08/03/2026: Excellent pizza, quality ingredients. The desserts are also good. Good selection of beers and spirits. The atmosphere is rustic. The place is clean. The soundproofing could be improved; it can be a bit noisy when there are a lot of people. The staff is fast and efficient.

07/03/2026: Birthday dinner for four. Fast and attentive service. Excellent ossobuco, saffron risotto, and elephant ear. The cured meats, cheeses, and fried gnocco were excellent, but the cheese selection was limited. The tiramisu was beautifully presented; the sweet mascarpone paired with the bitterness of the crushed biscuits was excellent. The glass of house red was mediocre. Prices were a bit high.

As soon as you cross the threshold, you're catapulted into a parallel dimension proudly anchored in the 1990s. The walls, literally covered in photos taken with a killer flash, celebrate a golden age of showgirls, showgirls, and various television personalities of the early 2000s. The effect isn't "historical," but more like a provincial waiting room with delusions of grandeur. The restaurant is tiny, but it's animated by a bold attempt to defy the laws of physics: a space that screams "eight tables" easily accommodates more than a dozen. The result is a forced intimacy that no one asked for. Without a doubt, one of the places most effective at making customers feel uncomfortable. The lighting deserves special mention. It's not a dim atmosphere, but a strategic darkness that makes it difficult to distinguish the dishes, the diners, and sometimes even one's own dignity. Perhaps a deliberate choice. The menu, fittingly, seems to come straight from a 1989 haute cuisine manual. There's no paper or digital media: the waiter recites everything from memory, in a performance that resembles an epic poem rather than a presentation of dishes. After the first thirty seconds, you enter a sort of confused trance, and asking for a repetition provokes a subtle pang of guilt. But the real spectacle is the local fauna. Among the regulars, distinguished, satisfied-looking gentlemen stand out, often bald and adorned with glasses of questionable stylistic audacity, accompanied by elegant wives visibly devoted to periodic aesthetic maintenance. Completing the picture are young ladies with serene and surprisingly patient expressions, in the company of mature benefactors. A fascinating microcosm. The service seems to follow a well-defined social hierarchy: familiar faces and regulars are given attentive attention, while newcomers observe everything with the discretion of those who have realized they don't yet belong to the club. Finally, the prices. Definitely ambitious. A timeless philosophy lives on here: if it costs a lot, it must be excellent. An act of faith rather than a gastronomic criterion.

04/03/2026: One of the few places left serving traditional Milanese food just outside Milan. The service was delightful, and the dishes were truly well-crafted, both in terms of the quality of the ingredients and the portion size. A special mention goes to the fact that when we asked for pasta with olive oil for a child, since they didn't have any pasta at the time, they offered us white rice with olive oil. We loved every dish! Thank you so much :)

13/02/2026: There were three of us, we took the staff's advice, and ended up paying €335 for three courses each. We said we didn't have much time, but we were in the restaurant for over two hours. I don't recommend a restaurant where you can't trust the staff. The food was good, but not good enough to justify the price. There are better options in Rho.

03/02/2026: An experience to remember We visited La Cucina: it's not your average restaurant, and we can confirm: it's not like any other. An intimate atmosphere, obsessive attention to detail, and cuisine that combines technique, flavor, and identity. It begins with a brief welcome from the chef, followed by a selection of artisanal house baked goods (truly remarkable), and from there it's a crescendo: carefully crafted, clean, surprising dishes, with quality ingredients and intelligent pairings. Each course has a purpose; nothing is there "for show." The service is attentive and attentive, the timing is perfect, and you can sense true passion in every step. If you're looking for a special evening, elegant but not stuffy, this is the place. We'll be back. And we recommend it to anyone who wants an experience, not just "eating out."

15/03/2026: We went for lunch today. A quaint place, but no motorcycles tied to the tables. A dog without a leash greeted us and then came in and roamed the tables. I'd say that's not good! Very good food! We booked with The Fork. On The Fork's menu, the risotto cost €10. On the receipt, it was listed as €12. Then they applied the discount. It's not allowed...but the food was EXCELLENT!

The menu was carefully studied and executed, with delicious combinations, exquisite ingredients and an escalation of flavours. Service was extremely attentive, juggling several tables with careful consideration for everyone's needs and preferences: quite astonishing! Don't miss the opportunity to try this restaurant: a true Italian experience with a modern twist!

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, ready to guide you through the menu. The menu is a nice mix of fish dishes and a few meat options, with its real strengths: carefully matched ingredients, meticulous presentation, and a limited selection, all cooked to perfection. The side dishes are a real plus—just ask! It's a shame the dessert menu is a bit limited, particularly lacking a chocolate option (the tiramisu is an exception), but the lemon tart is a real highlight. The prices are fair for the quality, so not exactly cheap, but well-deserved. And the finishing touch? The coffee served in a moka pot is a stunning homage to tradition! 01/03/2026: The restaurant's menu ranges from meat and seafood entrees to pizzas, and overall the food is good. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. A friend's spaghetti and clams arrived a bit undercooked, and when she mentioned it, the waiter apologized and immediately took it back, having another one made very quickly. I think it's a bit pricey overall, which is why I didn't give it 5 stars.

There are the classics, but my preference is always the specialties, which will never disappoint! There's also a small wine cellar inside... oh, and very importantly, the restaurant is completely gluten-free! P.S. The prices are a bit above average.

So, after searching around, I found Agostino Campari's restaurant. The restaurant offers a trolley of mixed boiled meats and roasts. I tried all the boiled meat cuts, and I must say they were all really good; they reminded me so much of my grandmother's cooking. In fact, the atmosphere itself aims to transport us back to and maintain a certain connection with the past, and it succeeds well, without being too "retro." In fact, the restaurant has been updated, while retaining some antique furnishings, such as the truly beautiful glass display cases. The two dining rooms are very welcoming, with a touch of refinement. The staff is kind and friendly, and above all, I want to highlight the kindness of the owners who welcomed us at the entrance. One negative was the slightly lengthy service, and the price was a bit high for what we ate. All in all, I recommend this place if you want to stay in the Milan area to try a good bollito misto.
