I ordered takeout, and it was more like plain pasta with pecorino cheese than carbonara. The guanciale was almost nonexistent (three cubes), and it didn't taste like carbonara. Better to try other recipes.

Almost always good. But today, January 30, 2026, I ordered pasta all'amatriciana and they brought me Bolognese ragù with guanciale on top. When I mentioned it, they treated me rudely, and the chef laughed without leaving the kitchen. I never asked for a refund because I had already eaten it, but I told him I noticed, and he treated me rudely and kicked me out of the restaurant. I never raised my voice, and I left my table spotless.

25/01/2026: Hello everyone, and sincere congratulations!!! Good pizza, but above all, and not for everyone: cleanliness (pizza delivered hot, well-cooked, and above all, not burned, and not SPILLED with blackened flour underneath). In short, pizza that when I eat it, I can taste both the mozzarella dough and the other ingredients, unlike other pizzerias where the pizza has a burnt aftertaste and the oven isn't clean. Well done and congratulations. I'm just asking if you can add gluten-free and lactose-free pizzas for celiacs.... Thank you and have a good evening.

28/06/2025: I came here as a tourist, and had a very tasty pizza baked in a traditional wood oven, Much better than the pizzas from the tourist center, and half the price!
20/06/2025: I was there two days ago and I ate one of the best pizzas, friendly staff and quality products! I will definitely be back!!!
