05/08/2024: Even though I don't often eat pizza in Milan as you already know, I've been craving pizza with anchovies for a while. Fortunately, thanks to TheFork I discovered Lievità Pizzeria Gourmet. There I managed to satisfy this incredible desire of mine that I have been carrying with me for a year after eating it in Sicily. But let's go back to the Pizzeria Lievità in Milan and to be precise the one in Moscova where we started with a tasty dish: 🫓 Apulian burrata biscuit, Cetara anchovies, lemon zest and monocultivar nocellara extra virgin olive oil • Good even if the burrata was very dense and not very creamy. To then continue with the Gourmet pizza 🍕Verdeoro: Friggitelli emulsion and Cetara anchovies sauce, fiordilatte from Agerola, yellow cherry tomatoes from Vesuvius and Cetara anchovies • Very good! The friggitelli cream was something never tried, delicate and strong at the same time in contrast with the saltiness of the anchovies! And then the popular traditional pizza 🍕Pesto and Potatoes: crushed Avezzano potatoes, fiordilatte from Agerola, flakes of Parmigiano Reggiano DOP and fresh basil pesto • This is also very good, more decisive in my opinion with the parmesan prevailing over everything. 🍻 all accompanied by two good 1664 Blanc beers with citrus and fruity notes. 🍭 Finally, I also wanted a nice dessert but unfortunately they were all finished so the head nurse honored us with some sweets. • What can I say, I finally discovered an excellent pizzeria in Milan that offers gourmet pizzas alongside traditional pizzas. Even if the prices are a little high for gourmet pizzas, with a nice TheFork discount everything is more accessible!

29/04/2024: Personally I didn't like cold coffees, they are supposed to be sweet and a little thick, but neither one thing nor the other

15/03/2024: The store is very clean and tidy. It is suitable for gathering and chatting with friends. You can take a short rest here. There is a very delicious caramel crema. The coffee has a caramel flavor and is very delicious. The cream on top of the hot drink is very fresh. If paired with desserts It will be a little sweet, but if you choose espresso or cappuccino, it will be good. The nuts on the dessert are very crispy and delicious.

22/06/2024: The pizza also the Margherita, the simplest of all, I think it is one of the best pizzas ever and I am a pizza eater, but good, soft and light like the one from San Mina, a rarity! Excellent prices, excellent service, Giovanni and Alessandro two friendly and kind-hearted people, very respectful. Besides the pizzas, the food is good, well cooked and tasty.... Congratulations!

03/10/2023: With the closure of the Cesare Battisti club, the only refreshment point remained in Monzoro, a hamlet of Cusago. Historic place, tobacconist, bar and trattoria (this one only at midday, fixed menu at €10). Very kind owners, impeccable service. The environment could use a refresh, but that's fine too.

03/09/2024: Went in on Sunday night for a late dinner, opened the door to be greeted with an arrogant man (who I assume was the manager dressed in a suit). When I asked to sit outside, he led us to the door and our table and just pointed, launched some menus down and walked away. A much more polite waiter had taken our order and did his best to look after us, served our wine, and this is where it turned sour, this waiter was running about outside all night seeing to everyone and in my mind, was doing his best to handle the night as it was so busy. He showed two gentlemen to a table behind us, only for “the man in the suit” to come out and shout that they couldn’t sit there as that table was reserved, only to come out a few minutes later and make his waiter look like a complete idiot by saying “oh it’s ok now, they can sit there”. This was after the waiter explained to the two gentleman that he had mistakenly sat them there and he shouldn’t have done! There was also another waiter who was clearly in a rush - not sure if he was trying to help lol, but he definitely wasn’t - by bringing people’s dinner to the tables and throwing them about like frisbees! He would also come to the outside of the restaurant and shout whatever the order was and look to see who was going to stick their hand up first and deliver said frisbee to that table. The same gentleman (frisbee thrower) also had a few pops at the good waiter because he wasn’t stacking his empty drink trays correctly. I was also informed that a woman sitting behind me, was also making comment about how bad this waiter and the manager was because it was simply creating an atmosphere for those who noticed this erratic behaviour. A joke, and in now way how a staff member should be treated, by a manger, let alone his peers. Would not return.

02/09/2024: Very special restaurant in the center of Milan, near the central station. At the entrance, their waiters welcomed us with a smile. The decor is beautiful and the place is immaculate. We ordered pasta, pizza and a good wine recommendation. For me, this restaurant was the best of my visit to Milan. The food was well prepared just divine. All options were good. The prices are good and the attention of the staff (Timothy, Massimo and the rest) was professional and friendly. We feel very well pampered. 100% recommended. I have to thank all the staff. We liked it so much that we returned a second time. My number 1 favorite restaurant in Milan.

04/08/2024: In the context of a perfectly renovated farmhouse that isolates you from the context of Milan. Informal environment that contrasts with the menu with some pretension and high prices. Personally I went for pizza. Good.

28/07/2024: Location in a courtyard of a farmhouse on a side street via Novara very high prices, quality of the food not in line with the prices, they are not justified both for the location, Courtyard of a small farmhouse, large tables and paper placemat 2 euros cover charge, water at least free, daisies 8 euros, 15 for a ham one, 6.5 for a medium one.

26/07/2024: The Porro Family (fruit and vegetable stand at the entrance from Viale Monza) has remained faithful to the quality of its products for over 60 years. Also reference in the neighborhood. We would like them to be open on Sundays too. Well done. Resist with courage and enormous personal sacrifices. Recommended beyond any doubt.

03/07/2024: A well-stocked municipal market, with many interesting proposals inside. It's a shame that the municipal administration doesn't intervene with a nice renovation.
