I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Milano

11/04/2025: Non si deve mai giudicare un locale durante il Salone del Mobile (o Milano Design Week se preferite), ma se un ristorante tiene botta durante quella settimana le premesse sono sicuramente buone per tornare a provarlo un'altra volta. E' sicuramente il caso de "Il Carminio". ll locale è molto accogliente, stile minimal ma molto curato, il personale è assolutamente gentile e disponibile. Antipasti molto buoni e vari, primi e secondi piatti interessanti. Lista dei vini di qualità m piuttosto cara, non trovare nulla sotto i 40€ a bottiglia mette un po' in difficoltà. Prezzi alti, qualità non male, da riprovare dopo la fine del MDW, in ogni caso il ristorante merita una menzione d'onore perchè sappiamo tutti che durante il salone del mobile la qualità scende tanto a favore della quantità...

03/04/2025: Super recommended. I had dinner here last night for a business meeting. We took some appetizers to share: delicious Mondeghili, lightly fried and the saffron mayonnaise, a treat perfectly in line with the Milanese tradition. The duck breast is also excellent. And what can I say about the Tonnarello cacio e pepe, mazara del vallo prawns and chopped pistachios? Quality pasta, perfect cooking, generous and creamy creaming, a gourmet portion. Finally, the welcome and service absolutely worth highlighting: friendly, prepared, attentive, without ever being over the top. In the heart of Brera, an address undoubtedly to be kept among the references on Milan.

06/04/2025: A dive into the 70s, a large room, with well-separated tables and a very relaxed environment. The dishes are simple, but not banal and refined. The desserts are also good. The thing we appreciated most is the staff of very young, kind and nice guys. The only flaw is the acoustics which make conversation a little difficult, but then again in such a large room it is inevitable. Prices adapted to the climate and offer.

28/01/2025: Locale elegante e accogliente. Io ho scelto il menù degustazione a 6 portate scelte da Tano, ad eccezione del piccione scelto da me. Devo dire tutto ottimo e molto interessante. Tutti i piatti portati e descritti da Tano. Da bere vini al calice consigliati dalla giovane sommelier. Anche questi notevoli. Stella o non Stella Michelin , io consiglio a chi è appassionato di alta cucina.

08/01/2025: I bought a Holstein rib eye at this butcher shop, and it was amazing. The intense flavor, with a seasoned aftertaste and super tender. The aroma on the nose was crazy, I will definitely come back to shop here, waiting for the Galician rubia!!

29/03/2025: The food is always very good, both on site and to take away. Complete peak composed of a first course based on cereals, a second course with proteins and a super balanced side dish, it fits without weighing you down and everything is always very tasty! Macrobiotic cuisine almost entirely vegetarian, with some exceptions of fish and with many vegan options Spectacular vegan desserts in terms of technique and taste!

08/04/2025: After our order of 4 risottos of three different types, they are served after a few minutes, it is certainly pre-cooked rice, but having it arrive cold is ridiculous, we asked for it to be placed under a heating lamp... paying 21 euros for a pre-cooked risotto does not seem normal to me or at least the waiter must say that it is not espresso.

01/05/2025: Ho avuto il piacere di cenare in questo ristorante di pesce e sono rimasta davvero colpita dalla qualità dei piatti: freschezza, sapori autentici e presentazione impeccabile. Ma ciò che ha reso l’esperienza ancora più speciale è stato il servizio. Un ringraziamento particolare al cameriere Diego, che nonostante la giovane età si è dimostrato estremamente professionale, gentile e attento a ogni dettaglio. Complimenti, tornerò sicuramente!
