31/03/2026: Terrible experience at Circle last night. We arrived around 12:45 AM and found ourselves faced with a line that made no sense whatsoever. When asked for an explanation, we were extremely rudely told that selection is at their sole discretion. We waited in vain until 1:30 AM, receiving offensive and unwelcoming responses from the bouncers and the front desk staff. Furthermore, despite the fact that the night was 18+ and I was born in 2006 (20 years old), they turned their noses up at my age as if I were a problem. Arrogant management, highly discouraged. Milan offers much better options. In response to the owner, I want to clarify that these people and I didn't agree to write these reviews in a "harsh" tone (which, in reality, is only intended to present the facts to future visitors). I think perhaps you should ask yourself a few questions if all these people are coincidentally complaining about your service, or am I wrong? But I realize that in certain situations it's difficult to question oneself. Thank you for your advice regarding reserving a table to ensure entry, but not everyone wants (or can afford) to spend money on a club table, given that they're known to be significantly more expensive than entering through a list and paying at the door, or through advance booking. However, it seems logical to me that this advice is aimed solely at your own interests, since if you were truly concerned with the public interest, you would avoid this excessive selection at the door. Again, in Milan, it's obvious that it exists, but I believe it should always remain within the bounds of common sense. Lastly, I recommend reviewing the staff managing the queue, since we asked for the minimum age to enter the venue, just to be safe, and they assured us that entry was 18+. I wish you all the best in managing your venue.

31/03/2026: Having seen the inside. Unfriendly and arrogant bouncers, we waited for 2 hours outside IN FRONT OF THE BARRIERS and despite asking several times when we could get in, they CONTINUED to tell us to wait and that they would let us know. The 1st arrives, we ask one last time, and they tell us we didn't meet the selection criteria... we were 5 22-year-old girls. How, I ask, did we not meet the criteria? And for 5 people, do I really have to book a table? Since I wasn't able to respond, I'm editing my review. Aside from the illogical response, you didn't answer my questions. And we don't all agree to write the same things, we simply all had the same experience... and we're not even the only ones who read your reviews. You talk a lot about the selection criteria, but I'd really be curious to know what those criteria are. N.B. We were all at least 22 years old, so at least we should learn to read.

28/11/2025: Christmas shopping trip to the Bennet Gallery. We stopped for coffee, and the drink (you can't call it coffee) was lukewarm and tasteless. The (kind) girl apologized, saying that the machine sometimes makes them like that, and offered us two more, worse than the first... but the filter is filled manually, and the machine's pressure is controlled by the person using it... maybe a little refresher course would be helpful!?!

14/03/2026: Dishonest, embarrassing, a corrected coffee and a cappuccino cost €17.

12/03/2026: I would think twice to stop here. Beer is 20 euros and 16 euros for a pint ! Just be careful in Italy a beer cost 4 to 6 euros

04/04/2026: Horrible!!! €25 for two affrogatos that weren't even real Italian affrogatos but a disgusting American milkshake.

03/04/2026: I had a good experience, I just had a coffee and a cannoli! The service was excellent, the coffee was good and the cannoli was pretty good! The place is quiet and the atmosphere is nice for sitting and having a coffee!

09/10/2025: Terrible service. At 6:57 PM, I sat down at the bar and didn't see any staff at the counter for 15 minutes. The tables were all dirty, and I was waiting at my table to be served. I approached the counter and there was no one there, but I saw them behind it, chatting among themselves. I'm sorry, but this bar will never see me again. My money will be given to another bar.

08/10/2025: A guy named Roberto served me. Very nice and kind, a bubble tea and coffee wizard. If he's not permanently hired, you should get one right away!

11/04/2026: I ordered a risotto and my husband a four-cheese pizza; everything was delicious, and a great deal considering the Duomo is just steps away. Highly recommended. Thank you very much.

29/03/2026: Very disappointed: the spritz was awful, the welcome was lukewarm, and the toilets had a really unpleasant smell. I do not recommend it.

01/02/2026: A good, casual, and unpretentious bar. Comfortable for long lingering meals. Reasonable prices.

06/07/2025: Worst bar in Navigli, horrible service, three cups were dirty (with visible food remains and spotting) and waiters responded to the issue with attitude and disrespect. The servers were very unsure and often ignored our requests. We requested for LESS alcohol in a drink and they said no (without even saying why) We also requested more sugar in another drink, they also said no. I also took a tonic (without gin) and they made me pay the price of a normal gin tonic (there was no gin, why am i paying for it???????)Honestly not worth the trouble of dealing with the bad service and attitude from the servers, head to the closer bars instead.

03/04/2026: The service was initially friendly and herded you to your table, but once you placed your order, they forgot about you. Throughout the entire restaurant, no one came to ask if we wanted anything else for the family, even drinks. The prices were significantly higher compared to other restaurants. The pizza was subpar, with a hard dough and average-quality ingredients. The spaghetti and tagliatelle were unremarkable. The bill included a "coperto" of 2 or 3 euros per person (normal in Italy), and the tableware was covered with a disposable mat and cutlery in a plastic bag. On top of that, a 10% tip was added. So, for our bill for three people, that's 19 euros just for being seated. I don't recommend it.

26/03/2026: A complete tourist trap. You have to be very careful with the prices, and if you don't want to be ripped off even more, you should definitely not take a seat.

05/11/2025: Perhaps 50 years ago, it was a welcoming place. Today, it's neglected, and two teas and four mini shortbreads cost 14 euros. Stay away.

07/06/2025: Nice, historic bar in a less touristy corner of the square. The rotisserie is awful, the croissants are 6/10. The welcome is mediocre, and the prices are unnecessarily high: a can of estathe costs €4.50.

17/01/2026: The new management has brought a quantum leap forward for the pizzeria. Excellent pizzas, well-stocked with toppings and a great dough.

08/11/2025: Extremely negative experience I worked at this company from November 21, 2023, to March 2, 2024, and unfortunately, I must say it was my worst work experience in Milan. During that time, I encountered a complete lack of professionalism, integrity, and respect, both towards employees and customers. Despite my constant efforts, I did not receive the wages I was owed. During my experience, I witnessed numerous cases of other former employees and service providers who showed up at work demanding what they were owed, only to receive aggressive responses and inappropriate comments from the owner, Vittorio Gucci. I share my experience as a form of protection and awareness for other professionals, in the hope that situations like this will not happen again and that the importance of respect and fairness in employment relationships will be recognized. Extremely negative experience I worked at this company from 21/11/2023 to 02/03/2024, and unfortunately, I have to say it was the worst work experience I've had in Milan. During that time, I witnessed a complete lack of professionalism, seriousness, and respect — both towards employees and clients. Despite my consistent effort and dedication, I was not paid the wages I was owed. Throughout my experience, I saw several former employees and service providers come to the workplace to claim what they were rightfully due, only to be met with aggressive responses and inappropriate comments from the owner, Vittorio Gucci. I'm sharing my experience as a way to protect and inform other professionals, in the hope that situations like this don't happen again, and that respect and fairness in the workplace are upheld.

22/02/2026: I don't understand the other reviews... We loved it! And I'm French! The chocolate croissants are incredible. The waitresses were lovely. The shop is inviting.

04/02/2026: Going into a jewelry store is cheaper, and there's a general feeling of dirtiness. Now I understand everything after reading other reviews that say the same thing.

26/01/2026: Two sandwiches with cooked ham and cheese for €13 (€6.50 each) seems a bit high. Friendly staff.
