27/11/2025: We went on Halloween night because we were craving pizza and were in the area. I'd tried this chain years ago. Let's just say the evening didn't help; it was really chaotic, too loud, and disorganized. The friendly waitresses were rushing around to accommodate everyone's requests. The pizza, well... The edges were undercooked and chewy, but the flavor was there; perhaps it should have been left in a bit longer and not just near the heat to brown the crust.
16/11/2025: Everything fell short of expectations.
Poor-quality ingredients.
Bland, poorly leavened dough. Tomatoes were almost acidic.
Service could be improved.
A real shame.

01/12/2025: Gift card promo 11/28/25: extremely long line, people waited over 3 hours because there was only one terminal and it was also extremely slow. The hostess, who was supposed to encourage purchases or provide information, actually discouraged them by saying they'd close at 8 PM anyway, even if someone had waited in line for hours.
Why advertise and run a promo if you're not equipped and organized?
To buy the gift, you had to spend the whole day in line!
A good shopping center for its shops, but it's been really poorly managed for a few years.
29/11/2025: Nowadays, all shopping malls are the same; the only difference lies in the details. This one in particular is very large, with many well-organized brands. Although it's large and very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful; in short, even just for a stroll, it's a pleasant experience. There's ample parking; although there may be a bit of a line at times, this is normal. I recommend visiting it, even if just for a moment of relaxation.

04/08/2025: I won't list all the problems we've encountered. 30-minute delays on delivery, etc.
I'll just say that we ordered two pizzas that included prosciutto. We picked them up and took them home. We ended up with half a pizza with prosciutto and half with what looks like speck. When we called, they said it was prosciutto with pepper. Too bad that when you change an ingredient, you still have to let them know because you don't know if you're dealing with someone who can't eat it or doesn't like it. Never again!

31/10/2025: We spent a wonderful evening enjoying an appetizer of high-quality cured meats and cheeses, followed by an exceptional licorice risotto. We all enjoyed a Rossese, which paired perfectly with risotto. A place for lovers of fine wine and fine food.
19/09/2025: Friday night... the place is practically empty. The menu is limited, so you just drink wine and call it a day. If you want something to eat, you have to order à la carte, otherwise they'll bring you a couple of taralli and olives from the discount store. It used to be a nice place, offering generous platters and a very cheerful atmosphere, but now, unfortunately, it's a whole different story. They've probably changed their customer base; I'll go elsewhere, as they themselves advised me to do following my feedback (which they requested, after all). Good luck!

26/11/2025: I don't know if this Cafe are racist..I asked for a glass of wine...but,the un polite waiter served the wine in a glass!!...I asked him,"why its not in the glass wine?"..he answered, wine glass is all used!...hello???..I just saw 4 people who are having wine!!!!..perhaps..the manager should educate his/her staff!!!...anyone more thing..the knife are dirty!!!!
23/11/2025: They're scammers. The waitress, despite understanding us and knowing we spoke another language, cheated us and even yelled at us.

12/08/2025: Honestly, I have to say that at lunchtime, despite the small kitchen, the food is hospital-quality, the pizzas and pastries are good, and honestly, if it weren't for the guy serving, who is always kind, I might even avoid setting foot in there. Every now and then I see the owner attacking the employees and yelling loudly outside the bar, and that's not nice at all.
09/08/2025: On the occasion of a graduation, we stopped by the nearby Faculty of Political Science for an aperitivo. We enjoyed a good Italian wine and excellent artisanal pizzas. There's also a nice selection of sweet snacks.
Prices are average for Milan. The restrooms need updating; in my opinion, they're outdated compared to current customer needs.

Food served from the waiter's plate with chopsticks, something even a school cafeteria wouldn't dream of.
But at least there was toilet paper in the bathroom.

26/07/2025: The restaurant is closed!!!. We booked a reservation. They took 80€ and our reservation and when we arrived, the lights were off and there was no one there. They have hidden all comments on instagram, they won’t answer their phone, and are still advertising as if they are open. Do not book as you will not get your money returned!!!
11/07/2025: BEWARE- Terrible Experience – Possible Scam, Be Very Careful
We booked a dinner at OTIVM and were asked to pay €40 per person to confirm the reservation. The restaurant looked legit, so we paid €80.
When we arrived, it was completely closed—dark, empty, and seemed non-existent. We called and emailed multiple times, but never got a response or a refund.
Avoid this place. They took our money and disappeared.
