch. If you're looking for a place where you can feel at home, but with high-quality cuisine, this is the place. The restaurant is beautiful and very well-kept, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. It's the perfect setting for a lunch/dinner with friends, where you can chat and enjoy yourself. The hospitality was the added bonus. All the staff is extremely kind, but a special mention goes to the waitress, Luana, who was truly exquisite. We really appreciated the way the owner explains the products on the menu: he does it with such a fascinating passion that it makes you want to try everything! ​The food is truly delicious. Here are some dishes we tried: Appetizer: The egg with truffle was simply delicious, balanced, and fragrant. ​First course: We chose a special of the day, paccheri with sausage, porcini mushrooms, saffron, and a sprinkling of red berries. A refined, original, and decidedly tasty dish. ​Wine: The house wine also proved to be an excellent choice, perfect for accompanying dinner. ​In summary: An excellent experience in every way. We'll definitely be back!

If you happen to be in the area, this was a lovely lunch stop which my friends and i went to lunch two days in a row! Friendly and witty classic style home service.. I really enjoyed the 1.7kg Costasta, and my son had lovely gnocchi with a ragù (I don't remember if it was boar or venison, but... Nice!) To finish off lovely tortino... Really nice... Shame they are not around the corner from us!!

Positive experience. Superb welcome from the owner, who immediately puts you at ease with his simple jokes. There are solutions for every dietary requirement. It's good value for money given the dishes offered. The only flaw, if I had to find one, was that it was a bit cold.

A fabulous discovery! Lovely welcome. We had the dishes recommended by the chef, and they were nothing short of exceptional! The homemade desserts were excellent. Good wine cellar.

Quality cuisine with very helpful and welcoming people

I found the food to be excellent and of excellent quality.

Luckily we found room for 8 people in this very nice restaurant, the starter consisted of really good cold cuts and cheeses, scallops, cheeks, sliced ​​fish ravioli, everything very good, super friendly staff, we met Enrica the chef, who is really very good in the kitchen, parking on the street in front of the Cocquio Trevisago station, normal prices.

A typical local restaurant, with a warm and relaxing atmosphere, a very tasty menu and particular preparations... everything excellent 🥰
