High expectations, but standard quality. The Fiorentina steak was good but not memorable; however, the mashed potatoes were truly excellent. A steakhouse like many others. Prices are above average.

I had the pleasure of a simply extraordinary experience at Varrone The Meat Excellence. From the moment you enter, you immediately sense a superior level: Ruth's warm and authentic welcome was impeccable, making you feel like a special guest even before you sat down. Not like me, Aldrit. A man with profound empathy. Making everything even more perfect was the presence and professionalism of General Manager Tony, attentive, elegant in his manner, and always present with discretion—a rare and precious quality. The service was simply excellent: the extraordinary wait staff was knowledgeable, smiling, and genuinely passionate. A special thanks to Jasmine, whose energy and passion—including for motorsports—made the experience even more personal and memorable. And then the absolute star: the meat. The Wagyu was exceptional, top-notch, perfectly cooked, and capable of providing a unique sensory experience. A restaurant where nothing is left to chance, where quality, service, and atmosphere blend impeccably. Without a doubt, a place I want to return to very soon. Congratulations to the entire team! This is already my second visit in 24 hours.

A magical evening, with our taste buds going crazy. We tried the tasting menu and the selection of meats, the care and preparation of the staff, and the atmosphere turned a simple dinner into a truly unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back, and in the meantime, we highly recommend it. 💫

Let me start by saying I'm not a carnivore. I eat red meat four or five times a year, but when I do, it has to be excellent. I'm happy to confirm that the food quality is top-notch. The venue and service are also excellent. The only areas for improvement are the ventilation system (no one wants to leave the restaurant smelling of steak) and the table setting (I hate placemats, even if they're of the same quality as the ones used here). At this level, I expect a tablecloth and have no problem with the inevitable cost being added to the cover charge. It's also a matter of hygiene. Finally, as far as costs go, we're perfectly in line with the sad Milanese context, especially when it comes to wine markups. Speaking of which, the wine list is good insofar as it features the usual suspects, but also a few options for those who know their stuff.

Truly satisfied. A truly fantastic dinner, difficult to forget if not impossible... I hope to return as soon as possible. I will miss your meat, see you soon ❤️

Central yet quiet location, very close to Milan's nightlife and the metro station. Attentive and impeccably timed service. Beautifully presented food in a symphony of flavors. A truly excellent experience.

Awesome steak, service and vibes. Had to go here after leaving from a Michelin starred place, shocking how it got a star, because we were hungry and the food was terrible. But at La Griglia, we had some incredibly good steak and drinks. Lots of energy in the place. Great time, would come back. It was about a hundred bucks 130 bucks

A truly enjoyable experience. The staff were incredibly kind and gave us honest and helpful advice on what to order. The meat was some of the best I've ever eaten, not just in Milan but in general. The price is certainly high, but it reflects the quality, the name, and even the location (Milan is expensive, my friends!!) P.S.: The pastrami appetizer was top-notch! Thanks to the waiter who recommended it!
