18/12/2025: The place is nice, well-maintained, and clean. I had pizza, and it was classic Neapolitan pizza, truly delicious. The service is the sore point: it's lacking when you're there for a meal. It's completely absent when you come in for a drink. I asked the bartender why he didn't bring us coffee, cappuccino, or pastries to the table, and the answer was embarrassing: "It's a company decision." It's a real shame.

10/10/2025: Neapolitan pizzeria and bistro in Pieve Emanuele. The pizza is very good, with well-leavened dough and consistently high-quality toppings, which are quite generous. Unfortunately, you can't order takeout for a specific time, but they make the pizza when the customer arrives. Whether you agree with this or not, it's company policy that I fully respect. I also tried the aperitivo option, and it was also very satisfying. The quality/price ratio is in line with the quality offered, and considering that what you eat is worth it, you'll leave having paid the right price.

23/03/2026: I used to be a regular customer of the pastry shop, both because I live in the area and because of the quality of their pastries. However, for a few years now, I've found the business to be somewhat depressed, both because of the quality of their products, which no longer meets historical standards, and because of the service they offer, which currently lacks the essential empathy that builds between customer and manager. I'm hopeful that everything will return to its traditional standards, but I'm waiting, also because I'd like to return to their excellent panettone and delicious sack cakes. In the meantime, they can start bringing their prices back into line with market prices, which have become, in my opinion, excessive.

18/03/2026: When I'm in Milan for work, or if I'm not in the area, it's always one of my favorite places to sit down for breakfast. Excellent coffee and expertly prepared croissants.

I'd never been before, and I have to say the staff was very professional, especially Laura and Manuela, who were always smiling and responded positively to our requests whenever we asked. Agnese was also very nice and friendly with the kids. I'd also like to say a few words about DJ Tommy, who, with his kindness and empathy, got everyone involved and got both adults and kids dancing. 22/09/2025: Sylvia at the front desk was above and beyond helpful. She was so kind to our family. She made the stay 5 stars. The hotel was clean and quiet. It was great for our family of 5 because they have adjoining rooms and the although the rooms and bathrooms are old, they were very clean.

27/02/2026: Strolling around Milan in search of a good coffee, I came across Botega Caffè Cacao and was immediately struck by the place's look: a perfect mix of modern and vintage that makes you feel right at home. ✨ I started with a coffee and a fruit shortcrust pastry (yes, I have an unpunished sweet tooth! 😋). The result? Excellent! The pastry was crumbly and dry, flawless despite the abundant custard. 🥧🍓 But the real surprise was the Pasticciotto. As an expert on the traditional Galatina recipe, I wanted to be "difficult" and ask if they still used certain traditional ingredients, now rare in modern pastry shops. 🧐 The employee, although surprised, was very kind: he checked with the pastry chef, who confirmed the use of traditional ingredients. Truly well done! 👏 It's the little details that make the difference, and here the promise is excellent. For now, a well-deserved 4 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐, with the promise of returning soon for a fifth! 🚀

The cashier got angry because, after paying, I asked her to reheat my pizza, and then she clarified that I should have asked for everything at once. I should point out that there was no one in line behind me! I said I'd inform management, but they told me nothing would change! People like that shouldn't work in this kind of job because they ruin the customer experience! There are plenty of places around this bar where the staff are smiling and friendly. When a place has a sunny terrace like this, it's really disappointing that the staff is so rude, incompetent, and unwelcoming! It's not the first time I've been disappointed by the behavior of the staff at this bar.
