07/11/2025: Hotel Villa Del Conte – CONFIRMED SCAM – NOT RECOMMENDED We made a reservation for several rooms at Hotel Villa Del Conte for our group, in connection with our stay in September 2025. It is worth noting that, as a company, we had been regular clients of the hotel, coinciding with a biennial trade fair held at Fiera Milano (Rho). The booking was handled directly with the hotel’s new management team, as they themselves confirmed by email on June 19, 2025. We agreed on the dates and terms, and made an advance payment of €1,120 via bank transfer on July 11, 2025, as a deposit and confirmation of the reservation. On July 21, the hotel confirmed via WhatsApp that they had received the payment correctly, using the same contact number listed on their website and social media accounts. However, on September 10, just five days before our scheduled arrival, they informed us via WhatsApp that they would not be able to host our group due to alleged heating issues—without offering any rebooking options or refunding the payment made. On September 11, they promised that the manager would contact us by phone, but no one ever did—neither by phone nor by email. To this day, they refuse to acknowledge the payment and have not refunded the €1,120 deposit. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and disgraceful, showing a complete lack of professionalism, ethics, and commitment to their clients. - In summary, the irregularities with this establishment can undoubtedly be classified as a SCAM, as they include: - Confirmation of the booking and receipt of a €1,120 payment by the hotel. - Unilateral cancellation without providing any solution, compensation, or refund. - Total lack of communication from management. - Refusal to take responsibility as a hotel business. We have all the supporting documents and proof of payment, which were sent to the hotel but have never received any response. This conduct is unacceptable and demonstrates an absolute lack of professionalism and respect toward customers. We feel defrauded, as the hotel kept our money without providing the service or offering any alternative. ⚠️ WARNING TO FUTURE GUESTS: Do NOT trust this establishment under any circumstances. Do NOT make advance payments, and most importantly… if you value your money and peace of mind, AVOID Hotel Villa Del Conte at all costs.

15/07/2025: Andata con un amica presa una suite dove tra l'altro la vasca piccola,senza acqua calda e non funzionante Ha offerto lei come regalo ma siamo rimaste malissimo,non ci vedranno più.,, Comunque la vasca molto incrostrata di sporco,e ci hanno detto pure che acqua calda non c'è,,🤣senza parole

19/01/2026: Ridiculous seafood pizza! Paid 7 euros for 5 shrimp and 3 mussels. It was also rubbery and frozen, and arrived an hour late.

17/01/2026: Delivery was almost an hour late. One of the worst pizzas I've ever eaten in terms of quality, cooking, and toppings. So tough and oily it tasted like it was fried, or worse, reheated/recooked.

07/03/2026: The owners have a volatile mood and complain if you pay with coins. The place is small but nice. However, the area is full of bars with always smiling owners and good products.

11/02/2026: My frequent bar when I was in Milan as an exchange student. I truly loved this place, so much as I used to look for going here every morning in order to have a nice Brioche and cappuccino. I genuinely miss her, and I hope I can revisit it as soon as possible. 🥲

21/08/2025: The hotel restaurant offers a decent selection of quality lunch dishes. Friendly staff, but prices have risen steadily over time, unbalanced by the variety and quality of the dishes.

22/06/2025: Really quality lunch, with ingredients that are definitely taken care of. It's certainly not cheap for a business lunch, but you pay for quality. The pool is beautiful and the air conditioning inside is top notch.

06/01/2026: I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT First of all, a compliment to the staff, always kind and helpful. However... The dish was very meager, it seemed like a child's portion. But above all, shame on the owner!!! He yells, berates, and treats his staff like they're incompetent, all this in front of all the customers. And besides, it's not Nadonna or God's fault that the owner is stressed. But hearing him swear in front of everyone is definitely not an issue. According to a waiter's comment, we were told it's like this every day...

01/01/2026: We 4 were on our vacation went for lunch trust me service is 0 while food was average but expensive disappointed by the service which spoiled our mood and food at a same time. (Mistakes not to make while you travel number 1 see the reviews and number 2 never to visit this restaurant)

13/03/2026: Better than KFC ? Despite very nice staff members and highly affordable prices, in my opinion, the served chicken has plenty of room for improvement... It was a bit dry, where the french fries felt directly bought from Carrefour haha. Of course I am comparing with KFC because they try to propose somehow the same experience and food. 19/02/2026: My friends got sick eating their Fried chicken bucket! The18 pcs chicken for 26 euro one. This is unacceptable. Kindly improve your service!!!

25/10/2025: Nothing special, I've visited Californias that were definitely more cozy and welcoming, but here I found a few uncomfortable tables for a coffee or a quick snack, evidently much more suited to the type of visitor to Corso Como. Unfortunately, the cheesecake wasn't even up to par with a cake with this name because it must have been at least a day old; in fact, the crust was completely soaked and the filling was quite sour and lumpy. On the other hand, the Americano coffee (€1.80) was excellent, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

21/10/2025: The cashier was a bit rude, she was in a hurry, there was only one table, I went in, she answered me rudely....but hello! I went to the one in Moscova, where the staff treats you very well.

02/04/2025: After a long day at school, I take the subway and head toward the City Life area, where I'm drawn to this restaurant that promises delicious meatballs. While I'm deciding what to order, I see tiny pans of pasta flying left and right (I'll find out later they cost 14 fucking dimes). I decide to order the daring "double meatball" sandwich and discover that the promise I just made has already been betrayed: the meat is obviously frozen and the bun is microscopic. At this point, I catch my friend's eye for confirmation and notice that his lifeless, colorless eyes have no soul left. I discover that the cause is the milkshake, which was literally water flavored like industrial-strength pseudo-chocolate, priced at a modest 7 euros. In conclusion, don't be captivated by those appetizing images you find on the menu and run, run as far away as you can.

02/03/2025: Burnt meatballs for the modest sum of €90. Terrible. You present yourself as a brand specializing in that; at least you cook two meatballs properly. And thank goodness you're sponsored by big names. Frankly, embarrassing.

24/09/2025: If you like getting RIPPED OFF and eating poorly and cheaply, this is your place. We celebrated my son's birthday. There were 5 of us. They brought us an aperitif with a platter of mortadella, Milanese salami, and prosciutto, enough for a maximum of (and I'm not exaggerating) two people! 1 portion of risotto with sausage (same as above, not for 5 people) total €30 per person! + €2.50 per person for cutting the cake we brought! The service was truly unsuitable. Instead of security at the entrance, hire capable staff! Never, ever again. Eating poorly is fine, but getting ripped off is NOT.

11/02/2026: I decided to eat with my daughter. While we were eating, the groups of ITALIANS left, and they let us know they were about to close. We'd just eaten. How can he finish in 5-10 minutes? At least he lets us know before we order, right? Not when we're just eating. He keeps saying, "Don't get angry?" Because if you were in my shoes, how would you behave? Being Italian? Then customers came in but didn't say anything. As soon as I said let's eat here, they have to say they were closing! That's the point. Then they ask me if I want a croissant? Why? Anyway, thanks.
