15/05/2026: I ordered one expresso also paid them directly Then I wanted to find a place to do it. Then when I turned around and walked to another room, an old lady suddenly grabbed my bag and asked me to bring the coffee cup to the table bar after finish. This is so rude unfortunately, if you think the price is different pls tell me in advance. Don’t grab my bag and Mocking foreigners!

25/04/2026: It used to be a fun club with good music and cool people but now its horrible. They made the entry price 30euros per person, and they didnt let girls in. There were so many guys inside and we girls got crushed underneath them. We got bruises on our arms from how agressive the guys inside were. No one was dancing, only standing around talking or walking. Some of the bouncers were also very rude and ignored us but let 20-25 guys in just at the beginning of the night. The bartenders were nice and drinks were okay. Also there were a lot of teenagers. The worst place for a girls night out!!!

21/04/2026: You're the worst in Milan, unparalleled rudeness. If the male/female ratio isn't at least 1/4, you leave people waiting outside for hours (even in the rain), as if you were a luxury venue. Ridiculous. W Castoro

09/10/2025: Terrible service. At 6:57 PM, I sat down at the bar and didn't see any staff at the counter for 15 minutes. The tables were all dirty, and I was waiting at my table to be served. I approached the counter and there was no one there, but I saw them behind it, chatting among themselves. I'm sorry, but this bar will never see me again. My money will be given to another bar.

08/10/2025: A guy named Roberto served me. Very nice and kind, a bubble tea and coffee wizard. If he's not permanently hired, you should get one right away!

02/05/2026: I ordered a piadina kebab for €6.50 and it was tiny. The ingredients were nonexistent, it was just bread.

26/02/2026: The food is good, kebab, pizza, and raw ingredients. Guys, I ordered a piadina menu last night. THERE WAS NO MEAT. SOMETHING DISGRACEFUL. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

06/06/2026: I ordered a bowl with strawberries and vanilla ice cream. Terrible. The bowl arrived overflowing with industrial whipped cream, with very few strawberries as a topping, which immediately fell onto the tablecloth. I ate the whipped cream. Underneath was stracciatella and strawberry ice cream. The bowl was missing its saucer.

25/05/2026: Pricey place. A simple meal. Coke is €6, Sandwich is €7. Cover charge not including.

05/11/2025: Perhaps 50 years ago, it was a welcoming place. Today, it's neglected, and two teas and four mini shortbreads cost 14 euros. Stay away.

07/06/2025: Nice, historic bar in a less touristy corner of the square. The rotisserie is awful, the croissants are 6/10. The welcome is mediocre, and the prices are unnecessarily high: a can of estathe costs €4.50.

11/01/2026: Classic tourist trap: €12 for a gin and tonic with Tanqueray!? No way!! €17 if you include the buffet, which honestly isn't at all inviting, so I skipped it.

08/11/2025: Extremely negative experience I worked at this company from November 21, 2023, to March 2, 2024, and unfortunately, I must say it was my worst work experience in Milan. During that time, I encountered a complete lack of professionalism, integrity, and respect, both towards employees and customers. Despite my constant efforts, I did not receive the wages I was owed. During my experience, I witnessed numerous cases of other former employees and service providers who showed up at work demanding what they were owed, only to receive aggressive responses and inappropriate comments from the owner, Vittorio Gucci. I share my experience as a form of protection and awareness for other professionals, in the hope that situations like this will not happen again and that the importance of respect and fairness in employment relationships will be recognized. Extremely negative experience I worked at this company from 21/11/2023 to 02/03/2024, and unfortunately, I have to say it was the worst work experience I've had in Milan. During that time, I witnessed a complete lack of professionalism, seriousness, and respect — both towards employees and clients. Despite my consistent effort and dedication, I was not paid the wages I was owed. Throughout my experience, I saw several former employees and service providers come to the workplace to claim what they were rightfully due, only to be met with aggressive responses and inappropriate comments from the owner, Vittorio Gucci. I'm sharing my experience as a way to protect and inform other professionals, in the hope that situations like this don't happen again, and that respect and fairness in the workplace are upheld.

The prices were very high and absolutely not justified by what was served, especially considering the poor quality. However, the worst part was the hospitality and the staff. They were quite rude, and the waiters behaved as if they were the owners. Basic courtesy like "welcome," "thank you," or "enjoy your meal" was completely missing. 14/09/2025: I give two stars for the quantity on the cutting board, the quality is fine... there was a suspicious white stain floating in the cocktail, I didn't drink it but I hope it was spit.

08/06/2026: ⚠️ RIP-OFF WARNING ⚠️ I paid €67 for 2 cappuccinos, 1 panini, and 4 scoops of ice cream!!!! Even the ice cream at the Galeries Lavish wasn't that expensive... And on top of that, the staff were incredibly unfriendly and extremely difficult. We will definitely never go there again and advise everyone against it.

05/06/2026: This cafe uses unfair practices. They charge locals 1.40 euros for a coffee and tourists 4 euros for the same coffee. I do not recommend it!
