14/12/2025: The croissants are very good, but the cappuccino isn't up to par; it gets worse every time. Zero customer service, the photo shows two cappuccinos with cinnamon, I think it speaks for itself 😅

16/09/2025: The business has been permanently closed, and I discovered it through GLS tracking and by calling the bar's phone number, which has been "temporarily unavailable" for over a week. It's still listed as a GLS point, but be careful not to select it! I was supposed to receive a shipment on the 11th and had to change my address. Thanks to the owner's "integrity," who was able to notify the various courier companies of the temporary or permanent closure of the business. Thank you so much!

19/01/2026: A charming place with great attention to detail, it's pleasant when there aren't too many people and you can truly enjoy the atmosphere. Unfortunately, when people arrive at dinner time, the place becomes almost unlivable: cramped spaces, distance between tables reduced to about 10 cm, and a total lack of privacy. Added to this is the very high background noise inside, which makes even conversation difficult. The food is good, no complaints there. However, €12 for a glass of white wine (a classic Etna Bianco) is decidedly excessive if the service isn't up to par: you'd expect at least a freshly opened bottle, not a wine that looks like it's been open for two or three days. Overall, a mixed experience.

29/01/2026: Quick pizza before the concert... (alas, it was the only one open) Pizza: I've had worse, but definitely better!!! Cover charge €2.50, even though we ate in the cold and drank from plastic cups. Fast service (we were the only customers). Next time, the SANDWICH STAIRS in front of the Fabrique!

30/01/2026: I dined at this restaurant two nights ago. Excellent service, very friendly staff, and a friendly and professional owner. Excellent food. I tried both the pizzeria, with a giant but very light calzone, and the kitchen, with an equally large and delicious cutlet. I felt at home. Highly recommended.

23/08/2025: Terrible experience: I witnessed unacceptable hygiene incidents in the dining room, and the management seemed completely disinterested in the well-being of their customers. The environment is neglected, the atmosphere unpleasant, and it doesn't convey any sense of professionalism. This place needs serious overhaul; I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's also frequented by some very unsavory people, in my opinion.

18/07/2025: Mine will be an anonymous review. I worked here a while ago and want to point out that the kitchen is terribly maintained. I advise everyone against eating there. The only redeeming feature is the pizza made by Ash (I think that's how it's spelled), as it's prepared practically in front of the customers. I've seen flies landing on the food and still handed it to the customers, food falling on the floor and then put back in the same container to be served, the oil for frying the fries never changed (the oil is practically black), the slicer always dirty and almost never cleaned, and even expired food served and hidden from the customers so it wouldn't be thrown away! Everything is managed by Donatella. Believe me, I've worked there, the kitchen is always dirty! If you go there, go only for the pizza, not for anything else! PS It's been months since I last went there, so maybe the situation has improved, but I really doubt it.

21/02/2026: I hope the chef at this beloved restaurant lives a long and healthy life. Therefore, this chef must have intentionally made the food salty for us, foreigners. Because serving insanely salty food is a given, suggesting the chef is either severely zinc deficient or has lost his sense of taste due to diabetes. If the manager sees this, I hope he recommends a health checkup or long-term treatment. I'm also concerned that the front desk staff may be under so much stress that their cortisol levels are too high. If at least two people had such a sullen expression that they left half their food behind, wouldn't it be reasonable to ask what the problem is? However, I'm more concerned that they may have neglected their customer service due to their overwork. Considering all these medical issues, I recommend closing the restaurant for about a year to recuperate. Since it's right in front of the cathedral, the atmosphere is a 4. While it's not immediately visible, dining at an outside table, thanks to the bustling streetscape, shouldn't be a bad experience.

14/02/2026: If there is 0 i will give this place a solid zero, ordered caesar salad and the chicken came RAW! As it was placed directly from the fridge to the plate, this says a lot about the food quality and the hygiene… the clams pasta came very very oily but at least it was acceptable enough to eat, the staff are rude and careless about your complaints which was the cherry on top for this absolute worst experience in my italy visit !, will never recommend this place.

08/03/2026: Avoid this place! My wife and I stopped by for a drink, but the service was appalling. The staff member (a short man with a mustache) struggled with English and couldn't even clarify where we should sit. Halfway through our drinks, he abruptly told us in broken English that we had to leave in 15 minutes. When I politely suggested that better language skills might help avoid such confusion, he insulted us with foul language. Honestly, I’d rather stay hungry and thirsty than ever set foot in there again. Highly NOT recommended.

14/02/2026: Tonight my boyfriend and I decided to get pizza at another local pizzeria. We've usually gotten it from you for years now... but every now and then we try something new, not so much because we don't like it, but just to change up our routine. For the umpteenth time, we stumbled upon the same old local pizzeria that claims to make authentic Neapolitan pizza, but alas, it was yet another disappointment. Yours isn't a true Neapolitan pizza, but simply Fame's pizza, a delicious, digestible, and beautiful product. After all, routine with you is more enjoyable.

29/08/2025: A very atmospheric, beautiful place with delicious food and elegant service. A romantic place worth visiting. Prices are reasonable for the high quality, which is certainly affordable. Atmospheric music plays in the background.

30/12/2025: We've been there twice, and both times we were served coldly, bordering on politeness: it seems like the customer is being a nuisance, with no smiles, and an almost forced "hello." You don't expect a red carpet or a bow, but you do get the minimum amount of affability and welcome expected from a business owner who interacts with the public (otherwise, it's advisable to consider another job). The place is poorly heated, not recently built, but still clean; the products and prices are average.
