29/03/2026: Unfortunately, it was a negative experience. We visited this restaurant yesterday, and while the place is pleasant, the bartender's behavior completely ruined the evening. We simply asked for clarification on the receipt, but the response was rude and unprofessional. Furthermore, we were given a receipt without the itemization of our drinks, leaving us unable to clearly see what we were paying for. We pointed out this lack of transparency, but it was handled in the worst possible way. The bartender was arrogant and, in a not-so-subtle way, implied we were incompetent. The situation worsened when he even told one of our group members to fuck off, which is absolutely unacceptable in a work environment where people work in front of the public. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and shouldn't happen in any establishment. It's a shame, because the experience could have been different. I don't think we'll be back.

27/03/2026: Terrible service, I waited an hour for a pizza and the people who arrived after me were served before me... terrible pizza, heavy. The menu said it had tomato and mozzarella, but instead I only got plain pizza.

25/10/2025: Nothing special, I've visited Californias that were definitely more cozy and welcoming, but here I found a few uncomfortable tables for a coffee or a quick snack, evidently much more suited to the type of visitor to Corso Como. Unfortunately, the cheesecake wasn't even up to par with a cake with this name because it must have been at least a day old; in fact, the crust was completely soaked and the filling was quite sour and lumpy. On the other hand, the Americano coffee (€1.80) was excellent, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

21/10/2025: The cashier was a bit rude, she was in a hurry, there was only one table, I went in, she answered me rudely....but hello! I went to the one in Moscova, where the staff treats you very well.

23/08/2025: Terrible experience: I witnessed unacceptable hygiene incidents in the dining room, and the management seemed completely disinterested in the well-being of their customers. The environment is neglected, the atmosphere unpleasant, and it doesn't convey any sense of professionalism. This place needs serious overhaul; I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's also frequented by some very unsavory people, in my opinion.

18/07/2025: Mine will be an anonymous review. I worked here a while ago and want to point out that the kitchen is terribly maintained. I advise everyone against eating there. The only redeeming feature is the pizza made by Ash (I think that's how it's spelled), as it's prepared practically in front of the customers. I've seen flies landing on the food and still handed it to the customers, food falling on the floor and then put back in the same container to be served, the oil for frying the fries never changed (the oil is practically black), the slicer always dirty and almost never cleaned, and even expired food served and hidden from the customers so it wouldn't be thrown away! Everything is managed by Donatella. Believe me, I've worked there, the kitchen is always dirty! If you go there, go only for the pizza, not for anything else! PS It's been months since I last went there, so maybe the situation has improved, but I really doubt it.

13/03/2026: A chamomile tea, please! I've never been treated this way in a bar. A very rude lady made us feel like we were in the way simply for sitting at an empty table without asking first. "I choose who gets to sit!" We tried to apologize so as not to create tension, but the lady simply reiterated her disappointment and rudeness. Long live bars with kindness. Good luck 🌼🌼🌼🐞

07/03/2026: The owners have a volatile mood and complain if you pay with coins. The place is small but nice. However, the area is full of bars with always smiling owners and good products.

31/03/2026: I come here often; it's a lovely little place for aperitivo... It's a shame that today, when I went with my boyfriend, they sat us at a table that hadn't been cleaned in the slightest, all stained. On top of that, the waiter got our order wrong: we'd asked for two Hugo Spritzes, and we were served two mojitos. They'd sat us at a table at the back of the room with three chairs, even though there were only two of us, and then shortly afterward asked to move because a group of three was arriving... but they moved us to a table that had three chairs anyway, and they would have been there regardless. Last but not least, I found a hair in the olives at the aperitivo (I've attached a photo).

17/01/2026: Unnecessarily expensive, the spritz was half the price of a spritz in any other bar and the “tagliere” was a few slices of ham and 3 pieces of focaccia for €16. Failed.

27/05/2025: Not possible for lunch. By lunchtime, the glow sticks were already sold out, and I had to wait at the checkout, staring into the clerk's eyes! The preparation took forever... and it wasn't crowded at all (and now I understand why).

09/05/2025: After choosing several piadinas from the interactive kiosk, the only woman at the register informs me that there are no more alert discs to place my order, so I have to wait in line. This despite the fact that she'd seen us order for over five minutes at the kiosk.

10/03/2026: Delivery was very punctual, but the quality of the pizzas... let's draw a veil over it. The prosciutto looked awful, but the smell and taste were equally awful. I had to throw it away. The buffalo mozzarella was sour. The pizza by the slice was burnt on the bottom and raw on the inside. The other pizza was covered in oil, with a salty dough and low, hard edges; it wasn't even a hint of Neapolitan pizza. I wanted to enjoy a nice pizza after a week abroad, but it would have been better to fast at this point.

13/12/2025: Ordered pizza at 8pm… arrived 40 minutes later!

