09/12/2025: Nice place and friendly staff. The dinner wasn't anything special, but the price was reasonable for the quality.

19/11/2025: I went there for lunch and opted for the 13 euro set menu, which includes three courses, water, and a cover charge. The basic menu is 13 euros, but if you want certain dishes, you have to add the difference. For example, rice? +2 euros. The dishes are very simple but good. The downside comes at the end: 1. The menu includes water, half-liter glass bottles that you can't take away. This isn't fair. 2. We didn't finish everything and asked to take away the leftovers, and they charged us for the tray, a full 1 euro per tray. 3. They do the receipt their way. To make the numbers add up, they type in prices even if they don't match, making it difficult to read. In fact, I had to go back to have it explained. And then I discovered that there was a charge for the take-out tray, which wasn't indicated anywhere, nor even mentioned by the staff. We took away a dessert, and of course there was a 1 euro surcharge for the take-out tray. Final bill: €50.00 for a business meal. 13 x 3 = €39 + €2 for the choice of tomato rice + €6 for dessert + €1 coffee + €2 trays Total: €50 This is what I wanted to read on the receipt, but it wasn't.

11/12/2025: It's never easy to write a review like this, because, as we all know, mistakes are made. And I've never given it a single star as long as I've been writing here. However, since this place reopened, they've been unable to guarantee prompt service or quality food. Today, I think half the dining room, besides my table, has finally given up on the Loft. There are six of us, we order five burgers and a plate of orecchiette with tomato sauce. Meanwhile, some of the waitresses, like crazy, not only miss the tables, but also go back and forth through the dining room, always empty-handed. And it can't always be one of them who shows up with a smile and tries to make up for the lack of staff and basic organization. And the icing on the cake of this horrifying film is that pizzas are flying. Yes, pizzas. All over the customers and onto the floor. I searched in vain for cameras, thinking of a candid camera. Then I realized that, unfortunately, it was more like a Tarantino movie. After more than 30 minutes of waiting, one of the waitresses rudely told us we'd have to wait a while longer for our dishes. Now past our time to change, we waited another 10 minutes for hastily made burgers that were so overcooked we all had to wash them down with plenty of water to get through the meal. And many gave up before finishing their plates. The colleague who ordered orecchiette saw the macaroni arrive without warning and resigned herself to eating overcooked pasta that had obviously been reheated in the microwave. We asked for coffees in advance, given the biblical wait times. They never arrived, despite 20 minutes of chewing on the sausage. I've also worked as a waitress for many years, and today was definitely not your day. But I'm writing this review because I hope it reaches the right people, so they can decide to hire more staff, especially in the kitchen. Too many seats and too few people. I don't think I'll return, but in the future I hope to read positive reviews, because for me it's a great shame. For now, all that remains is the fond memory of when we ate well here, and in honest times.

28/11/2025: Update the hours, found it closed... at least block the option to book... From here on out, I'll add AFTER the REPLY, which is also embarrassing... "Call no?" If when I open your website on the right, I have a giant "BOOK" button where do you think I'll press to book... oh, obviously, once I press to book, there's NO PHONE NUMBER, nor any choice of booking method (like WhatsApp, email, or call). There's only one option: enter the number of guests and the time. I repeat, maybe the big boss at the Loft doesn't even know how his website works. So 1. Before responding ridiculously, find out ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS. 2. If your online hours are wrong and it's SIMPLY pointed out to you, I don't think it makes much sense to respond like that. 3. Finally, if I receive an email response to my reservation, it doesn't even occur to me to HAVE TO CALL....

10/03/2026: Breaded cutlets, or cotoletta… whatever you prefer, but delicious. Different types of meat at a good price. Order the risotto on the side!

15/02/2026: What a bunch of disgraceful people. We went with two small children. They took ages to take our order, and when we said anything, they ignored us. I asked for a highchair (they had them because I saw them) and they refused to give it to us. We ordered some olives to snack on, which never arrived, and after waiting MORE THAN AN HOUR for our food and complaining three times, they finally brought us the adults' food and told us that what we had ordered for the children... well, they didn't have it and that we should order something else. I repeat, after we had been waiting for more than an hour, watching them serve everyone else except us. It sounds like a joke, but it's exactly what happened. A complete disgrace.

22/02/2026: I'd like to start by saying I've been a customer for over 30 years at their store on Via Bessarione in Milan. Last Saturday, I bought 9 chiacchiere (6 baked and 3 chocolate) and 12 tortelli with custard and Chantilly cream at their Melegnano store. I paid €27. A disappointment: the chiacchiere weren't fresh at all; they tasted old and stale. The tortelli were decent enough, but they had too much of a lemony aftertaste in the cream, which wasn't noticeable before. They're not what they used to be.

