20/04/2026: A pleasant surprise. On Friday evening, my wife had a Canadian guest I've known for about ten years. We were going for dinner for three, and I let her take care of the selection and reservations. I arrived early, and the dark, deserted restaurant inside really didn't appeal to me. The area around the regional government building also seemed rather anonymous. We sat at a table outside overlooking the arcade, which had little Milanese appeal. The dinner, however, was pleasant and tasty. We were spoiled and pampered directly by the chef and his mustachioed assistant. The cod croquettes with yogurt sauce were excellent. The first courses, with seasonal legumes, were innovative and creamy, and the white fish steak, cooked and presented to perfection, was also delicious. The desserts were also special. My blancmange with wild berries was truly unique, as was the cassata. Both were slightly sweet and not too abundant, so perfect for a treat before coffee. Compliments to the chef.

20/05/2026: you need to pay to work in the cafe (7 euros!!!! for half a day)… while all other cafes in Milan don’t charge you for that. for 7€ you only get wifi, water and “americano”. no other choice of other coffees, a joke. i took a cappuccino with oat milk so paid a total of 9€… never seen anything like this

10/05/2026: Dirty, streaky glasses, waiters carrying them by sticking their fingers in them—four fingers in the glass to carry six at once. No, thank you. Hygiene is clearly not a priority here. I asked for bottled water and was given an open pitcher of microfiltered water. The table was sticky; it was "cleaned" with a dirty rag, which had the opposite effect, leaving it even greasier and dirtier than before. One of the worst bars I've ever been to.

07/06/2026: Terrible management and customer service. There were two of us, and they didn't allow us to order a water and then a Coke because "we were the karting guys." The bar was empty, not a single table occupied, and they told us we needed a reservation to order, which was impossible because the bar was listed as "full." 🤣🤣 Terrible

01/12/2025: What can I say, the pizza was good, the Roman pasta and the sliced ​​steak were 2, the atmosphere was cold, the staff were friendly, the DJ who did karaoke was poor and unprofessional, and many were rude and inappropriate, I won't go back and I don't recommend it because of the rudeness of the DJ. I wanted to celebrate my birthday there but it doesn't seem like the right thing to do, I've already filed a complaint.

05/05/2026: I had their gelato and it was really good…specially the fiesta. Looking forward to go another time 💗 and you get to enjoy the best view of the lake. The restrooms were also clean…the stuffs were also gentle.

03/05/2026: I strongly advise against this place due to the staff's attitude. I was denied the purchase of three €2 baby cones with only one flavor, because the ice cream maker deemed it unfair and tried to force different choices on the adults in the group. I find it unacceptable that a customer can't decide how much to spend and which flavors to order. Anyone who runs a business should remember that it's the customer who pays and has the right to choose, not the owner who decides what's most profitable at the time. I won't be returning. ​

07/05/2026: Absolutely terrible place. We waited forever for disgusting food that arrived cold and tasted horrible. The staff were rude, careless, and acted annoyed the entire time. To make it even worse, they overcharged us on the bill and didn’t even try to fix it properly. Complete waste of money and time. One of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to — avoid this place.

07/05/2026: We had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant and will never come back again. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was a complete disappointment. We waited over an hour for our food, even though the restaurant was not that busy. The staff barely paid attention to us, ignored our questions, and acted like customers were an inconvenience to them. When the food finally arrived, it was disgusting. The meals tasted awful, looked like they had been reheated multiple times, and the portions were ridiculously small for the prices they charge. Some dishes were nearly impossible to eat. For such expensive prices, we expected fresh and decent quality food, but instead received one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. The biggest shock came with the bill. We noticed that we were overcharged and extra items seemed to be added unfairly. It honestly felt like they were trying to scam customers. When we asked about it, the staff responded with arrogance and rudeness instead of apologizing or trying to solve the issue professionally. The service overall was horrible — extremely slow, unprofessional, unfriendly, and careless. The atmosphere was uncomfortable, the staff looked annoyed all the time, and we felt completely unwelcome. It’s frustrating to waste so much time and money on such an awful place. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Easily one of the worst restaurants I have ever visited. If you don’t want to overpay, wait forever for terrible food, and be treated badly by rude staff, avoid this place at all costs.

10/05/2025: I enter with my two children. The place is empty. The girl is talking on the phone, doesn't welcome us, doesn't ask what we want. She keeps talking until, after five minutes, I ask if she can help me. She's very, very indifferent, she hangs up annoyed, takes the order, asking me for it three times (what do you want?!). I'm surprised there are still people who work like this in Milan. I definitely won't be returning.

14/01/2026: I often go to this bar, but the Italian girl, 2 cream croissants and BURNT 3.60, WHEN I ALWAYS PAY 1.5 PER CORNETTO, RUDE AND INCAPABLE YOU WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN!!!
