29/10/2025: Very nice location, too bad it's the only thing. Mediocre service and food really not up to par with the price. Everything is overpriced and outrageous, but the quality lies elsewhere.

26/10/2025: A spectacular place!! It's one of the very few in Milan that can boast its years of experience, and they're all genuine. The menu is very varied, and there's an extensive wine list.

09/12/2025: The pizza slices and huge and equally tasty. A must visit.

01/12/2025: The large Margherita pizza with spicy olive oil was very good tonight. The staff, attentive and friendly as always, informed us that for business reasons the restaurant would close at 9 pm. Neither we nor the other diners showed any displeasure with this arrangement (No problem, we'll have dessert next time!) Only the inevitable "Mr. No, you don't know who I am" was lavished on us, creating an embarrassing scene. The staff were harassed, claiming they hadn't been adequately informed... despite their repeated apologies for the inconvenience. This inappropriate scene was both disheartening for the staff and embarrassing for the remaining diners.

11/05/2025: Ambiente accogliente. Il parcheggio esterno da migliorare. Buona cena a base di carne. Abbiamo optato per il coniglio molto buono ma le porzioni sono un po’ minime. Scelta vino essenziale

22/07/2025: It's the bakery of dreams! Crispy, soft, or delicious bread that will make you sin with good reason: there's no guilt without intent, and these leavened products, with salt or sugar, are sinfully good actions. Their breadsticks, tarallini, and classic crackers, with tomato or with chocolate chips/caramelized sugar, are perfect in their travel/backpack or handbag-sized snack portions. The potato bread, the soft focaccia, the pizza/pizza, and the red fruit saccottini are my favorites, but there's no shortage of surprises on the counter, like the rolls made with cured meats or the stuffed pizza bites. Excellent value. Reservations are available for personalized requests or extra quantities. The only huge drawback: you have to set yourself some limits (financial or caloric) before entering, otherwise you'll definitely be helpless. Definitely try it 🤩

11/06/2025: Mejor tener reservas si quieres estar fuera. El guardia del museo nos dijo que no conseguiríamos una mesa. Me alegro de haber ido. Sentado dentro pero capaz de ver el Duomo. Excelente comida, buena camarera. Muchos turistas, pero no es sorprendente.

10/06/2025: Fuimos con mi familia (4 personas) a los 16. 00 (por lo que el lugar estaba medio vacío) y quería pedir 3 platos y 4 bebidas (3 de ellos cócteles). La respuesta del personal fue que deberíamos pedir al menos 4 para poder ser atendidos. Les dije que el lugar está vacío y las bebidas cuestan más que el plato extra que están pidiendo, pero dijeron simplemente que no, así que nos fuimos y fuimos a otro lugar. Esta es la estupidez de una política y una vergüenza de hospitalidad. . . . no vayas, no te merecen!

19/04/2025: Unfortunately, today was a total disappointment. The dishes were unpresentable and truly awful. I had given it a high rating, but I have to seriously change my mind. The piadina was shameful, thrown together like in the worst bars, everything else was tasteless and not even the slightest bit cared for. This isn't vegan cuisine! It's not really cuisine. I'm truly sorry, but it's the truth.

12/04/2025: Excellent vegan restaurant, very homemade. Lunch menu at an unmissable price! It really feels like home.

13/11/2025: Seafood salad with the consistency of a tire. Very questionable service. As for the side dishes, I can't tell if they're potatoes or barbecue charcoal. Last but not least, the owner should humble himself, take a course in courtesy, and avoid prejudice. Perhaps remember that I, like many others, paid for them... not for me.

08/08/2025: Self-service cafe located inside the shopping center. A bit noisy. Very good cappuccino, plenty of seating. Fast service. Friendly staff.

27/11/2025: The best place we visited in Milan. We were here for 3 days and found it completely by accident. After that, we came back every single day — even twice on our last day. The food is incredible, especially the pizza and the carbonara, which quickly became our favorites. The Aperol is amazing as well. The staff are very friendly and work wonderfully. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back on my next visit to Milan.

11/12/2025: It's never easy to write a review like this, because, as we all know, mistakes are made. And I've never given it a single star as long as I've been writing here. However, since this place reopened, they've been unable to guarantee prompt service or quality food. Today, I think half the dining room, besides my table, has finally given up on the Loft. There are six of us, we order five burgers and a plate of orecchiette with tomato sauce. Meanwhile, some of the waitresses, like crazy, not only miss the tables, but also go back and forth through the dining room, always empty-handed. And it can't always be one of them who shows up with a smile and tries to make up for the lack of staff and basic organization. And the icing on the cake of this horrifying film is that pizzas are flying. Yes, pizzas. All over the customers and onto the floor. I searched in vain for cameras, thinking of a candid camera. Then I realized that, unfortunately, it was more like a Tarantino movie. After more than 30 minutes of waiting, one of the waitresses rudely told us we'd have to wait a while longer for our dishes. Now past our time to change, we waited another 10 minutes for hastily made burgers that were so overcooked we all had to wash them down with plenty of water to get through the meal. And many gave up before finishing their plates. The colleague who ordered orecchiette saw the macaroni arrive without warning and resigned herself to eating overcooked pasta that had obviously been reheated in the microwave. We asked for coffees in advance, given the biblical wait times. They never arrived, despite 20 minutes of chewing on the sausage. I've also worked as a waitress for many years, and today was definitely not your day. But I'm writing this review because I hope it reaches the right people, so they can decide to hire more staff, especially in the kitchen. Too many seats and too few people. I don't think I'll return, but in the future I hope to read positive reviews, because for me it's a great shame. For now, all that remains is the fond memory of when we ate well here, and in honest times.

28/11/2025: Update the hours, found it closed... at least block the option to book... From here on out, I'll add AFTER the REPLY, which is also embarrassing... "Call no?" If when I open your website on the right, I have a giant "BOOK" button where do you think I'll press to book... oh, obviously, once I press to book, there's NO PHONE NUMBER, nor any choice of booking method (like WhatsApp, email, or call). There's only one option: enter the number of guests and the time. I repeat, maybe the big boss at the Loft doesn't even know how his website works. So 1. Before responding ridiculously, find out ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS. 2. If your online hours are wrong and it's SIMPLY pointed out to you, I don't think it makes much sense to respond like that. 3. Finally, if I receive an email response to my reservation, it doesn't even occur to me to HAVE TO CALL....

06/08/2025: Dozzinale ovvero niente di che. Si mangia… stop. Non so la sera se il livello cresce ma mi riprometto di provare tra qlc giorno ed eventualmente modificherò il mio giudizio attuale

14/05/2025: Abbiamo sempre pranzato da Bubba dal 2019 fino al Covid. Da allora non è più stato lo stesso nella qualità e nei sapori, tuttavia l'ambiente è accogliente e il rapporto qualità prezzo buono. Una raccomandazione: le patate a forma di pallina anche no sono orrende!!! Sappiate comunque che per ciò che offre bollate l'Osteria di Bubba è sicuramente un livello superiore.
