5 stars for rudeness, arrogance, and bad manners... We arrived with my little girl at 11:50 on Sunday, hoping to see some animals, having been intrigued by the incoming reviews (good morning).
The gentleman who was moving kitchen equipment disappeared, and we stood in front of the ice cream counter waiting with no response. Tables were set outside, and then a lady came in, annoyed by the fact that she found us inside...
I asked if they had room for me and my little girl, and the response was: No, lunch starts at 12:30 and we're fully booked... I asked if we could have later, and she didn't let me finish the sentence, telling me there was no room (what is it that I don't understand)...
We had ice cream served by a very young, rather embarrassed girl. After getting our ice cream, I turned back to the lady, who seemed clearly annoyed by our presence, and asked: When is the best time to book to come to you?
The response was: We're fully booked!!!
Me: But when is the best time to call???
The gentleman (who knows who he is) returns and abruptly throws the phrase at me: SEPTEMBER!!!!
... I'm happy that there are people who dedicate themselves to this hard work in the restaurant business, but definitely not in this place.... Looking at the deli and cheese counter, they aren't of the highest quality; the cured meats were greenish in color and a bit too dried out... even the cheeses weren't the best colors... I'm allowing myself to make these observations, being a chef and gastronome with 20 years of experience...
The reviews are definitely from relatives or friends... fake!!!

I went there on a Saturday for lunch and booked well in advance. Then, when I got there, I understood the reason for the wait... Inside, there were only two tables (mine) of 7 people and another more or less the same size. (If you wanted... I think... by splitting the tables, there would have been a maximum of 4). Outside, in the garden, there was the possibility of having more space and more seats, but you know... near the mountains, the wind or the weather can change in an instant. That said (which is the only reason I gave it 4 stars), I have to say that I ate very well. The food was excellent, home-cooked, plentiful, with typical flavors, everything was truly excellent.
For appetizers, I found nervetti (veal nerve), marinated fish, horse salami, liver (mortaldella), pork, excellent pasta, and local meat (including rooster). Dessert was good (excellent gelato), but it could have been presented differently. Highly recommended, also because I found the staff friendly and attentive. There is also a shop selling cheeses, ice cream and typical products.

A small agriturismo with just a few animals, but located right below Campo dei Fiori in a very beautiful area. I came both for the gelato (definitely one of the best in the area) and for a snack with wine and a platter of cured meats and cheeses, all homemade.
Also, the prices are average and the staff are friendly. I highly recommend it!
Genuine food at 0 km. House Barbera wine from 1/2 - €5. Option of a sumptuous meal with water, coffee, 1/4 wine, appetizers, first and second course for €38; homemade ice cream. View of the Brinzio mountains, eating outside kissed by the sun. Limited seats inside (20), so reservations are appreciated. Possibility of seeing the animals. Shop with 0 km products (honey, bitters, cheeses, cured meats). Owner Massimo and friendly staff. Stop for motorcyclists.

It's our first time dining at this agriturismo, and we were all thrilled. The kindness, the authenticity of the products used, and the love for nature. We haven't eaten so well in years!!! It's so much better than Michelin-starred restaurants!
The old-fashioned polenta reminds me of my grandparents, the exquisite meat, the desserts, the appetizers...we ate wonderfully. I thank the owners and those who help them because they truly believe in what they do and do it with love. The result is evident on the plate! Keep it up! See you soon, Barbara

On February 7th, I finally managed to have lunch here with friends. It's a farm with a shop and restaurant, all sourced locally. The set menu includes an appetizer of cured meats, cheeses, sweet and sour vegetables, small sausages, etc.; tagliatelle with 10 herbs and a salami pasta sauce; polenta with braised meat and roast chicken; dessert: tiramisu or tart; coffee; etc.; wine and water. I can't comment on the individual dishes because they're all delicious. Massimo and his wife's helpfulness and smiles, and the chef's skill, are commendable.
