31/08/2025: I'll start by explaining why I gave the ambience three stars, simply because we dined outside and dining on benches at a Festa dell'Unità is no exception. I'll reserve the right to judge the interior as soon as I return. Let's get to the excellent service, I'd say for kindness and helpfulness. I gave the pizzas four stars not for the taste, in fact they are more than excellent but visually they leave a little to be desired. (You'll say I don't have to look at it, I have to taste it) but just as we look at the location, we look at how a gourmet pizza presents itself, the fried pizzas are the best I've ever eaten. And let's get to the prices, which are definitely a little above average considering that the place is located in a residential area of ​​Vignate. Vignate, not Monza or Milan. Be a little more daring with the ingredients!

Since it's breaded, it ended up in a fried dish, which honestly could have been replaced... I think that from the beginning, having ordered neither an aperitif, nor wine, nor an entree, the gentleman wasn't very friendly.... When I asked him what language we could communicate in, he said Italian and a little English. Okay, perfect. Except that he spoke French quite well at the next table....in short, very reluctant. Under these conditions, we didn't order dessert, of course. A good ristretto.

The pizza is simply spectacular: light, well-leavened dough and top-quality ingredients. From the classic to the more creative, every combination is a success. The service is fast, friendly, and always attentive. The selection of beers and homemade desserts are also excellent. One of the best pizzerias we've ever been to. We'll be back very soon!

09/07/2025: It was my first time at Varrone and I fell in love with both the place and the food. The waiters were super friendly, the food was high-quality, and I think the meat was some of the best I've ever tasted. From what I understand, it's supposed to be their specialty, so I recommend going if you want to spend a little but eat well.
