The Reflections menu, although not recommended for first-timers, is truly surprising and interesting. The dishes are well thought out and executed. The atmosphere is very welcoming and original. Congratulations!

The service was alright, especially the enthusiastic gentleman. I don't know his name, but he was one of the more muscular waiters. The food was just average for me, nothing particularly amazing. I spent over two hours eating dinner and I still don't feel full. 😹😹😹

The food was prepared in a special way, everything was very good. The wine prices were a bit high.

The space is really stunning, I love the sparse decor and saturated color and interesting sculptures. I did not love the tablecloth though, it was weirdly like a thick plastic. We tried to order a couple rare bottles that were on the list but they didn’t have which was a bummer. The food was hit or miss honestly, it was all really interesting but some of it just missed the mark. They have a way to go for another Michelin star for sure. The dessert was really fabulous and some other courses stood out but the overall impression was that of trying too hard/doing too much at once and it was disappointing for the price point.

An experience not to be missed. Glamorous restaurant. We ate classy cuisine and sophisticated drinks.

You are like in a Wim Wenders filmography—a bit mysterious, a bit bizarre, a bit crazy. Even the music is special. A really interesting way of serving dishes and an unconventional mixing of different tastes. The only thing that was missing was a bit more discussion after each course. But still, it was an amazing food adventure.

From my perspective, the Riflesso menu, as presented, only half hits the mark. The rotating dishes are those that have shaped the history not only of Contraste, but of the entire fine dining scene, setting the tone and charting new directions. This ensures that everyone who has come into contact with this world, even without having started here, has already indirectly experienced the principles underlying these dishes, making it difficult to be amazed by them, which is precisely one of Contraste's goals with this proposal; but this is precisely its strength: the clarity of the retrospective it offers. Therefore, they remain anthological dishes, essential for capturing the pure essence of this culinary philosophy; I believe that perhaps the key to further enhancing this journey lies in a shift in intentions during the proposal phase.

We went there for lunch, a wonderful experience. We chose the Riflesso menu, and every course was delicious. We're ready to return next time and try Riflessioni.
