18/04/2026: I've been ordering pizza from you forever, but after tonight, you'll never see me again. It's unbelievable how you chose to treat a regular customer: 1. Non-existent home delivery service: You offer delivery, but I was clearly told to come get it because they didn't want to bring it. 2. Unjustified wait: Not only do I have to do your job and come to you, but I'm also told I have to wait. 3. POS chapter: The icing on the cake, the lady tells me to "have cash ready" because you don't want to use the debit card. I remind you that electronic payment is a right, not a favor you're doing me. Terrible management and zero respect for those who consistently place their trust (and money) in you. A real shame, but there are plenty of pizzerias around the world that work with enthusiasm and professionalism. Highly discouraged.
