05/04/2026: We were there on April 3rd for lunch... with our children, Lino welcomed us and made us feel at home right away, he made us try a buffalo mozzarella from Aversa, an eggplant parmigiana, followed by two pizzas and two spaghetti with clams cooked impeccably to continue with a pastiera (excellent) and some donuts for our daughters... what can I say if you find yourself passing by? I recommend it... A kindness that is not easy to find.
04/04/2026: We visited Rosso Pomodoro Milano Centrale today, April 4th, between Good Friday and Easter Sunday, and the experience was truly excellent.
We started with a very fine mozzarella from Caserta, simply delicious. This was followed by excellent meatballs, a high-quality entrecôte, and a sliced entrecôte accompanied by crispy, perfect fries. We also enjoyed a flawlessly prepared Margherita pizza.
Overall, the quality of the food is very, very high: if you don't want to give it a 5, you can easily give it a 4.8.
The service was equally extraordinary. Silvana looked after us impeccably: professional, attentive, and very friendly. The other staff members were also very kind, motivated, and always smiling.
We will definitely return the next time we pass through Milano Centrale.
The coffee was typically Milanese: not as good as in Naples, but definitely better than in Switzerland.
