05/10/2025: We weren't entirely convinced... Pizza was burnt and not exceptional, despite the pompous description and the high price (€15.00). Service was adequate. The table was in a very unfortunate location (near the front door) and had a lot of traffic. The door to the outside was always open, and it was incredibly cold, especially considering it was raining and humid. Crazy price for two pizzas, two half-boards with water, one dessert, and one aperitif. We were still there and had already decided not to return... The place had even been recommended to us... U

12/10/2025: Obviously, always excellent. The place is a bit cramped, so reservations are always recommended, especially on weekends, and be specific and specify the exact number of people. The service is a bit chaotic; they should organize reservations better so that each waiter covers 3-4 tables, because word of mouth can always lead to missing something (for example, drinks were delivered to our table in several portions). The pizza is delicious, though it's always best to order the plain ones. Appetizers and desserts, if chosen well, are excellent.

19/09/2025: In the historic center of Corbetta, adjacent to Villa Pisani-Dossi... this alone is worth the visit. Refined cuisine with attention to detail. Excellent wines. Highly recommended.

06/09/2025: Sherbet has had a new chef for some time now; the kitchen is now in the hands of Giada, a talented, heartfelt chef who loves her work, and this love shines through in this restaurant's offerings. This young chef's passion and skill are so profound that, tasting her dishes, you'd think she was a seasoned chef with decades of experience; the combination of ingredients, the balance, and the deliciousness make Giada's dishes a delight for the palate. Paola, the host, has found the perfect balance between a casual yet elegant, intimate yet open, and friendly atmosphere, making everything even more enjoyable. A truly perfect choice, a reliable choice when you need to make a good impression.

17/10/2025: I stopped by after a hard day at work and it was a wonderful surprise! I asked the bartender to make me something to brighten up my evening, and he made me a fantastic cocktail. I also tried the patacones and I have to say they were definitely worth it! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

We had lunch here for a birthday and had a truly wonderful time: the spacious and well-appointed dining room has a beautiful window overlooking the terrace and the city, attentive service, and excellent food, including one of their specialties: goose prosciutto. Recommended.

12/10/2025: A refined location, with a soft gray interior and outdoor seating, extremely friendly and professional staff, beautiful upholstered seating and elegant tablecloths, excellent service, and a sophisticated clientele. The menu is varied, with unique risotto specialties. My choice was the fried porcini mushroom appetizer with zucchini flowers, the pumpkin risotto with crispy Jerusalem artichokes in red wine, and the glazed chestnut mousse. We were delighted by the excellent and very friendly chef! At the end of the dinner, we were even given a brochure on how to prepare some of their risottos! Everything was perfect! I highly recommend it.

06/10/2025: We wouldn't have been there without the TV show Kitchen Impossible. Some of the best risotto in town. A small, very personal shop. The food is incredible.
