17/01/2026: Unnecessarily expensive, the spritz was half the price of a spritz in any other bar and the “tagliere” was a few slices of ham and 3 pieces of focaccia for €16. Failed.

23/12/2025: I ordered a bottle of slightly sparkling red wine, and when I opened it, half the contents of the bottle spilled out. I mentioned this on the bill, and they only gave me a €4 discount on the bottle for what happened. Disappointing, to say the least. I won't be returning.

27/05/2025: Not possible for lunch. By lunchtime, the glow sticks were already sold out, and I had to wait at the checkout, staring into the clerk's eyes! The preparation took forever... and it wasn't crowded at all (and now I understand why).

09/05/2025: After choosing several piadinas from the interactive kiosk, the only woman at the register informs me that there are no more alert discs to place my order, so I have to wait in line. This despite the fact that she'd seen us order for over five minutes at the kiosk.

26/06/2025: This place is awful, both the waitress's service and the food. In fact, we could only manage to get some grilled chicken fillets, dry and tasteless. Anything else we ordered was out of the question. It was cheap, though; there was no way to spend more, not even on dessert or coffee. I don't even know how it's still open.

21/02/2026: We were there on Friday night. There were four of us, two of whom ordered piadinas. One of these had been ordered and paid for as a roll, but it was delivered to us as a regular piadina. We pointed this out, and after a huff and a snarky reply, they remade it as a roll. At 10 pm, we were literally chased away by a short girl with glasses. She said, "You guys have to leave because we have to close," followed by "Clear the table and throw away your things," even though she was already cleaning other tables. No more kids! A little politeness!

06/02/2026: They serve cold piadinas at the counter because they forget about them and once you point it out they even get angry... the staff is scandalous.

26/02/2026: Today I went to this bakery and my experience was completely negative. The staff is courteous, I won't comment on that, but otherwise I was shocked. I got a slice of very cold pizza, even though the counter is supposed to be kept at a warm temperature. Aside from the freezing pizza, what really bothered me was the way the girl, WITHOUT GLOVES, picked up the pizza and calmly put it in the bag, touching everything around it as if nothing had happened, including the cash register. The pizza wasn't weighed, and the price was paid based on trust and word of mouth. Not even a paper napkin inside, but it doesn't matter, that's why we turn a blind eye. Hygiene should always be guaranteed, though. I won't go again.

05/02/2026: Bakery that sells stuff for a fortune and with poor quality to boot!

14/10/2025: My boyfriend and i went there for what was supposed to be a quick dinner.. we ended up leaving the place 2 hours after we had arrived.. it took them 30 minutes to take our order.. we had an appetiser each and a main course it was absurd the amount of time we had to wait for our plates.. the hosts are nice but they are suuuper slow. Payment in card is not accepted.

08/08/2025: Today we went here to try this restaurant. A TERRIBLE experience! AWFUL WAITERS! When the roll arrived, it was floating in freshly cut oil, and I immediately reported it without even eating it. The response from the waitress or the owner was, "It's really like that, put a tissue underneath if you want." You can't help but be annoyed. I've been working in the restaurant business for over 10 years, and unfortunately, that's not a proper response, nor is it a proper dish! You can tell it was fried again (I repeat, I know because I worked there too). DON'T DO THIS JOB IF YOU CAN'T ACCEPT COMPLAINTS OR CRITICISM! You're rude!!! You've made people lose their desire to eat and enjoy the dishes you make! An experience to forget, never to be repeated! AND ALSO, YOU CAN'T PAY BY CARD, CASH ONLY? Why?

05/03/2026: He charged me €5 for HALF of this glass (he used 1 or 2 oranges)! GUYS, AWESOME! €5 for 1 or 2 oranges! I don't know if it's because I'm a foreigner. A man in front of me had a much larger glass than mine with 4 oranges in it. The bartender even seemed impatient. A bad experience. A first for me, but also the last.

23/02/2026: From breakfast to lunch it is truly worth trying

15/10/2025: No plant-based drinks for those with lactose intolerance or allergies, a little colored water called tea = €5. For a breakfast of two croissants (nothing exceptional), a cappuccino, and a tea, paying €13.50 seems too much.

24/01/2026: Terrible and disgusting, the Chinese lady treats everyone badly, the food is full of oil, more oil than the dish you ordered, it's quicker to close! Don't go there, there are better places in the area! Trust me.

03/01/2026: We ordered takeout, and the food was terrible. The sushi was a clump of rice with very little fish, and the spring rolls and ravioli were terrible.

30/12/2025: I'd like to report a cashier, a girl wearing glasses, today, December 30th, at 8:30 a.m., for her disrespectful attitude. I also work at Fiordaliso, so I know how the job works. I was in line and there were groups of young people in front of me. The cashier started chatting with them and served them herself, even making croissants. This isn't a problem. The problem is, when my turn came, the girl was on her cell phone chatting. I gave my order twice, but she DIDN'T serve me. She just stood there, at the register, on her phone. Rude behavior. Luckily, a guy from the kitchen came out and asked me if I needed anything, and I explained that I had already paid and ordered, but the girl hadn't served me. Plus, she gave me a dirty look. I usually always meet the gentlemen on the staff, who are kind and very accommodating. Except for her, who was totally unpleasant. I ask you to conduct more thorough checks on your staff, especially this individual. I'm sorry, but this behavior is totally UNACCEPTABLE.

18/11/2025: Terrible service... staff minding their own business and people waiting at the register to pay. Then he brings my glasses to the table, slamming them almost as if he were doing me a favor... embarrassing.

20/12/2025: A charming location in the square in front of the Castle and a beautiful place overall, the only shame is the poor quality of the food and the general rudeness of the staff.

11/03/2026: Beautiful place, peaceful, quiet, and green. The fries, burgers, and cutlets are delicious! Everything is fresh and high-quality, away from the chaos of the city center. Well done!

17/06/2025: Beggars and starving, after having made me pay 50 cents for a glass of water without it being on the menu (illegal in Italy) they even greeted me with a hello and a mocking smile after I left.

13/06/2025: Situato all'uscita del percorso della pinacoteca. Mi avvicino alla cassa e vengo aggredita verbalmente dalla cassiera che mi dice che loro hanno servizio al tavolo. Mi spiazza perchè' non mi ero posta il problema. Mi vede un addetto alla sala, che si trovava di fianco a me , e gentilmente mi dice: lei può andare dove vuole. Mi metto al banco, attendo quanto ordinato. Arriva altra gente e per educazione mi sposto, verso l'angolo del bancone. Vedo che al di fuori del luogo dove le persone mangiano ci sono tavolini vuoti, davanti a una panca , contro parete. Allora prendo tazza e piattino e cercando di non sporcare mi appoggio al tavolino, ci sarei stata 2 minuti senza togliere il posto a nessuno. Dopo 1 minuto vengo raggiunta da un cameriere che mi invita ad alzarmi perché io avevo pagato la consumazione al banco e non seduta. Trovo vergognoso questo trattamento . Tra l'altro il bar non offre neanche la toilette, perché a richiesta ti inviano fuori dove vanno tutti, anche chi entra dall'esterno dal cortile e non visita la pinacoteca. Praticamente quasi una toilette pubblica. Ritengo che questo comportamento strida con la cultura di cui respira l'aria. La cultura deve dissociarsi da questo finto lusso e dalla cafoneria.
