06/12/2025: The attendant doesn't understand Italian. I had to ask four times for a croissant, and I almost missed my train. What a shame.

16/11/2025: Great spot for a quick local breakfast. Excellent coffee, tasty homemade stuffed focaccia (mortadella, ham, pork neck), and also sweet pastries. The staff were kind and smiling, and we felt warmly welcomed. We definitely recommend it.

04/04/2026: I ordered a lasagna and an aperol (it had a decent amount of it!), both were sooooo delicious. I would def come back here. Atmosphere was ok, quite noisy, and service was just alright, correct.

30/12/2025: I'd like to report a cashier, a girl wearing glasses, today, December 30th, at 8:30 a.m., for her disrespectful attitude. I also work at Fiordaliso, so I know how the job works. I was in line and there were groups of young people in front of me. The cashier started chatting with them and served them herself, even making croissants. This isn't a problem. The problem is, when my turn came, the girl was on her cell phone chatting. I gave my order twice, but she DIDN'T serve me. She just stood there, at the register, on her phone. Rude behavior. Luckily, a guy from the kitchen came out and asked me if I needed anything, and I explained that I had already paid and ordered, but the girl hadn't served me. Plus, she gave me a dirty look. I usually always meet the gentlemen on the staff, who are kind and very accommodating. Except for her, who was totally unpleasant. I ask you to conduct more thorough checks on your staff, especially this individual. I'm sorry, but this behavior is totally UNACCEPTABLE.

18/11/2025: Terrible service... staff minding their own business and people waiting at the register to pay. Then he brings my glasses to the table, slamming them almost as if he were doing me a favor... embarrassing.

24/01/2026: Terrible and disgusting, the Chinese lady treats everyone badly, the food is full of oil, more oil than the dish you ordered, it's quicker to close! Don't go there, there are better places in the area! Trust me.

03/01/2026: We ordered takeout, and the food was terrible. The sushi was a clump of rice with very little fish, and the spring rolls and ravioli were terrible.

Unfriendly and arrogant bouncers, we waited for 2 hours outside IN FRONT OF THE BARRIERS and despite asking several times when we could get in, they CONTINUED to tell us to wait and that they would let us know. The 1st arrives, we ask one last time, and they tell us we didn't meet the selection criteria... we were 5 22-year-old girls. How, I ask, did we not meet the criteria? And for 5 people, do I really have to book a table? Since I wasn't able to respond, I'm editing my review. Aside from the illogical response, you didn't answer my questions. And we don't all agree to write the same things, we simply all had the same experience... and we're not even the only ones who read your reviews. You talk a lot about the selection criteria, but I'd really be curious to know what those criteria are. N.B. We were all at least 22 years old, so at least we should learn to read.

31/03/2026: Terrible experience at Circle last night. We arrived around 12:45 AM and found ourselves faced with a line that made no sense whatsoever. When asked for an explanation, we were extremely rudely told that selection is at their sole discretion. We waited in vain until 1:30 AM, receiving offensive and unwelcoming responses from the bouncers and the front desk staff. Furthermore, despite the fact that the night was 18+ and I was born in 2006 (20 years old), they turned their noses up at my age as if I were a problem. Arrogant management, highly discouraged. Milan offers much better options. In response to the owner, I want to clarify that these people and I didn't agree to write these reviews in a "harsh" tone (which, in reality, is only intended to present the facts to future visitors). I think perhaps you should ask yourself a few questions if all these people are coincidentally complaining about your service, or am I wrong? But I realize that in certain situations it's difficult to question oneself. Thank you for your advice regarding reserving a table to ensure entry, but not everyone wants (or can afford) to spend money on a club table, given that they're known to be significantly more expensive than entering through a list and paying at the door, or through advance booking. However, it seems logical to me that this advice is aimed solely at your own interests, since if you were truly concerned with the public interest, you would avoid this excessive selection at the door. Again, in Milan, it's obvious that it exists, but I believe it should always remain within the bounds of common sense. Lastly, I recommend reviewing the staff managing the queue, since we asked for the minimum age to enter the venue, just to be safe, and they assured us that entry was 18+. I wish you all the best in managing your venue.

07/04/2026: Great view of the Duomo, the food is good but you'll find better in the city. I recommend getting drinks to go to save a bit on the service charge for sitting down at restaurants in Italy.

17/02/2026: Clean place, delicious pizzas and above all the owner is very helpful.

06/01/2026: We ordered four pizzas for home delivery. They were punctual. The pizza is mediocre, but it's shocking how small it is! It looks like a pizza from a children's oven. It wobbles in the box, and the diameter was about 18-20 cm, maybe even less. So, not correct.

28/11/2025: Christmas shopping trip to the Bennet Gallery. We stopped for coffee, and the drink (you can't call it coffee) was lukewarm and tasteless. The (kind) girl apologized, saying that the machine sometimes makes them like that, and offered us two more, worse than the first... but the filter is filled manually, and the machine's pressure is controlled by the person using it... maybe a little refresher course would be helpful!?!

14/03/2026: Dishonest, embarrassing, a corrected coffee and a cappuccino cost €17.

12/03/2026: I would think twice to stop here. Beer is 20 euros and 16 euros for a pint ! Just be careful in Italy a beer cost 4 to 6 euros

04/04/2026: Horrible!!! €25 for two affrogatos that weren't even real Italian affrogatos but a disgusting American milkshake.

03/04/2026: I had a good experience, I just had a coffee and a cannoli! The service was excellent, the coffee was good and the cannoli was pretty good! The place is quiet and the atmosphere is nice for sitting and having a coffee!

29/03/2026: Very disappointed: the spritz was awful, the welcome was lukewarm, and the toilets had a really unpleasant smell. I do not recommend it.
