Excellent, delicious meat and very friendly staff. The crostini served as an appetizer and the tiramisu are very good. I recommend the mixed raw dish and the fried brain.

We went for dinner and had a very good time, the staff is very welcoming and kind and we can even have a chat (the boy and the girl who served us), they were fast and precise. The food was excellent, the cut is very good even if I expected more, as far as the tartare is concerned it was good but perhaps lacked seasoning and was a little dry. Overall all good! Thank you

We tasted both the crudites which I would define as superlative but as for the cut it is Florentine I wouldn't have better adjectives to describe them, so the advice is to try them!!!

Rustic, welcoming and well furnished place.
Delicious meat, from raw to sliced.
Excellent service, very courteous and kind guys.
The visible butcher's shop makes the difference.

Happened by chance, had dinner with my partner. Very nice location, good fried brains, platter with good tartare and meat carpaccio. Polentina a little too fried but fried is fried! 🤗Everything average, nothing that fascinated me...kind service.

Siamo stati molte volte in questo bellissimo locale. Ora era un po' di tempo che non ci andavamo...Ok i prezzi sono lievitati come ovunque e ci sta... Ma ricordavamo una tagliata di Fassona che si scioglieva in bocca e con un gusto eccezionale... Stavolta era piuttosto dura e insapore nonostante la cottura richiesta era al sangue ma tanto al sangue non era... Riproveremo in ricordo di una qualità superiore..
Stavolta malino....

Prodotto di qualità in un locale molto bello con staff professionale e preparato in uno dei posti più belli di Livorno, quartiere venezia. Molto buoni anche gli hamburger. Il crudo di carne ottimo e vario. Bravi
