09/11/2025: We're French tourists; we came in to eat. They only offered us the drinks menu. We ordered two drinks (bottled fruit juice and a gin and tonic). We waited 30 minutes despite there being few customers. They brought us the bill without letting us sit down to eat.

28/10/2025: The place hasn't aged well enough, almost becoming anonymous. The wine selection isn't bad, and the charcuterie and cheese platter is good. I'd improve the staff, who are quite cold and sometimes rude to customers.

28/10/2025: A well-kept and clean wine bar, with knowledgeable, friendly, and never intrusive staff. Excellent toast and pints, and not only that; excellent amber beer, a wide selection of wines, a lively atmosphere. I highly recommend.

08/11/2025: Empathy, professionalism, and quality were lacking. The barista was nonexistent. Milan is increasingly a sad and mediocre place. Definitely not recommended.

04/09/2025: The pizzas were great, but the service wasn't up to par. Everything is way too expensive. Forced to tip at the end of the meal. Nobody was very kind. I would suggest walking a bit further.

29/08/2025: A very atmospheric, beautiful place with delicious food and elegant service. A romantic place worth visiting. Prices are reasonable for the high quality, which is certainly affordable. Atmospheric music plays in the background.

07/11/2025: The restaurant is very nice and their service is excellent. We ordered pasta with clams and shrimp, lasagna, and beef steak; everything was excellent.

06/11/2025: Wow. If disappointment were an Olympic sport, this place would be taking home the gold. We ordered bread for the table — you know, that simple, hard-to-mess-up request — and it arrived in a brown paper bag like I was about to trade it at lunchtime. Most of our group wanted flat steak. Easy enough, right? Nope. Apparently, flat steak was “not available” — only sliced steak. Cool. Except, the plot twist, we then watched other tables as we left being served the very same flat steak we supposedly couldn’t have.The sliced steak was good however. My food was a whole horror story. Sent it back three times because it had less warmth than a morgue drawer. By the time it finally came back, it had been cremated into something resembling a meat-flavored sponge. It tasted between “wet cardboard” and “regret.” To be fair, the location’s lovel, perfect for admiring the scenery while you wonder why you paid this much to chew sadness. Overall, a truly unforgettable dining experience…

03/11/2025: Arriving at the hotel in the early evening, there was no one at reception. I had to go to the restaurant to let them know I was coming. According to the cook, we were told to wait 5 minutes, but we ended up waiting 45 minutes before someone arrived to register us. Aside from that, there was a large free parking lot, the room was decent, and the breakfast was good.

21/10/2025: I stayed there for a visit to the IEO. Excellent breakfast, and dinner is available. A bit dangerous due to its location right next to the road.

20/10/2025: Absolutely terrible service!!! We're Russian and have been living in Germany for a long time. My wife and I stopped in here – I wanted coffee, she wanted a glass of wine. We sat at the table the girl showed us. We waited about 15 minutes for the waiter, even though there weren't that many customers. We placed our order, and waited another 15 minutes. The waiter brought me a cappuccino (photo), and I was stunned. Not only is this presentation inappropriate for this establishment, but it was still barely warm. I mentioned this to the girl assigning tables, thinking she'd have the sense to change it. But after waiting another 15 minutes, we decided to pay the bill and leave. You should have seen the cashier's face when she came to check out. With such a disgruntled face, you should be sitting at home, not serving customers. P.S. You need to value every customer if you want to continue to prosper. With service like this, you'll go down the drain.

17/10/2025: Breakfast at the counter with classy croissants and good coffee.

18/10/2025: Second time I've ordered extra ingredients, and the pizza basically arrives with a topping that can be compared to a scant topping on a normal pizza. The extra topping requested several times was supposed to be double gorgonzola and chips, but the chips were barely fifteen, limp and full of oil. The gorgonzola, apart from a rind of gorgonzola, is practically non-existent. The flavor is non-existent if it weren't for the rind that occasionally gets under your teeth and which in any case doesn't give you the flavor of gorgonzola. We called and explained several times but the manager responded rudely, telling us to go to hell.

20/09/2025: I've always gotten takeout pizza from this pizzeria. Granted, the place is small, but the staff has always been incredibly helpful with every order. Besides their courtesy, I must say that the Neapolitan-style pizza is truly excellent, with a very light crust. Plus, the prices are reasonable. We'll definitely continue to order from them.

13/10/2025: Home-delivered piadinas almost always contain the wrong ingredients: twice, tomato was found in a piadina that shouldn't have been, a serious problem considering that those allergic to tomatoes risk dying if they don't notice the vegetable in their piadina in time. They never answer the phone, so it's impossible to report the situation directly to the piadina maker.
