16/05/2025: Today at 3:37 PM on May 16, 2025, I had a great experience. The staff was very kind and efficient. Despite seeing people in orange uniforms behaving rudely towards the staff, they were still very professional and polite. Congratulations!

11/05/2025: I would like to comment on my experience today, May 11, 2025, at 4:15 PM, at this establishment, where we visited for our usual aperitif consisting of a Prosecco and a Campari. When we asked for some appetizers, which are usually provided independently and as is standard practice, the staff member responded with what I perceived as rude behavior, stating that the establishment only serves platters. This statement appears to be unrealistic, as we have regularly been offered accompanying food on previous occasions. I regret to inform you that this negative experience will lead me to no longer frequenting your establishment. Kind regards.

18/12/2025: This gelato is simply the best. Shaped like a flower. Its so pretty. Macaron is awesome too. This is a must try spot if you are in milan

27/05/2025: Not possible for lunch. By lunchtime, the glow sticks were already sold out, and I had to wait at the checkout, staring into the clerk's eyes! The preparation took forever... and it wasn't crowded at all (and now I understand why).

09/05/2025: After choosing several piadinas via the interactive totem, the only lady at the checkout informs me that there are no more alert disks to place the order and that I therefore have to queue at the checkout. All this despite having seen us ordering for over five minutes at the totem.

24/09/2025: If you like getting RIPPED OFF and eating poorly and cheaply, this is your place. We celebrated my son's birthday. There were 5 of us. They brought us an aperitif with a platter of mortadella, Milanese salami, and prosciutto, enough for a maximum of (and I'm not exaggerating) two people! 1 portion of risotto with sausage (same as above, not for 5 people) total €30 per person! + €2.50 per person for cutting the cake we brought! The service was truly unsuitable. Instead of security at the entrance, hire capable staff! Never, ever again. Eating poorly is fine, but getting ripped off is NOT.

17/01/2026: Unnecessarily expensive, the spritz was half the price of a spritz in any other bar and the “tagliere” was a few slices of ham and 3 pieces of focaccia for €16. Failed.

23/12/2025: I ordered a bottle of slightly sparkling red wine, and when I opened it, half the contents of the bottle spilled out. I mentioned this on the bill, and they only gave me a €4 discount on the bottle for what happened. Disappointing, to say the least. I won't be returning.

09/06/2025: I came to Terrazza Yomo 21 in Milan expecting to enjoy a nice moment. The only good thing about this place is the location and the view — which has nothing to do with their service or quality. I ordered a lemonade and a focaccia, and ended up with a ridiculous bill of €40, including hidden “power charges” that were never communicated beforehand. The service? Absolutely awful. The waiters were rude and unhelpful. I have dietary restrictions and cannot eat pork. I accidentally ordered a focaccia with pork because I didn’t notice it in the description. I kindly asked to change the order without even touching the plate, and they flat-out refused, with zero empathy or professionalism. This completely ruined my mood. I paid €40 for a mediocre lemonade and a plate I couldn’t even eat. I’ve never experienced such poor treatment. If you’re looking for good food, respectful staff, or any form of decent service — do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

04/06/2025: ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. CAME TO MILAN VERU EXCITED FOR THIS BAR. WE WERE DENIED ENTRY DESITE BEING 19 YEARS OLD. WE WERE TOLD BY THE BALD MAN IN The photo that it was twenty plus. It is not! We saw on the website and another manager that it is 18. They have lied. We asked if it was dress code that was the issue they continued to say it was about the age. THIS IS A LIE. VERH VERY DISSAPOINTED

02/04/2025: After a long day at school, I take the subway and head toward the City Life area, where I'm drawn to this restaurant that promises delicious meatballs. While I'm deciding what to order, I see tiny pans of pasta flying left and right (I'll find out later they cost 14 fucking dimes). I decide to order the daring "double meatball" sandwich and discover that the promise I just made has already been betrayed: the meat is obviously frozen and the bun is microscopic. At this point, I catch my friend's eye for confirmation and notice that his lifeless, colorless eyes have no soul left. I discover that the cause is the milkshake, which was literally water flavored like industrial-strength pseudo-chocolate, priced at a modest 7 euros. In conclusion, don't be captivated by those appetizing images you find on the menu and run, run as far away as you can.

