02/01/2026: Excellent display, very friendly staff, but their products—and I've tried several—were unfortunately a huge disappointment in terms of quality. Too bad.
31/12/2025: I went today for the first (and last) time.
The shop looks good, with well-stocked counters and well-stocked display cases. The same can't be said for the service.
The sales assistant is rude, with inappropriate jokes that border on insults. Maybe she thinks she's on a stand-up stage?
Customer lost.

05/06/2026: Absolutely amazing gelato 🍧 and outstanding customer service . The sellers gal was doing great job. Was working hard from one customer to other, so patient and sweet. Ice cream and sorbet is outstanding here . Had lime 🍋🟩 , lemon sorbet abd hazelnut ice cream and incredible employe to have!A must!

20/12/2025: Their panettone looks like pandoro, too buttery and too soft. It doesn't have a nice brown crust, but it's all pale. A kilo costs 34 euros and isn't worth it.
19/12/2025: To be honest, in all my years, though not often, I've never encountered an inadequate situation like the one the lady described. I've always been satisfied, always welcomed with kindness and attention. And I don't live in the area, quite the opposite. I'm staying loyal and I really hope they don't close down.

16/09/2025: The business has been permanently closed, and I discovered it through GLS tracking and by calling the bar's phone number, which has been "temporarily unavailable" for over a week. It's still listed as a GLS point, but be careful not to select it! I was supposed to receive a shipment on the 11th and had to change my address. Thanks to the owner's "integrity," who was able to notify the various courier companies of the temporary or permanent closure of the business. Thank you so much!
07/09/2025: Excellent sandwich shop and prompt service! Very reliable as a pick-up point for various couriers, too!

12/04/2026: Spazio Caroli is a magical place. After returning a few times now, the initial impression of a very well-kept venue, with a serene and convivial atmosphere, is confirmed. From the tasteful interior and exterior furnishings (with a very beautiful and spacious patio), to the friendly and helpful staff, and the quality of the food and drinks, from the classics to the more unusual, all set in a vibrant and interesting neighborhood (even though you might feel far removed from the chaos of Milan), Spazio Caroli is a place to feel good.
10/04/2026: Fantastic atmosphere, quiet and welcoming.
The staff is friendly and helpful, and the drinks are excellent.
Since the management changed, I've been coming here often and bringing several friends, and they're all happy.
Highly recommended.
Special mention to Fidati, the drinks created on the spot by the bartender are always new and creative.

05/01/2026: I came to eat at a place that was not clean, cold, and poorly maintained. I ordered a kebab pizza and found a fly inside. I notified the staff, and they took the pizza away without asking if I wanted anything else or even trying to resolve the issue. When I got up to pay, I asked what I should do, and they made me pay, even telling me the fly had arrived later. Obviously, I don't recommend going, and I'll never go back.
30/12/2025: Excellent! I'd dare say sublime. The pizza was deliciously delicious.
The Coke, on the other hand, was just the right amount of fizzy. The bathrooms were always clean and tidy.
As for your 4 Seasons, there were 3 cheeses, not 4.

29/03/2026: I ordered an 8 euro meat-only kebab pizza and was charged 9 euros just because I used credit card. The kebab meat wasn't even freshly cut, but rather taken from a tray at room temperature.

24/04/2026: The best pizza in Milan! We arrived at the last minute and were greeted by a very kind gentleman who whipped up two gourmet pizzas in no time. Highly recommended.
01/01/2026: They're complete scammers. I waited an hour and a half, they took my money, but there's still no pizza. They don't even answer the phone. I definitely don't recommend them.

02/03/2026: A pleasant discovery at this small deli with a wide selection of excellent wines, dairy products, and cured meats. We had a truly excellent aperitif, and the young man who served us spoiled our dog a little, who loved it.
We'll be back to try more!

13/05/2026: Our experience here was very disappointing. We were told we could not sit in a certain area because it was supposedly going to be closed soon, yet several hours later people were still sitting there without any issue. The staff came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming and the toilet was very dirty.
07/05/2026: The worst thing I tried on my entire trip to Milan! The service was TERRIBLE, very rude to tourists. We ordered two croissants and they brought us whatever they had, implying that's what they were and we had to settle for it. The only good thing about it was the guy at the bar!
I don't recommend it.