22/02/2026: What can I say... friendly, helpful staff, ready to meet any customer need... excellent products for all needs (small pastries, dry pastries, cakes, etc.), a clean and quiet place for breakfast, with hot drinks and croissants, or a quiet tea with friends with fantastic dry pastries... absolutely worth trying!!!

26/01/2026: Amazing sushi and very fresh fish quality! If you are in 2 I recommend sitting at the sushi bar.

02/01/2026: Worst sushi on the menu. Two glasses of lukewarm green tea that tasted like nothing for €8. Tiny nigiri, all the same on the palate, nothing, but declared as original Japanese sushi 😆 absurd. The result was 11 mini rice balls with 11 tiny slices of fish and a tartare (maybe 80/90g). PAID €100. Bottom line: if you want to throw away some money and be left in a corner of an empty restaurant with the price of a small, quiet dog (Maltese), this is the place for you!

05/11/2025: Winter sports: clay pigeon shooting with all the trimmings, but the clay pigeon is you. Equip yourself with a katana to cut the meat, as it has the hardness of concrete and the digestibility of lead. An excellent feeder for dogs, pigs, and rats. I recommend it to enemies and chefs who want to learn how not to cook.

15/11/2025: I ordered two pizzas, one with sausage and the other with fries. The pizzas are disgusting and inedible, and the one with the Booster was also burnt. I'm attaching a photo of the pizza with the burnt sausage. I also ordered fries. The conditions are terrible. I strongly advise against this pizzeria. I'll start by saying that they didn't leave me a receipt, otherwise I would have also left a photo of the receipt.

30/12/2025: Surprised about the other comments. We ate lunch early as a family of 4. Our server was very efficient and professional. He spoke perfect English and French. The food was simple but more than decent. Prices were a little high but really, it’s to be expected in such a touristy place.

21/12/2025: Fraudulent place that makes double reservations at individual tables and then kicks you out when it's the other group's turn without telling you anything, on top of that the waiter is rude as never before and kicks you out if you don't take a second drink after a certain amount of time, and at the slightest disagreement he comes face to face with me as if he were an ultra, place to avoid like the plague

14/02/2026: The history of Milanese pizza by the slice is fused with tradition in a bite that brings back childhood memories. The celebrated Margherita is the queen of the slice, and with anchovy, it becomes the queen of Milan. We pay homage to the GOAT of pizza!

19/12/2025: Order never arrived I ordered from Spontini (Via Marghera) through Glovo, but the food never arrived, even though it shows as delivered on the app. I tried contacting customer service with no response.

15/03/2026: Mergellina bakery, but nothing like Naples, croissants and graffe! Very attractive, colorful atmosphere, friendly staff... but the products were a disappointment!!! We had a corrected Kinder Bueno (5 euros) and a graffa (4.50 euros). Both looked good, but then the taste was totally disappointing. The large croissant was dry, old, and full of chocolate only for appearance's sake. The graffa was small, dry, and old. A very negative and disappointing experience! I do not recommend it! Exorbitant price for zero quality! Light years away from the real Neapolitan croissants and graffe!

04/02/2026: What can I say? We're talking about one of Milan's most famous nightclubs. The location is very beautiful, unfortunately it's often a little too crowded, but that's fine. If you want to enjoy your evening, book a table in the super private area and rest assured, fun is guaranteed.

26/01/2026: I had a really upsetting experience with the security staff here. My girlfriend was allowed in, but I was stopped and treated completely differently for no clear reason. The way they spoke to me and singled me out felt discriminatory, and honestly, it came across as racist.

22/03/2026: This isn't our first time staying at this hotel, and we thought they'd made some improvements, but none of that happened. Nothing to say about the rooms, which are comfortable, but way, way too hot, with no way to turn down the heat. The toilet paper in the bathroom was already half empty; the roll was less than half empty, and I don't think that's a good sign for a respectable hotel. The in-room mini-fridge was nonexistent; we were dying of thirst. The breakfast? Shamefully miserable, unacceptable. It's unacceptable in 2026 not to offer a guest an American-style breakfast with both sweet and savory options. I don't think we'll ever choose this hotel again, precisely because of this.

13/01/2026: At the restaurant, we had a GREAT dinner... Delicious food, great service... and friendliness... I give it 10 stars. The hotel, as always, is a guarantee, with ample parking and friendly service. The double room wasn't the best, but perhaps that was due to the rather reasonable price we received from Booking. Anyway, it's still a positive review. A special mention goes to the Egyptian waiter. He was the #1 Spritz and was incredibly kind.