13/05/2026: Panoramic view, very bright environment, very nice and helpful staff, excellent food, TOP breakfasts, inside the BENNET shopping center, business combines with pleasure, I recommend it.

22/08/2025: Visually, a truly beautiful place. Unfortunately, the selection of wines by the glass includes truly overly refined varietals that are not at all accessible to the general public. Given that this is entirely my personal opinion, we ordered two: a cloudy white that, in my opinion, had notes of brine from pickled onions, and a Friulian red that was so acidic that not even a whole bottle of Gaviscon would balance my stomach's pH. The fact is that the wine list offers scant descriptions that are completely inadequate, especially for this type of varietal, consisting of only three generic and vague adjectives for each wine by the glass. Given the niche selection, the staff could at least proactively alert customers and guide them in their wine selection. A great shame.

15/06/2025: Nice place Tasty food Unfortunately the experience with the manager Cristina (just arrived) was disastrous. Very abiding by the company rules, but zero empathy. Late Saturday night I asked to turn off the air conditioning because that noise makes it impossible to sleep. The answer was "I can't do it now, I will definitely report it on Monday". To my next question "so I have to wait until Monday to know if I can sleep at the time I choose?" she replied that she could not make this type of important decision without consulting the company. I will not comment!

24/04/2026: Reasonable prices. A latte macchiato for 2,50€? Amazing! The food was very good. But the service was mixed: fast drinks but they forgot our food. After a reminder it was okay. Apparently high frequented by citizens, it was extremely busy. We liked the spot. Italian flair, Italian temper, Italian style food.

05/03/2026: He charged me €5 for HALF of this glass (he used 1 or 2 oranges)! GUYS, AWESOME! €5 for 1 or 2 oranges! I don't know if it's because I'm a foreigner. A man in front of me had a much larger glass than mine with 4 oranges in it. The bartender even seemed impatient. A bad experience. A first for me, but also the last.

28/05/2026: One of my favorite cafes in the city. I’ve been having breakfast and coffee here for months now. The service is really quick and the staff is nice. I’d recommend going in the morning, while the pastries are still fresh. Also, the prices are great. You could get a croissant and cappuccino for around 3,5€. All recommendations!

30/12/2025: I'd like to report a cashier, a girl wearing glasses, today, December 30th, at 8:30 a.m., for her disrespectful attitude. I also work at Fiordaliso, so I know how the job works. I was in line and there were groups of young people in front of me. The cashier started chatting with them and served them herself, even making croissants. This isn't a problem. The problem is, when my turn came, the girl was on her cell phone chatting. I gave my order twice, but she DIDN'T serve me. She just stood there, at the register, on her phone. Rude behavior. Luckily, a guy from the kitchen came out and asked me if I needed anything, and I explained that I had already paid and ordered, but the girl hadn't served me. Plus, she gave me a dirty look. I usually always meet the gentlemen on the staff, who are kind and very accommodating. Except for her, who was totally unpleasant. I ask you to conduct more thorough checks on your staff, especially this individual. I'm sorry, but this behavior is totally UNACCEPTABLE.

18/11/2025: Terrible service... staff minding their own business and people waiting at the register to pay. Then he brings my glasses to the table, slamming them almost as if he were doing me a favor... embarrassing.

11/05/2026: 🇪🇸 A place clearly focused on quick tourist turnover rather than quality. Overpriced for a very disappointing experience. I ordered a Coca-Cola and was served a draft Pepsi, still charged €7 for it—a detail that pretty much sums up the place's philosophy. The food was also underwhelming: very poor flavors and a quality far below what you can easily find in Milan, even in much simpler and more honest places. A difficult experience to recommend. 🇬🇧 A place clearly focused on quick tourist turnover rather than quality. Overpriced for a very disappointing experience. I ordered a Coca-Cola and was served a draft Pepsi instead, yet still charged €7 for it, which honestly says a lot about the overall approach of the restaurant. The food was equally underwhelming: poor flavors and a level of quality far below what you can easily find in Milan, even in much simpler and more authentic places. Overall, a very hard place to recommend.

02/05/2026: We went in to buy some water, and the waiter on the morning shift gave us dirty looks and was incredibly unfriendly. With such terrible service, we definitely won't be trying their food.

10/04/2026: The pizza was very bad; the dough was hard, the cheese had a strange taste, and the sauce was very watered down. I don't recommend it. The only good thing was the coffee, both the Americano and the espresso. The restroom was disgusting. It was dirty and smelly, and the door handle was broken. A disaster. The only positive was the surroundings. Despite being close to the road, it wasn't intrusive, the noise was average, but the view of the castle and the fountain was truly beautiful. The restaurant, given its location, has great potential, but it still has a lot to offer, from the food served to the cleanliness of the premises.
