02/05/2026: A typical pub. Absolutely rustic and cozy. Naturally, it's the perfect place to linger. Snacks were served with the drinks. We'd gladly come again.

11/04/2026: The picarones were awful; they didn't come with "honey" as the menu stated, but with dissolved sugar.
And the rotisserie chicken was burnt! And raw inside, and the sauces were even worse—I've never eaten anything so bad in my life.

02/11/2025: Madness in 2025, not updating the hours on Google. A 20-minute drive for breakfast with their excellent cream croissant, and I find a note on the door saying "new hours."
The products, however, are top-notch.

25/10/2025: The croissant custard is excellent. The real problem is cleanliness: rags and spray cans were on the counter, unwashed cup saucers, and crumbs from departed customers were still on the counter, all this despite the place being empty and only having three occupied tables outside.

28/04/2026: Found this local gem while walking between La Dársena and Porta Genova. I stumbled upon this spot, which was buzzing with locals enjoying coffee and snacks—always a good sign!
Even though I don't speak much Italian, the waiter was incredibly patient and asked, "Vuoi mangiare?" (Do you want to eat?). He took the time to explain the menu to me, and I settled on the sea urchin pasta with a glass of crispy white wine.
it was a world-class lunch in a casual street setting.
It was a moment!
11/04/2026: If you walk into a pastry shop and ask for a chocolate cream puff and without batting an eyelid they give you a cream puff with Nutella inside (thinking it's the same thing), it means you haven't walked into a pastry shop but into a pastry shop cosplayer.

12/01/2026: I only went once on a Sunday for lunch to get takeout pizza. It may have been bad luck, but it was truly awful. The whole family felt terrible. I don't think I'll try it again. I read so many good reviews, but unfortunately, it went badly for me. It happens.

14/05/2026: Okay, a Milanese cutlet costs €30. I'd even pay €40. But it has to be like the one in the photo: light yellow, lightly fried. Not stringy, dry, and sandy.
10/05/2026: I go there often for both aperitivo and brunch. Various options, delicious pizzas, and a good selection of wines. Always a pleasant crowd. I recommend it.

I ordered home delivery, and the products arrived well-packaged and beautifully packaged. The limited-edition TORTINO GOCCIOLE is delicious but not light, and should be tried at least once, perhaps even shared between two people, as the portions are generous. They offer a wide selection of desserts, all customizable from the fillings to the addition of snacks (like a crepe), and toppings. Their super-delicate latte and mint are a must-try, making it an excellent accompaniment to your dessert.
ONE DRAWBACK: You can't order before 8:00 PM, but if you're feeling hungry late at night, it's the perfect choice.