02/03/2025: Burnt meatballs for the modest sum of €90. Terrible. You present yourself as a brand specializing in that; at least you cook two meatballs properly. And thank goodness you're sponsored by big names. Frankly, embarrassing.

26/02/2026: Today I went to this bakery and my experience was completely negative. The staff is courteous, I won't comment on that, but otherwise I was shocked. I got a slice of very cold pizza, even though the counter is supposed to be kept at a warm temperature. Aside from the freezing pizza, what really bothered me was the way the girl, WITHOUT GLOVES, picked up the pizza and calmly put it in the bag, touching everything around it as if nothing had happened, including the cash register. The pizza wasn't weighed, and the price was paid based on trust and word of mouth. Not even a paper napkin inside, but it doesn't matter, that's why we turn a blind eye. Hygiene should always be guaranteed, though. I won't go again.

12/02/2026: After visiting the castle, I stopped at the bar for a quick lunch. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. I recommend trying the stuffed grain focaccia, which was recommended to me by the very kind waiter.

19/02/2026: Bad bad bad attention, at the brunch they don’t give a good service, they cant service all the people and the wait for dishes is too much

31/01/2026: A few days ago, my boyfriend and I went to this bar. We don't usually leave negative reviews, but the experience was rather disappointing. We asked if it was possible to have an aperitif and were told yes. We sat outside because there was no room inside, without being asked if we would like the outdoor heating turned on. Having to drive, we ordered two Cokes: we were served two glasses with ice, flat and probably from a bottle, without the rest being brought. Furthermore, the contents didn't amount to a can (€3 per glass). No side dishes were brought, not even chips, so in effect, an aperitif wasn't served even though we had requested it. The bathroom wasn't very clean, with no paper towels to dry our hands, and the hairdryer didn't work.

26/06/2025: This place is awful, both the waitress's service and the food. In fact, we could only manage to get some grilled chicken fillets, dry and tasteless. Anything else we ordered was out of the question. It was cheap, though; there was no way to spend more, not even on dessert or coffee. I don't even know how it's still open.

14/10/2025: My boyfriend and i went there for what was supposed to be a quick dinner.. we ended up leaving the place 2 hours after we had arrived.. it took them 30 minutes to take our order.. we had an appetiser each and a main course it was absurd the amount of time we had to wait for our plates.. the hosts are nice but they are suuuper slow. Payment in card is not accepted.

08/08/2025: Today we went here to try this restaurant. A TERRIBLE experience! AWFUL WAITERS! When the roll arrived, it was floating in freshly cut oil, and I immediately reported it without even eating it. The response from the waitress or the owner was, "It's really like that, put a tissue underneath if you want." You can't help but be annoyed. I've been working in the restaurant business for over 10 years, and unfortunately, that's not a proper response, nor is it a proper dish! You can tell it was fried again (I repeat, I know because I worked there too). DON'T DO THIS JOB IF YOU CAN'T ACCEPT COMPLAINTS OR CRITICISM! You're rude!!! You've made people lose their desire to eat and enjoy the dishes you make! An experience to forget, never to be repeated! AND ALSO, YOU CAN'T PAY BY CARD, CASH ONLY? Why?

15/01/2026: Mi…you train the staff though…but how do you cook prosciutto in Italy? I ordered a prosciutto and arugula piadina, and the prosciutto was so cooked it looked like bacon… My 9-year-old daughter can handle it.

03/01/2026: With no one waiting, it took him 15 minutes to make a piadina. He prepared the piadina while texting on his cell phone. He doesn't wear gloves when preparing food, and he doesn't wash his hands after using his cell phone or making cash... I won't say anything else.

11/02/2026: I decided to eat with my daughter. While we were eating, the groups of ITALIANS left, and they let us know they were about to close. We'd just eaten. How can he finish in 5-10 minutes? At least he lets us know before we order, right? Not when we're just eating. He keeps saying, "Don't get angry?" Because if you were in my shoes, how would you behave? Being Italian? Then customers came in but didn't say anything. As soon as I said let's eat here, they have to say they were closing! That's the point. Then they ask me if I want a croissant? Why? Anyway, thanks.
