I already knew the place, having been there a few years ago: I returned, intrigued by the fact that almost the entire menu offered gluten-free options. The dishes were very good and interesting (honorable mention for the onion tarte tatin), with an eye for tradition but without falling into banal traditionalism. Very kind and helpful staff, and the location was informal and welcoming. I'll definitely return.

And the owners and their daughter are adorable.
23/01/2026: A simple but very well-kept place, with attentive service and helpful staff who made suggestions. We tried the pasta dishes and fish sandwiches... everything was delicious! The place is quiet and peaceful, with a lovely atmosphere for a relaxing evening with your partner or friends. We'll be back!

02/03/2026: We went for a last-minute lunch. The staff were kind and welcoming. The lamb chops were dry and not up to par. The veal with polenta was small and a bit acidic, I don't know why. It cost about €80, with a good saffron risotto. At an average of €25 per dish, I found it to be underwhelming for the price.

18/02/2026: A real surprise! A break from the routine among the authentic flavors of Puglia! It feels like you've traveled without taking a plane. As soon as you sit down, you feel the air of real cooking, dough rising, dishes coming out hot and prepared just right.
Everything homemade. Truly authentic.
The flavors are those of Taranto and Bari: bold, generous, sincere.
Highly recommended.

08/03/2026: A very good and fancy restaurant*** in Milan on the top floor of Mudec museum in this new area of Milan (ex frabrics). The team is well coordinated, professional while easy and genuine. The dishes are surprising, both local and with abroad inspirations, innovations. A soft and gentle ballet during the evening. I recommend the experience.

17/02/2026: A welcoming restaurant serving traditional Milanese cuisine. The owner is friendly and available to organize customized menus for group dinners. In my case, he even reserved the entire upstairs dining room for us! Excellent value for money.
07/02/2026: I went there last night with my family for my birthday. The dishes were beautifully prepared, the flavors truly delightful, and the dessert was truly delicate. My husband, referring to the dessert, commented, "I wish it would never end." The staff and owner were friendly and very knowledgeable. We'll definitely be back!

28/11/2025: A Cistercian monastery founded by Bernard of Clairvaux. Upon entering, one breathes in history and beauty. The church, frescoed with cycles related to the Cistercians, features a wooden choir of exquisite workmanship and imposing brick columns originally frescoed. Note the painting of the Madonna and Child, known as the Madonna of Goodnight, by the school of Leonardo, located at the top of the stairs leading from the church to the dormitory (so called because it was the last image the monks looked at before going to sleep).
The cloister, accessed through a door in the church, is also very beautiful.
Of particular beauty is the octagonal tower known as Ciribiciaccola, an onomatopoeia with the sound of a young stork.

02/03/2026: What can I say? The food is really good, the table service is fast, but above all polite, and the atmosphere is a true Milanese trattoria from the 1970s. Prices are 9 euros for a Milanese cutlet; in some areas of Milan, that's all you can get for breakfast. In the evening, if you don't book, you'll have to wait in line. On Friday evenings, they don't take reservations. Definitely worth a try! Kudos to the entire staff.
26/02/2026: A genuine, bustling, and very pleasant eatery. Waiters everywhere, a bit chaotic yet helpful. Honest food, not expensive but not exactly cheap either. I'll be back, a lovely experience.

28/02/2026: This restaurant is part of a chain of restaurants located throughout the city, once part of a larger, more diverse group offering a wide range of cuisine.
The specialty is raw fish and oysters, both of good quality. The first courses are carefully prepared (al dente is always respected). Service is sometimes inattentive, especially when the number of people dine is higher than usual.
Wine prices are a bit above average, but this, unfortunately, is a characteristic of Milanese restaurants.
