20/05/2026: We ordered a ham and cheese croissant and a focaccia with two Cokes, and they charged us 24 euros. The focaccia (8 euros) was the same price as the ham and cheese croissant. Extremely expensive. But I expected it since they don't have prices posted anywhere. I think they charge whatever comes to mind (and it's not cheap). Then they weren't very friendly, to say the least.

20/12/2025: We returned after about a year, and I have to say the change is noticeable, unfortunately for the worse. The service isn't very efficient and isn't very attentive, but the food has taken a hit. Before, the menu, the quality of the ingredients, and the cooking were excellent, now they're nothing like it. The singing girl is perhaps the only beacon of hope, but it's not enough to keep going. Furthermore, the prices have remained the same, averaging €30 per course, but before, it made sense because the food was good, but now it doesn't. 1 appetizer, two main courses, 1 water, and two glasses of wine: €220 in total, do the math... (The show isn't included in the dinner but costs a certain amount per person; I still haven't figured out how much, since something doesn't add up...) But that's not the problem, because we're happy to spend it if it's worth it. The fact is, nothing was good, everything was super mediocre. I repeat, disappointing, because until a year ago it was top-notch. We certainly won't be returning and we won't recommend it...in fact, I'd recommend avoiding it!

12/12/2025: An evening to forget. Prices of a Michelin-starred restaurant, mediocre offerings: numerous dishes and several bottles on the menu were unavailable, a fact only revealed as we attempted to order dishes and wine. The quality of the ingredients was decent, but the kitchen was poor, as they managed to get the dishes cold. Regardless of the temperature, they were nothing compared to dishes at a similarly priced restaurant (we're at the level of Langosteria & co.). The final treat? A €20 cover charge for entertainment in an empty restaurant (two tables in the entire place), desperately tempted to be revived by two poor girls who made the situation even more grotesque than it already was, making it impossible to talk or interact.

17/05/2026: If you're looking for a place where you can eat well and feel at home, La Michetta di Diego's is the place. The food is excellent: fresh ingredients, generous toppings, and bread that's always crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. You can tell there's care and quality behind it, not just speed. I always find something delicious, from breakfast to quick lunches. But what really makes the difference is the staff. Salvatore is the symbol and backbone of the bakery. Every time I come in, he's there, with a ready smile and a desire to serve customers as he should. He's kind, attentive, and makes you feel at home from the first to the last minute. Jenny is also super professional, fast, and always precise. You can tell they work as a team and care. I love coming here. I recommend everyone try it! See you soon 🥰

14/05/2026: Unfortunately, the pistachio brioche made me feel sick. It had a strange green color, but I ate it anyway, thinking the products were fresh. The staff are very attentive and kind, but the quality of the product leaves much to be desired. In any case, I won't be returning.

16/04/2026: A very negative experience at MIB Milan. The most shocking thing was the situation outside the venue. The staff were aggressively pushing visibly intoxicated women away from the entrance and into the street, even while an ambulance was present. Even though this was happening off their property, the way it was handled was completely inappropriate and devoid of any human respect. One bouncer (with red hair) was extremely rude, while another was sexist, making the situation even more unpleasant. Overall, the staff appeared disinterested and disrespectful, with no concern for the safety or well-being of others. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

15/04/2026: I shop at this store often, but recently the service/product has been poor. It costs €1.80 a piece for a fried chicken, and then they give you wings or necks? Not worth it.

14/04/2026: I was very pleasantly surprised by the burger. The only thing I didn't like so much was the mayo on the burger. They have several delicious sauces that would go better with it. The fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, very good.

26/02/2026: Today I went to this bakery and my experience was completely negative. The staff is courteous, I won't comment on that, but otherwise I was shocked. I got a slice of very cold pizza, even though the counter is supposed to be kept at a warm temperature. Aside from the freezing pizza, what really bothered me was the way the girl, WITHOUT GLOVES, picked up the pizza and calmly put it in the bag, touching everything around it as if nothing had happened, including the cash register. The pizza wasn't weighed, and the price was paid based on trust and word of mouth. Not even a paper napkin inside, but it doesn't matter, that's why we turn a blind eye. Hygiene should always be guaranteed, though. I won't go again.

