05/08/2025: Never again. It's ridiculous to find out you paid €30 for a glass of wine, a water, and a non-alcoholic drink (which you left because it was undrinkable). They don't even have a drinks menu; they charge whatever they want at the POS, without even telling you how much or showing you when you pay. Terrible service, and 5 minutes before closing time, you were practically kicked off the table. You deserve to close.

23/07/2025: In 2023, it seems like a dream to be able to still drink excellent quality coffee, accompanied by fresh croissants at a price now impossible to find even in the suburbs, all accompanied by friendly service. I've been going to this bar every day for a month, but in three days it's become my go-to place where I feel at home! Well done!

Plus, after five minutes of choosing the juice, he said: "We don't do juice... but should you tell us that in advance? It's even on the blackboard outside." The price, in my opinion, is excessive.

23/08/2025: I don't understand how a hotel like this can have three stars. The property is very dated and completely neglected. The mattress and pillows were incredibly hard, the comforter was wrinkled, my husband had to leave the plug pressed down when using the hairdryer, and I was hoping I wouldn't electrocute myself. The mirror was rusty on all sides, the shower had black gaskets, and the faucets were in terrible condition. When sitting on the toilet, I couldn't open or close the door because there wasn't enough room. The common areas were terrible, dirty everywhere, ruined everywhere, and let's not even mention the numerous ashtrays overflowing with cigarette butts. Even the breakfast left a lot to be desired. I wouldn't recommend it, not even for one night like we did, and I'm someone who adapts without any major problems.

31/08/2025: In Joong-ong, the view was so good, I'm so sorry, lol Even when I spoke Korean, they kept saying "Cee-Cee" and "Kan-pai" (slang for "ss-ee-ss-ee"). Business is awesome~~ The service is also good, but the prices are expensive ^^ The owner of this restaurant is a really nice, authentic person. ——It's been two years since I last visited this restaurant, but I still hate it, so I'm writing this review—— 1. We went on a family trip, just with my mom, dad, and brother. 2. It was my first time in Milan, Italy, and this was the first restaurant I'd ever been to. 3. The moment we walked in, the clueless hostess looked us up and down -> It felt weird. 4. When we sat down, a young male server asked if we were Chinese, and even though we told him we were Korean, he made racist comments like "Cee-Cee" and "Kan-pai." He even made the payment while we were paying. lol Conclusion: Well, lol, some people might have had a good experience, but this restaurant was definitely racist. I went with my family, and if it's like this... ^^ Just think about why I'm still adding a review with bad memories even though it's been 2 years since I went.

11/07/2025: Never again in this shack!!!! 2 steaks (small) 1/2 wine €30. Served with hardened toast bread. Totally disgusting. Even if you're hungry, you'll pay. Better avoid McDonald's, it's a 2-minute walk away.

The staff is truly friendly, welcoming you with a smile and creating a relaxed atmosphere. The sandwiches and beers are also excellent: qualities you wouldn't expect in a place like this. Here I found fun, good food, and a place to unwind. A perfect mix that keeps me coming back. Highly recommended!

30/01/2025: Tried it for lunch on 01/29. The staff, all female, were very kind, especially the girl who prepared the piadina, very friendly and smiling towards the customers, as well as, operationally speaking, a thunderbolt. If I ever return to this shopping center I will visit again.
