29/04/2026: TERRIBLE! Really bad management, they take reservations and cancel them without giving a reason, poor quality food, and even worse service. FORGET IT!

20/01/2026: Incompetent or dishonest? Maybe both... Given that the quality-price ratio is generally decent, the management of the pizzeria is certainly terrible. On January 1, 2026, after I ordered two pizzas via the app—particularly because there's no other way—the poor guy from Glovo showed up (they only use the platform occasionally for deliveries), saying the pizzeria was closed and showing me the delivery order he'd received (but not the pizzas). So they collected the money, used Glovo for the delivery, but forgot to open the pizzeria. The next day, they justified themselves by saying the pizzeria was open and that Glovo hadn't delivered. In any case, no refund was given, making lame excuses. I'd be curious to know how much they made that day without even turning out a single pizza. On January 5, 2025, after another order of two pizzas—I know it's our fault, persistence is diabolical—they delivered the pizzas I'd ordered via Glovo, but they were the wrong ones for what I ordered. When notified of the error, they once again blamed Glovo for the incorrect delivery, saying they would fix it by bringing the correct pizzas. In reality, no further pizzas were delivered, and they stopped answering the phone, leaving us without dinner for the second time. Despite my complaints, they continue to deny any errors, refuse to issue any refunds, and offer excuses of any kind, all with a significant dose of rudeness. Of course, I can prove everything by showing the charges and the messages exchanged with the "manager," if you can call him that, of the pizzeria.

15/01/2026: I'm 23 years old and I've eaten a lot of pizza in my life, but I swear on my mother's life, I've never been ripped off like this. I paid €10 for a takeout pizza, and when I saw it, I laughed, thinking it was a joke. The pizza was as big as my hand, and I'm not just saying that; the dough was raw and obviously not rolled out properly. The pizza was incredibly salty, and out of anger, I threw it in the trash after one bite. I've already contacted Glovo customer service, but between them and the pizza, I don't know which is worse. Never order from this place. Anyone who leaves positive reviews is a friend or relative of the owner, otherwise there's no explanation.

12/09/2025: The dough was raw, extremely heavy, and difficult to digest. The pizzas arrived cold and took over an hour, even though we lived next door. As if that weren't enough, the prices didn't match the online ones, and we spent more than €12 each, which is truly ridiculous given the simplicity of some pizzas and their terrible quality. I'm disappointed because we had high expectations and, having recently moved, we were looking for a trustworthy pizzeria.

28/06/2025: I came here as a tourist, and had a very tasty pizza baked in a traditional wood oven, Much better than the pizzas from the tourist center, and half the price!

17/12/2025: The bar looks nice, but one of the waitresses (with a Spanish accent) is really rude. When we walked in, she looked bored, and a friend of ours said she didn't eat cold cuts, and she (who, incidentally, asked if we had any intolerances) even rolled her eyes at us. I don't think this is a normal attitude.

10/12/2025: I've been to Niro several times and I have to say I've had mixed experiences: the takeout and fast service is excellent, and the bartender was very kind and helpful. As for the aperitifs, however, I've always had bad experiences. One of the waitresses is truly rude and seems annoyed every time you speak to her. Furthermore, this same waitress forced us to get up to give our table to some gentlemen who had just arrived. Truly terrible table service.

26/11/2025: The baked goods are decent, but the staff leaves much to be desired. Today, the blonde woman serving me seemed visibly annoyed and even commented that she hadn't eaten yet. In Pero, there are equally good bakeries with much more polite and friendly staff.

19/11/2025: This bakery has a fabulous round sourdough focaccia that costs €5, with a little table to eat it at, top.

14/06/2026: Had lunch today for two, side dish: 4 potato wedges with peel €6, dessert: three mini watermelon triangles €7, 1 cm white wine in a glass €6... a Cesar salad (good) and two slices of grilled stringy amberjack, 1 iced coffee €5... Cover charge €6, water €2.50 total €62.50

18/01/2026: The place isn't like the one in the photos; there's no grill. The prices are very high considering the value for money. They only had water to drink. The staff were polite.

29/04/2026: A bar with a welcoming and well-kept location, ideal for spending pleasant moments with friends. Perfect for aperitifs, its relaxed atmosphere invites you to linger longer than expected. The service is courteous and friendly, always attentive to customer needs. Recommended.

01/06/2026: The staff was rude. Then they even got the order wrong, telling me to eat it anyway, and they told me to leave a tip when I didn't want to.

11/04/2026: Terrible experience. I called to order a pizza. They told me 20 minutes, I was left waiting outside for 40, and finally they didn't even take my order into consideration. I left without dinner. Customers shouldn't be treated like that.

08/05/2026: Sadly a very slippe pizza, not worth the money and my friends Waited for over 15 minutes before they recieved their food after me

08/05/2026: Tourist trap, overpriced, horrible service, clumsy and ignorant employees. Got a “Caeser salad” - 7 pieces of 10g reheated frozen chicken pieces, 5 croutons and a sad olive on top of a whole head of iceberg salad, topped with the cheapest garlic dressing money can buy. 15 euro. We were spoken down to in Italian upon asking the smallest requests, and no one even asked how our food tasted when we all ate barely anything. Do NOT go here.

08/05/2026: Unfortunately, it was a bad experience: they literally made me get up while I was eating a croissant with cream because there was a price difference for sitting down—which no one had explained to me beforehand, neither at the cashier nor at the counter. I understand everything, but at least let me finish my meal... the waiter apologized, saying he hadn't seen me—okay, so, I REPEAT, since it wasn't my fault, at least let me finish my food... BAH!

28/04/2026: Hmm, I felt like taken back to Vienna because of the grumpy and unfriendly service staff 🤣. The interior is nice, calm and peaceful. Food and coffee were ok but not exceptional.

22/01/2026: We ordered four takeout pizzas, and two were wrong!!! It's best to ignore the quality... the pizzas were subpar, and certainly not made with top-quality ingredients, which turned out to be almost inedible. The four-cheese pizza only came to us by hearsay... I absolutely cannot recommend this place.

07/04/2026: 16€ for an entree, main, drink and coffee is dirt cheap for Navigli. Very tasty food. Service got the order wrong but corrected it fast. Very well done thematic inside but stressful for me, just eat outside and you'll be fine.

30/03/2026: The food was practically tasteless, the portion tiny – I had to add salt and pepper myself just to make it taste like anything. The price was average, the service rather inattentive, and we didn't feel welcome. We waited ages to pay, and in the end, we had to go to the counter ourselves. A real shame, as we expected so much more.