13/05/2026: Good morning. Yesterday evening, May 12th, I went to the Cerro Maggiore multiplex, as I do almost every night now, as a loyal customer. After or before the movie, I always go for their piadinas because I like them so much more than other places. The piadinas are always well-filled and well-cooked, not to mention the girls who work there. I always see the same three or four girls, and lately there have always been two on shift in the evenings despite the crowds. But with patience, you'll always be served with kindness and always with a "bon appétit," which I don't underestimate at all, because often when I go out to eat, they bring your order to your table and that's it. Unfortunately, due to the crowds, some ingredients often run out, but the girls are always ready to recommend what to add based on your choice. Despite the fact that they're very busy because they have three outlets to manage, including a piadina/bar and a yogurt shop, and two cash registers, I see all of this done by a single girl who occasionally helps out in the kitchen. Unfortunately, last night they had a technical problem with the griddle, a short, blonde girl told me, which also caused some inconvenience to the customers, but despite this, she managed everything professionally and never out of place. I also heard a guy call out to them waiting for his piadina, but he still headed for the exit, leaving the girl there, only to return after about 20 minutes. It's sad to read negative and exaggerated reviews sometimes; just a little more understanding would be needed, because these are young women who work, and mishaps happen to those who work. I also witnessed a funny scene involving the girl who served me, which made me and other women at the tables, as well as the girls themselves, laugh, as the rod broke while pulling down the curtain.

17/02/2026: Forget it immediately. A disgrace to Italian cuisine. Those around me who are happy with a mediocre hamburger served with frozen fries... I came here for three nights for business... I requested hotel service including dinner since it was offered (in Italy, generally speaking, there's little doubt about the quality of the food; even simple dishes are almost always good). But then... disaster! First night, I ordered the set menu included with my room. Tasteless ravioli served with tomato paste that my 8-year-olds could have prepared themselves... Then some "thing" like lemon pork steak... overcooked... fried potatoes with a thick layer of oil on the bottom of the plate... Disgusting... Absolutely disgusting! Second night, I ate elsewhere even though my evening meal was paid for and included in my stay. The neighborhood isn't the best if you're on foot, but honestly, you'll easily find something to enjoy at a reasonable price. Third and final night... I decided to give the restaurant a chance after reading some positive reviews (which seem ludicrous or paid for... I don't know, but frankly, incomprehensible). Salmon tartare: ... How to put it... A layer of undercooked rice presented in a circle... Raw salmon placed on top with absolutely NO seasoning... And a meager salad, like the kind you get in a supermarket cooler, serving as a base for a few pieces of avocado, also unseasoned... Fortunately, the table setting included olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper, which allowed me, after removing the undercooked rice grains, to create a somewhat acceptable carpaccio. (Al dente pasta... that's fine... but undercooked rice is inedible...) Then, feeling adventurous, I ordered a classic... Tuna in sesame sauce... (I've completely forgotten the name of the dish...) and well... how can I put it... A piece of tuna that was overcooked, incredibly thin... vaguely sprinkled with sesame seeds... and placed on top of that infamous, revolting, ice-cold salad that should be banished from the planet, but that's another story... I left half of it. Nothing. Absolutely NOTHING, not a single branch, not a single little detail, could redeem this disgusting meal. A 4-star hotel (I could also talk about the reception at this hotel, but that's another story) that dares to serve this garbage (I'm sorry, but I'm searching for the right words and can't find them)... I really don't understand how it's possible to get any decent reviews at all (for a business lunch!!! Ugh.) Anyway. Go to the hotel if that's what you expect or need... But avoid the restaurant... (That said, most of the tables around me ordered €20 burgers... There's a KFC across the street and probably other burger chains nearby... Probably cheaper. In conclusion... A salmon tartare for around €20... A tuna "tataki" (I don't even dare use that name) was about €23, if I remember correctly. And, fortunately, a nice bottle of wine (but well, €34 apparently, as it wasn't on the menu and I hadn't paid yet as I was writing this review) was offered by Valentina, who is friendly and efficient... I spend my entire life eating lunch and dinner in restaurants and hotels, 5 days a week and 50 weeks a year, and I very rarely post a review because there are often positive things that make up for it... But this ...Absolutely avoid this place and don't regret it at all. The management and/or shareholders of this establishment should really test this food anonymously... Or maybe it's just a business strategy... It certainly gives Italy a bad image. I'm finishing my wine and going across the street to get a burger at KFC... at least I won't be hungry anymore.
