Complete peak composed of a first course based on cereals, a second course with proteins and a super balanced side dish, it fits without weighing you down and everything is always very tasty! Macrobiotic cuisine almost entirely vegetarian, with some exceptions of fish and with many vegan options Spectacular vegan desserts in terms of technique and taste!

13/02/2025: Family dinner to spend some time together and the El Calderin Restaurant always proves to be a safe place. The table located near the fireplace is perfect for the cold and rainy evening. The menu is interesting with excellent mainly seafood proposals. As always, well done and see you next time

06/04/2025: We (partner and I) were staying at the 10 Keys Hotel and this was attached to the hotel, we didn't know that at first but chose to eat here because it was late and we were dog tired, and this was the closest restaurant to the hotel, just outside and around the corner - the food was amazing, so good in fact that we ate there every night of our stay. On our last evening the chef created a special lobster pasta for us that was so, so good. The service is excellent, the staff very helpful and cheerful - a great restaurant and it doesn't break the bank either.

31/03/2025: There are a lot of restaurants near the accommodation, so I had a hard time choosing. ^^ I chose this restaurant for dinner, and the food was prepared with care and beauty. The staff was friendly and explained the menu well. In Italy, food is generally salty, but this place was salty, but the food was good. The plating looks good. ^^

19/06/2025: Small takeaway pizzeria, but you can eat on site (no bathroom). Thin and well-filled pizza; reasonable prices and super friendly owners. Area with lots of free streetside parking. Deserves all five stars, I'll be back.

22/05/2025: Ignazio and Anna are two fantastic people, welcoming, kind, fast and above all professional. Excellent quality food cooked with love and passion, you can perceive the flavors of Apulian cuisine. At noon fixed menu, in the evening I recommend you book. Highly recommended.

20/05/2025: I had heard good things about it, but I was a little disappointed. Good food, but nothing special! The vitello tonnato is made with veal and not with loin, you can taste the difference! Good service. Overall not bad, but not to say WOWWW!

20/05/2025: Trattoria famigliare con prezzi onesti. Pasta all'arrabbiata e cotoletta da capogiro, non dovete cercare il ristorante stellato e l'ambiente è davvero informale, ma se nn vi fermate alle prime apparenze scoprirete davvero i sapori di una volta.

01/07/2025: We had just arrived in Milan and needed to have something to eat before going to bed. We found this lovely restaurant by chance. The food was excellent and the service very friendly. I had the risotto and my husband had the Vitello Tonnato. Both were very delicious.

Menù bello nel contenuto e graficamente, finalmente una preview disegnata del piatto, perché a volte è difficile capire cosa si è ordinato e le proporzioni degli ingredienti nel piatto; altro punto. Piatti buoni e risotto ortiche kiwi 🥝 eccezionale e questo è il terzo punto. Personale gentile prezzo onesto location carina anche se una sola sala concludono con 4 bei punti. Non son 5 perché il Dolce non ha convinto al 100%. Tocca tornarci 🤣☺️

04/06/2025: We were here for our third wedding anniversary and we chose the tasting menu, all fish-based. Everything was fantastic, from the appetizer to the dessert, including the first and second courses: fabulous flavors. The staff was super professional and very friendly and the location is very nice. We will definitely be back.

The presence of the stamps makes it complicated to order at a time when you just want to relax. Maybe limiting the stamps to just a few would make dinner more enjoyable
