13/07/2025: We visited this place on a summer Saturday evening for a quiet aperitivo. The atmosphere is truly pleasant: the place evokes the authenticity of a historic Tuscan osteria, both in its decor and its food. You can truly feel the Tuscan culture. There were four of us, and we ordered a Tagliere Bomber x3 (€25) with capocollo, bresaola, spicy schiacciata, speck, finocchiona, and three types of mixed cheeses, all excellent, accompanied by crostini. For those with special dietary needs: I had asked for gluten-free bread, but I was served plain rice cakes. A bit disappointing, especially considering the quality of the products offered: it would be nice if the place also stocked gluten-free bread (even packaged) to better showcase the flavors. We then ordered two Chianina beef tartares (€14 each): one with buffalo mozzarella and pesto (very fresh) and the other with cherry tomatoes, arugula, and two sauces (one with mustard and one with mustard seeds, decidedly artisanal and well-made). Simple but well-prepared dishes. To drink, a one-liter flask of Furio Fermo rosé (a very pleasant wine by the glass) and a bottle of water. We spent €21 each; perhaps a few euros less would have been more reasonable, but overall the experience was positive. We ate outside, in a quiet, uncluttered setting, which made the evening even more enjoyable. In summary: good food, a relaxed atmosphere, and friendly staff. Recommended, with a small suggestion to the management: expand the offerings for those with intolerances or special needs, such as gluten-free.

12/11/2025: I often visit "piadinerie" around Italy. This one is small but very clean, and the service is fast and friendly; there's also a kiosk for electronic payments. It's just steps from Corso Buenos Aires, easily accessible by the M1 Lima line or other public transport.

28/09/2025: Beautiful evening in a nice venue with large spaces, we celebrated a hen party dancing, eating and singing... Rich aperitif and excellent value!

06/04/2025: One star only because it can't be given less. Not good at all. The dough is full of semolina, it's like eating pizza with sand. The salami and Zola pizza has very low-quality ingredients. I ordered a sausage and broccoli rabe pizza and they gave me sausage and mushrooms. I don't recommend it.

01/12/2025: The large Margherita pizza with spicy olive oil was very good tonight. The staff, attentive and friendly as always, informed us that for business reasons the restaurant would close at 9 pm. Neither we nor the other diners showed any displeasure with this arrangement (No problem, we'll have dessert next time!) Only the inevitable "Mr. No, you don't know who I am" was lavished on us, creating an embarrassing scene. The staff were harassed, claiming they hadn't been adequately informed... despite their repeated apologies for the inconvenience. This inappropriate scene was both disheartening for the staff and embarrassing for the remaining diners.

22/07/2025: It's the bakery of dreams! Crispy, soft, or delicious bread that will make you sin with good reason: there's no guilt without intent, and these leavened products, with salt or sugar, are sinfully good actions. Their breadsticks, tarallini, and classic crackers, with tomato or with chocolate chips/caramelized sugar, are perfect in their travel/backpack or handbag-sized snack portions. The potato bread, the soft focaccia, the pizza/pizza, and the red fruit saccottini are my favorites, but there's no shortage of surprises on the counter, like the rolls made with cured meats or the stuffed pizza bites. Excellent value. Reservations are available for personalized requests or extra quantities. The only huge drawback: you have to set yourself some limits (financial or caloric) before entering, otherwise you'll definitely be helpless. Definitely try it 🤩

14/12/2025: The croissants are very good, but the cappuccino isn't up to par; it gets worse every time. Zero customer service, the photo shows two cappuccinos with cinnamon, I think it speaks for itself 😅

27/11/2025: The best place we visited in Milan. We were here for 3 days and found it completely by accident. After that, we came back every single day — even twice on our last day. The food is incredible, especially the pizza and the carbonara, which quickly became our favorites. The Aperol is amazing as well. The staff are very friendly and work wonderfully. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back on my next visit to Milan.

19/11/2025: I went there for lunch and opted for the 13 euro set menu, which includes three courses, water, and a cover charge. The basic menu is 13 euros, but if you want certain dishes, you have to add the difference. For example, rice? +2 euros. The dishes are very simple but good. The downside comes at the end: 1. The menu includes water, half-liter glass bottles that you can't take away. This isn't fair. 2. We didn't finish everything and asked to take away the leftovers, and they charged us for the tray, a full 1 euro per tray. 3. They do the receipt their way. To make the numbers add up, they type in prices even if they don't match, making it difficult to read. In fact, I had to go back to have it explained. And then I discovered that there was a charge for the take-out tray, which wasn't indicated anywhere, nor even mentioned by the staff. We took away a dessert, and of course there was a 1 euro surcharge for the take-out tray. Final bill: €50.00 for a business meal. 13 x 3 = €39 + €2 for the choice of tomato rice + €6 for dessert + €1 coffee + €2 trays Total: €50 This is what I wanted to read on the receipt, but it wasn't.

07/10/2025: Half of the quality of a product lies in how it's served, another 25% in how it's presented, and the remainder in the actual quality—this, of course, for me. I'd say that Garbagnati, with the smiles and friendliness of its staff, has earned a good 50%.
